Mr. Kindermann has dinner with his secretary Mrs. Kessler in a restaurant. Suddenly he remembers he didn't lock his car, and goes to sort it out. He never returns.

Mrs. Meissner seems to prefer other men's company to her husband's, who is very calm about it, regardless of other men mocking him for it. She always comes home, though, until one dreadful night.

Mr. Lakonda has been released from prison. He goes to meet the attorney who put him in. Although he admits that the conviction was rightful, he says the indictment was built to prop up the attorney's career rather than to serve the justice.

A Salvation Army trumpeter tries to talk prostitutes into leaving the industry.

Old Mr. Schreiber unexpectedly recovers from severe illness and is released from the hospital to the care of his children.

A female voice orders Derrick to contact a Konstantin Howald, and warn him about a forthcoming murder attempt.

Mr. Nolte and his colleague plan a meeting with a very special girl while his wife is out. In the morning he lies dead on the floor.

Ulrike Berger is murdered in her apartment. Some time later, egyptologist Dr. Roth gets a writ from the board of guardianship, which states that he has been reported to be the father of Ulrike's 17 year old daughter Marianne.
