Guy Fieri visits eateries recommended by viewers, including a restored 1950s drive-in located in Lexington; a Jacksonville diner where most dishes are made from scratch; and a breakfast joint in Minneapolis.

Guy checks out some serious scratch cooking, including chicken wings at a Washington, D.C. soul-food restaurant; a bacon-wrapped deep-fried hot dog at a live-music venue in Kansas City, Mo.; a lobster martini at a Salem, Mass. seafood spot.

Guy's stops include a Mediterranean spot in Hendersonville, Tenn., for lamb w/a Syrian spiced-tomato sauce; a café in Duluth, Minn., for wild-rice French toast w/beer-and-cinnamon syrup; and a barbecue place in Lexington for smoked turkey.

Guy visits an Italian eatery in Boston for a taste of lobster ravioli made with homemade pasta and fresh New England lobster. Other stops include a burger joint in St. Paul, Minnesota and a diner in Linden, N.J.

Guy samples cheesecake empanadas at a pub in Philadelphia; stuffed pork chops at a farmhouse-turned-restaurant in Spokane; and fresh lobster served on top of homemade brioche at an 80-year-old waterfront eatery in Portland, Maine.

In Falls Church, Virginia, Guy visits a South American joint attached to a motel where the Venezuelan sandwich comes loaded with shredded beef, black beans and cheese, or chicken salad.

Guy's chasing down the Thanksgiving holiday meal in every which way.

Guy's in for all kinds of flavor: banana cream pie and bison pot pie in Duluth, Minn.; Arlington, Va.; and Berkeley, Cal.

This trip, Guy's rolling out for a Triple-D take on chicken. Stops include a Mexican joint in Belmar, N.J., for chicken wings in homemade adobo sauce; a sports bar in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, for pizza topped with chicken and roasted garlic; and a farmers' market in Nashville for Jamaican mango-chutney chicken.

Sandwiches are sampled in Minneapolis, Spokane and North Wildwood, N.J. Included: a meatloaf sandwich topped with cranberry compote; Reubens served with homemade sauerkraut; specialty hot dogs.
