A photographer is hit by the underground. By his side lies a camera from which the film has been violently torn out.

A reporter believes he has a sensation at his hands, when he finds a famous pop star carrying a dead girl out of his hotel room. Even Derrick is rather convinced that the case is closed.

After twenty-some years, Jakob Stanz goes to visit his grand aunt, who now lives in the House of Peaceful Evening. There is a traffic accident the same night, but Derrick believes it is an elaborate murder.

Dr. Marta Schwenn's car is involved in an accident and the driver dies. The victim, however, is a young man who borrowed the car.

A man is shot at the gate of his recently engaged girlfriend's home.

While pianist Robert van Doom is in concert, a shooting incident takes place at his home, and the housekeeper is killed.

Beate and Helga are anxious about their trial for theatre. To calm Helga's mind, Beate gives her a cognac confection. But how had the candy become laced with poison?

The police chase a suspicious driver but fail to catch him. In the morning a woman's body is found dumped near the area where the chase started.

Georg Hassler has invited his accountant, Mr. Schröder to his home to discuss business. In the night when Schröder is leaving, three shots are fired in the dark, and Schröder is killed.

A gang of burglars enter a jewelry shop, and on their way off the scene, they shoot a civil cop. Derrick needs a rather repulsive guy's help to solve the case.

A seamstress arrives to Mrs. Kwien's home to bring her dress, but there's no answer to the door. By the noises coming from beyond the door, there's something terribly wrong.

An anonymous caller lures Egon "Blacky" Sebald from the disco to the parking hall. Soon Derrick is needed to find out who the caller was.

Robert Becker's father wants his son to continue the family legacy and take up the practice after him. But first Robert must pass the abitur, and his father has got him a mentor.
