Frustratingly for Thamas and Steffy, his proposal with diamond ring still can't get delighted Hope to commit yet, she clearly needs more time, as he accepts. After informing Bill, who orders the mariachi band to chase Liam so he won't notice, she arranges for 'complimentary' tequila cocktails to get Hope drunk. It works and she gets frisky in a cabana with Thomas, but just then Liam sees them.

Thomas tries to escape by resort quad when spotted by Liam, but drunk Hope wont'l let him and Steffy failed to get in between. When the Forrester mansion learns about Thomas's proposal, Brooke wants to intervene, but Ridge stops her, confident Liam will stick to his wedding vows, while in fact his meeting with Hope is suspiciously tender, as both kept dreaming about each-other.

While Liam chased Thomas and Hope, Steffy them, she made a bad fall and is rushed to a Mexican ER, where Dr. Rivera must await elaborate tests to pronounce on her prospects. The boys bicker over blame and succinctly alert the home front, where Bill decodes to fly over by private jet with the Forresters next of kin.

Bill arrives in Mexico, where he instills everyone it's about Steffy's health, stopping Thomas bickering with Liam. Taken aside for a paternal sermon on marital fidelity, Liam however proves most suspicious of Steffy's secrets and lies, announcing he has made to a decision. Dr. Rivera reports the first test results are encouraging, but not yet conclusive.

When Thomas leaves them alone, Liam's voice calls Steffy from coma. Dr. Rivera's prognosis for her now is most encouraging, unlike the neighboring patience. Ridge is greatly relieved and warns the youngsters against rash actions. Hearing Liam intends to gravely question his wife's devious lies, Bill bribes the hospital to pretend she too has a potentially life-threatening blood clutter and needs to be spared any stress.

Grudgingly, Dr. Rivera pretends a second scan detected a blood clutter and prescribes Steffy must be spared any stress and needs loving nurture, mainly from her husband. Liam accepts t help, but bully lectures from Ridge and Bill may prove counterproductive, surely failing to deter him from seeing Hope or questioning Steffy's deviousness and paranoia.

Nick and Jackie planned a celebratory dinner, but are spotted in the nightclub and scolded by smugly amused Rick and rude Beverly. Jaqueline 'volunteers' Nick to sing and play guitar on its free podium. Back home, Rick is tempted by Amber's home-cooked dinner with spectacular desert: her pimped versions of his clumsily drawn dress designs and the promise to stand behind him if he bids as Forester's new line star. The Logan sisters discuss whether Donna should follow her heart with Nick or dump the family firm-nightmare counterfeiter.

Owen comes tell Jasueline that despite his tender family life, he can't forget about her, his passionate true love, which leads to intense kissing. Pam fears that Nick has dumped her for Donna, hence is inclined to stop stealing Forrester designs for romantic rewards. Rick is delighted with Amber's finished versions of his sketches and considers her plan that he should become Forrester's new lead line designer and dream of ending up as CEO.

Bill and Ridge's constant bully demands that Liam 'must let Hope go completely' for Steffy's sake starts to backfire, as it only drives him to Hope, who now pouts about Thomas's alleged 'scheming' with Steffy, while he insists his intentions were honest, not just the proposal. Owen insists that he wants married life with true love Jaqueline back, more then playing house with Bridget and little Logan. Rick presents his collection and can report to ecstatic shadow co-designer Amber that Eric apparently agreed to prepare production, even without waiting for CEO Ridge's ...

Bill arranges for his own doctor Ramon Montgomery, who sees trough the scans scam unlike Taylor but plays along, to confirm the bribed Mexican 'blood clutter' diagnosis. Liam warns Bill that the endless pushing to drop Hope and everything for Steffy are intolerable. Anyhow, Katie risks upsetting the 'crucially stress-sensitive' patient by demanding again she leaves Liam to true love Hope. Brooke tells Hope to go for her first choice Liam, not Thomas.

Liam allows Steffy to explain desperately why she jealously tried to keep him apart from Hope, but is clearly not impressed. Bill warns Katie to stand off, but she even suggests to unconvinced Brooke that the quad crash might be a daring ploy. To Rick's delighted relief, Ridge allows his collection go into production, as promised by Eric, and let the sales figures decide.

