Aka ep#34 Anne and Kerry look at drawings that have been sent into Play School. Anne looks at a snowman pictures while reciting a poem about a snowman. Kerry mimes being a snowman, and is dressed by Anne with a white sheet, sticky tape face, scarf, hat, matchbox nose and a pipe in the mouth to stop him talking. Kerry recites 'The More it Snows (Tiddely Pom)'. Anne puts snow-boots on. Kerry pretends to melt into a blob under the white sheet. Anne sits down on Kerry, thinking he's a lump of snow. She sings a song about tying shoe laces. Through the round window workers ...

Diane and Alister find a toy aeroplane in the Useful Box and they build a hangar, a runway and a terminal. The story is about Bill who found a mother duck and her ducklings near an aerodrome. The film is of ducks and other water birds.

Diane dresses in an old fashioned gown and Alister puts on a coat. They pretend to go up in a balloon. The story is of Daedalus and Icarus. The film is of astronauts, rockets and a space walk.

The visitor for pets day is a bat. Through the windows is a film of racing pigeons. The story is of some birds who live in an aviary and is told by Tom.

Teddy is going on a flight to Melbourne and has to collect his ticket and luggage labels. The story is "The Sorcerer's Apprentice". Alister gives teddy a ride in a balloon. The film is of an airport.

Alister and Diane have made two model planes and Diane shows how the propellers, wings and engine work. Alister pretends to be a duck and then a swan. The story is "The Butterfly that stamped". The film is of bees.

Lorraine and Donald make puppets from paper bags. Donald makes gingerbread men. Robin tells the story of the Gingerbread Man. The film is of the baking of bread.

Lorraine dresses as a Pacific Island native girl with a grass skirt. She and Donald pretend to sail away to the island on a raft. They make a grass skirt for Jemima out of newspaper. The story is "The Grandfather of the Coconuts", and the film is of a tropical island.

The visitor for pets day is a goose. Donald mimes being a goose and he mentions the names of male and female animals. Robin tells the story of the Goose that was a Watchdog. The film is of lifesavers on the beach.

Donald and Lorraine pretend to visit a farm and sing "Old Macdonald had a farm". Donald mimes being a puppet while Lorraine sings "Popo the Puppet". Robin tells the story of "Farmer Barnes buys a pig". The film is of marionettes.

Lorraine and Donald play tunes on glasses. They look at how a clock works and the film is of clocks. The story is "The Musicians of Bremen".

Alister and Diane make a house with things from the useful box. The story is of Six Blind Mice and an Elephant. The film is of elephants being trained for the circus.

Diane dresses up to go shopping. Alister is the shopkeeper. Diane tells the story of the Red Door. The film is of a boy and his mother shopping in a departmental store.

The visitor for Pets day is a tortoise. The story is of "Tin Can Tortoise". The film is of various reptiles. Diane and Alister act out the race between the Hare and the Tortoise.

Alister tells the story of the Old Shoemaker and the Elves. He explains that some people work during the day and some at night. The film is of various night jobs. Diane and Alister play Hunt the Slipper.

Peter tells a story of an old tree house. Diane experiments with paper to see which kind of paper is the strongest. She makes a tree out of newspaper. The film is of wood pulping and paper processing.

Lorraine and Donald search for their shell collection in the Useful Box. They find shells, pebbles etc and discuss them. They go for a row in a boat and search for pebbles on the seashore.

Lorraine and Donald dress for the beach. They find buckets and spades etc. Donald wears flippers and pretends to swim underwater. The story is about a sponge called Sam.

The visitor is a seahorse and the story is "Serina and the Seahorse". Lorraine is a "horse" and she mimes galloping, trotting etc.

Donald pretends to be a parrot and Lorraine teaches him to talk. The story is about Captain Kidd and his parrot and the film is of shell divers.

Lorraine and Donald have an aquarium and compare sea plants and land plants. They show an oyster and discuss pearls. The story is told by Nancy Stewart and is of her uncle's potato farm in Ireland. The film is of an oyster farm.
