Aka 82.1 Creating a garden for the toys. The garden is to have something special for each toy: a pond for Fergus, a wall for Humpty and stepping stones for Big Ted to go round and round the garden. Making a giant orange-painted marigold with hand-printed petals. Painting a decorative pattern around a flower pot for the giant marigold to stand in. This is then delivered to the toys' garden.

Playing with plastic squeeze bottles, tubes and bath toys in the water tray. Dressing up in rainy day clothes. Yellow water and blue water is mixed in the colour mixing machine, made of tubes and plastic bottles, to produce green water. Playing Ring a Roses. Looking at Van Gough's 'Sunflowers' and 'Irises'

This program was recorded at the Auburn Botanical Gardens (Sydney). The presenters sing songs and tell stories in the different parts of the gardens: the Japanese Garden, the Billabong Area, the Aviary, the Bonsai Garden, the Fauna Reserve, the Reflections Pool.

Angela and David use two puppet birds to explore the toys' garden Dramatic Play: a flower factory. Having made egg-carton flowers, crepe paper flowers and patty pan flowers. Angela and David create a painted flower border for the toys' garden. David has a close look at some pansies growing in a pot and waters them.

Making a sand garden for Meeka who is 'Mary' for 'Mary, Mary, Quite Contrary'. Looking at clover Flowers. Playing 'Here We Go 'round the Mulberry Bush'. Printing bottlebrush pictures. Looking at children's painting or flowers. Angela and Jemima visit the toys garden and play games.