While Ridge suspects Rick may be working with Amber, Broke denies she may be the mystery draft artist, but soon finds the exes together and gets confirmation. Pam is wildly enthusiastic about meeting game show co-host Tiffany Coyne, hired by Rick as model, and blackmails reluctant Nick, who can't afford her becoming too jealous of Donna, to become "let's make a deal" candidates together, albeit disguised.

As if being dragged along in ridiculous costumes to game show "Let's make a deal" weren't bad enough for obviously embarrassed Nick, Pam wastes a perfect culinary trip for a fake prize and divulges frightfully abundant personal details to the presenter. When informed that Amber has been drawing for Rick, Ridge forbids producing his designs as long as she has any part in the line. Katie openly questions if Bill and/or Steffy herself somehow organized her 'lots of love' therapy, with medical complicity, but Liam dismisses the theory.

Liam and Hope keep dismissing Katie's theory that Steffy and/or Bill faked her serious condition, so Katie steals the scan from Bill's secretary's desk and brings it to hospital 'for a second opinion'.Nick fails to prevent Donna watching the game show, so she recognizes first Pam, then him and furiously guesses she must be the design spy and that he pays her vicious rival 'romantically'.

Liam, Hope and Steffy go over and over the last's condition and their options. By the time Bill notices the stolen scan and tracks it down, Katie has got a second opinion and learned it's not Steffy's. Bill finds her, already having construed his deception and bitterly asking what bribe it took.

Having locked Katie up in the beach-house attic, Bill tells Liam and Steffy that her latest scan shows the blood clutter has dissolved: they have their lives back. Katie escapes and still insists to divulge his machination. Olivera nd her family can barely believe that Hope wants to cancel her successful fashion line 'based on false premises'.

Despite Bill's efforts to usher Katie who escaped from the attic, out, she exposes his fake cardiac diagnosis to startled, shocked Liam and Steffy. However she also claims as if sure that Steffy is in on the scam, and indignant Liam seems to believe her too. Brooke convinces Hope that she must not give up her line but simply update her message.

Liam has left Steffy behind and rushed to Hope, finally to indulge in their love again, to both's delight, feeling entitled by Bill and Steffy's manipulation, disregarding Brooke's protestation against precipitation. Only now Steffy can convince Katie that she didn't know about Bill's scan scam, blames him bitterly and tells him to butt out of her 'wrecked' life.

Unwilling to believe or dismiss Steffy before leaving her for good, Liam takes Hope along to question Bill about her presumed complicity. Bill assures them it was all only his misguided attempt to save Liam's marriage and implores him to honor his wedding vows. Meanwhile Brooke reporting Liam kissed Hope leaves Thomas, Ridge and Taylor speculate until Steffy arrives, who tells them only that her blood clutter 'is gone'.

Liam now accepts that Bill probably didn't even tell Steffy, yet stands by dumping her for continuous scheming. Worse, he wants disown Bill as ever-self-absorbed father. Nick tells Pam that her design theft has been found out by Donna, but recommends simple denial, give the lack of proof. However, she rushes to Stephanie, who refuses to believe Donna, but is now asked to understand and forgive her sister, to her anger.

Liam commends Katie's 'prophetic' warnings against Steffy, who hoped giving him space might buy time to mend their marriage, but he sticks to a clean break. While Ridge orders upgraded security, Stephanie completely disowns her pointlessly pleading sister Pam as a total traitor.

Bill hoped Liam calmed down and may be coached to return to Steffy, but instead is calmly but firmly given a sharp analysis of his egocentric, manipulative nature, blind materialistic priorities without real values and utter inadequacy as a father, warned to butt out or loose his son completely. Rick's collection outsells Ridge and Eric's inconsistent emergency release. Rick now scolds and waves Ridge's cocky attempt to pull rank as CEO and simply claims chief designer privileges, including choosing Ambera as graphic associate.

Liam coldly concludes his lecture to Bill, firmly stops his attempt to plead Steffy's case again and gets across the message that their relationship must mature more equally and sensitive if it's to survive at all. Next Liam summons both Hope and Steffy, without informing the rivals in advance that the other is also invited. They realize he's about to choose between them.

