Aka ep88.1 Trisha and Glenn dig in a mound of dirt using a variety of implements. Glenn makes a digger from items out of the Useful Box. Trisha adds water to the dirt and makes a muddy puddle to paddle her feet in. Glenn plays 'Do you know what bush animal this is?' Three features of each animal are shown before the whole animal is revealed.

Making 'scruffy dogs' using paper bags and new mop head. Dramatic play: The Play School toys are entered into an animal show. Monica is their handler and Jamie the judge. The Play School toys are taken for a ride in a cardboard box ute.

Making play money by taking rubbings of Australian ten cent, twenty cent and dollar coins. Dramatic play: selling currant buns for a play money dollar each. Painting a large outback mural and pasting on native animals. Dramatic play: Going for a drive in the country.

Making bush music instruments. Investigating how an old-fashioned gramophone works. Dramatic Play: The Play School animals choir performs. A house is built for Humpty, among the gum trees.