Liam elaborately discusses their peril with rivals Hope and Steffy, interlaced with romantic reminiscing. Hope retreats a while to allow the spouses a private talk, and finds Broke outside, but can't believe her pep-talk. Meanwhile Ridge and Taylor try to convince each)other Steffy will win but neither feels sure.

Liam tells Steffy he still loves her but their marriage is over, she moves back in indefinitely with Taylor, whom she startles by declaring Liam will tire of 'unfit child' Hope and return to her. Hope is even happier the him to be reunited and eager to plan a wedding fast, in about a month. Ridge is disappointed, Broke relived, but they agreed to stick by both daughters either way.

Liam finds strength with Hope to face Ridge, whom he assures his choice is final. Ridge gives hi s blessing, admitting the contrary would make him, serial groom, the ultimate hypocrite. Steffy is served annulment papers by Justin, which enrages Taylor, but stubbornly maintains that a taste of unfit Hope will drive Liam back to her.

The Forresters tend to respect Liam's choice to return to Hope, who feels reinvigorated and eager to plan her wedding. Only Taylor point out that Steffy may be able to win him back. Steffy claims that Thomas filled in poorly for her at the office.

Liam understands that Steffy, who maintains they will get back together, objects to a speedy annulment instead of a lengthy divorce as that would wipe their marriage and feels guilty. Liam learns that haste is required as Hope already plans their wedding, but rightly fears that Forresters barging in with demands can only make things worse. Meanwhile a Forrester press conference is staged hastily, thanks to expedient Jake, where Hope announces a wedding the next day before Liam can explain he will remain married for a while.

Brooke told nobody the truth but Ridge, whom she trusts to talk Steffy into accepting an annulment, which proves a very tall order. So unsuspecting Hope expects it to be her wedding day and won't wait a minute longer after anxious groom Liam's arrival.

Only when Hope is walking to the minister, Ridge stops the wedding and takes the couple aside to explain that Steffy has refused an annulment. Furiously, the bride storms out the get it signed anyway at Taylor's, where Thorne had a Valentine's day chocolate fountain delivered for Taylor, which becomes ammunition for a cat-fight over the annulment papers, which end up tarnished and torn. Ridge meanwhile tells Liam he can't avoid the sex moths divorce period and should use the opportunity to reconsider as he can't deny still feeling love for Steffy.

Checking on Hope and Steffy, Liam finds them bickering covered in chocolate and finally makes his bride acknowledge they'll have to wait for the six months divorce procedure. Hope goes sulk back home, where the surprised family is finally informed and Rick doubts if 'fickle' Liam is really the ideal groom for Hope, a question Ridge eagerly seconds.

Rick protests in vain when CEO Ridge insists to take decisions at a meeting which Eric isn't attending. Still Rick is ordered to leave the Originals line and agrees to run the lingerie line with unamused Steffy, who presumes to call rank.

Liam's tenacity is demanding that Bil respects his son's choice for first love Hope without pleading Steffy's case as 'ideal partner' (especially for business) finally hits home. Rick promises the Logans he'll get Steffy to accept an annulment after all by seducing her again, but his setup to be overheard telling Marcus how he looks forward to working with and under her may be too obvious.

Rick's plan, overheard by Brooke, is considered sweet but hopeless and Steffy tells Thomas to hang on, he may still get Hope if Liam returns to her. Rick however succeeds in no time to rekindle Steffy's passion for him back on kissing terms and gets her to sign the annulment.

Liam and the Logans' joy over Rick triumphant arrival with the signed annulment is squashed when they actually read the signature, instead of which she wrote 'Looser'! Despite Liam's warning that this proves manipulation attempts can backfire, Rick makes another seduction attempt, ridiculed by Steffy, who wouldn't even think of rekindling their romance.

Liam is surprised and worried to Rick continue to flirt with Steffy, who now seems somewhat responsive, while again presuming to pull rank in the lingerie line. When Liam and Hope end up in the same bar and can't keep their eyes off the teasers, Steffy triumphantly calls this proof that puzzled, indignantly denying Liam is 'jealous', hence still in to her.

Liam tries to convince impatient Hope they must just wait for his divorce. Visiting competition winning clients reinforce her belief in pre-marital abstention, which she discusses with Brooke. Steffy and Bill hope six more months of sexual starvation will drive Liam away, which Ridge agrees might happen, Rick even feels Hope may then just not be right for Liam.

Although Ridge nor Bill appreciated being summoned to dine with their wives, they enjoy bickering and teasing the ladies about how to handle or stay out of Liam, Steffy and Hope's future and whether California's six months divorce procedure will make Liam reconsider. Meanwhile Hope is actually tempted by Liam's suggestion, since they should already be married, that she can move into his beach-house immediately, sealed with a kiss.

Liam's protest slowly weakens against Bill's relentless warnings that allowing Hope to wait with sex till his divorce means a frustrated life of 'headaches in bed'. Hope begs Rick to seduce Steffy just enough to sign the annulment. Both rivals calls Liam, hoping for a romantic visit from him.

Lia is surprised by self-invited visitor Stephanie, who keeps pleading against a 'rash' divorce and probing whether he still feels enough for Steffy. Hope and Steffy longed for a visit from Liam, but get only a delivery boy viz. Rick, who intends to keep wooing his ex, regardless whether that gets the annulment signed. Eagerly 'stealing' a courier message from Marcus, Amber sees 'her' Rick leaving Steffy's loft and warns off her 'rival', who assures her still to be interested only in Liam.

Nick questions his obviously gloomy mother's noble choice to sacrifice her happy marriage with Owen to let him and Bridget be a full-time family for baby Logan, rekindling her happy marital memories. Meanwhile the young parents explain to startled Eric and Brooke that they decided Owen must be happy again, and hence return to Jaqueline. Next they bring the news to Nick's home.

Liam impresses the board with his fashion magazine's performance, yet Bill can't resist suggesting Steffy should be there. With Nick's approval, Owen and Bridget make crystal clear that he and Jaqueline belong together, so he's moving back in with her, but on slightly less subservient terms: she can play the domineering cougar again, but major decisions are to be made together.

Liam is delighted that Hope has finally decided tot move in with him and live as if already married 'in every way'. He politely waves uninvited Stefanie's plea to stay married with his 'perfectly fit' wife instead, while Ridge argues to Brooke that Liam should really take the time to decide, instead of making another rash partner choice.

Liam is looking forward to his 'early wedding night' nd drops by to tell Steffy himself, only to be told Hope did earlier, gloating. Ridge tells Brooke he doubts if Hope will and should drop her principle against premarital sex by committing adultery.

Liam and Hope greatly enjoy working up to their wedding night 'foretaste', with elaborate romantic frills. Bill meanwhile does the same with Katie, assuring her he'll be happy is Hope surprisingly manages to satisfy Liam, which he still believes better left to Steffy, who meanwhile tells Broke she fears pre-marital sex will 'trap' Liam in a promise to Hope, even if he 'comes to his senses' and takes her back.

Fully in romantic mood, Liam and Hope greatly enjoy their 'pre-wedding night' while Ridge warns Brooke that if she isn't completely ready, a disappointing experience may backfire badly. Taylor and Stephanie concur that Liam should stay married with Steffy and speculate away.

Brooke and Ridge grapple with ideas about how to celebrate Eric and Stephanie's wedding anniversary. Ridge points out that his parents may not even want to celebrate the anniversary because they're not actually married right now. Stephanie and Eric receive an unexpected visit from Sally Spectras former partner-in-crime Gladys Pope. Gladys explains she had to diversify in today's difficult times, branching out into landscaping, acting... and officiating at weddings! This peaks Eric and Stephanie's interest: should they remarry? After spending an intimate evening ...

Gladys Pope returns to the Forrester Mansion with a marriage certificate in tow. An impromptu and comedic wedding takes place between on-again-off-again soul mates Eric and Stephanie. Bill interrogates Liam about his evening with Hope. Hope reveals to Brooke that she didn't feel ready to open up to Liam and that her first time was not nearly as fulfilling as she expected it to be. Brooke takes Hope to her friend, psychologist Dr. Stacy Barton, to understand her feelings.

Liam seems finally able to convince Bill that he's over Steffy for good and her that there's no point in waiting for a divorce now Hope agreed to sex. Bill however warns her not to sign the annulment and see if sexual frustration drives him back in her arms. In therapy, Hope explains that her semi-frigidity probably stems from over-compensating her fear to become like Brooke and the trauma of their (near-)rapes.

Liam is all confident he can help Hope slip into a healthy sex life, even goes a extra romantic mile. She was reluctant to accept 'relexing' medication from the therapist, but resorts to its when another anxiety attack strikes. Bill manages to tear-up the annulment papers Liam gave her to consider signing, as her rival didn't perform to her level in Liam's bed. Brooke admits to Ridge Hope isn't quite ready for marriage.

Liam and Hope enjoy their next night sharing his bed, with her secretly on calming pills, more, hopeful it's the start of a healthy sex-life. Ridge fails to talk Steffy out of leaving LA for an indefinite stay, alone, in Bill's Aspen cabin, equipped to work from, or to talk her into taking Thomas along. Brooke's suggestion to take the annulment forms along is laughed away grimly.

Liam and Hope are greatly relieved that their second 'first' 'wedding' night finally went well and agree to call it their first. Bill triumphantly calls Liam's gloomy surprise when told Steffy is leaving for Aspen indefinitely proof that he still loves his wife, but Liam insists he is now committed to Hope only. Steffy laughs away Hope's latest attempt to get the annulment signed. Taylor opposes Brooke's view that Liam and Hope's first sex finally broke his wedding spell, claiming an unsatisfactory experience may actually wreck their relationship and send him back to ...

Liam's slightest distraction as fashion magazine editor provides Bil another excuse to go on about Hope not being the right choice. In therapy, Hope's confidence as the pills work is challenged when told, after telling about her break-up with Oliver, that she still has major trust issues. Ridge and Brooke are startled to hear about his parents' absurd re-marriage, yet congratulate them and announce a wedding anniversary, cause for reminiscing. To Bill's disappointment, Katie has mixed feelings about Steffy staying in their Aspen chalet.

Liam and Hope are now a happy couple, but agree to restrain from public kissing until his divorce. At a small party where Marcus, who is announced to leave LA, proposes to Dayzee, fans photograph Liam kissing Hope, and verbally attack them as adulterous hypocrites.

Liam and Hope reassure each-other that the public's hostility won't affect their relationship. The news however rattles the firm brass, as Ridge and Stephanie insist they must carefully avoid public 'adulterous' affection, which may compromise the leading design line's now crucial sales.

Now the scolding women have posted on Internet pictures of 'adulterer' Liam kissing 'hypocrite' Hope, Rdige is furious about the business risks and orders her to move back home, which she nor Liam accept. Bill acts paternally supportive but hastily informs Steffy claiming this is an opportunity to break the couple up.

It's the celebration of Eric and Stephanie's wedding anniversary: The newlyweds recall Christmas 1988 where amidst their failing first marriage they decided that their love would pull their family together and so it did. Next, Thorne, Taylor, Thomas, Rick, Marcus and Dayzee arrive. Stephanie is surprised when Felicia walks in the door. Brooke also invited Pam who calls a truce with her sister. Brooke recalls how she and Stephanie became friends over the years as Ride recalls his very first encounter with Brooke in 1987 as she was catering at the mansion at a party. ...

As Oliver reports the 'adultery' scandal is going viral, Ridge holds a Forrester war council on how to handle the PR disaster, which can't quite decide on a blocking attempt or risky swing back to the initial self-determination focus. Bill warns Liam that Hope, unlike Steffy, can't cope with such pressure, hence is hiding. Indeed she consults her therapist but storms out when denied a large pills prescription, refusing verbal therapy, and returns to Liam's beach-house trough assembled paparazzi.

Bill needs some spousal prodding in bed to agree to a welcome dinner for his sister Karen and her daughter, Caroline junior, whom Brooke invited for an interview as potential designer to assist Rick with his collection. Ridge only agrees in the hope that distracts Rick from Amber, whom Thomas and Oliver, assigned to help prepare Rick's next show, find still lurking around. Carline's arrival indeed arouses greedy attention from Rick and Thomas.

Thomas hopes that Caroline will stay but not end up a couple with Rick, so he can snatch her up. Her mother suspects Brooke's secret agenda, which Ricj exposes by refusing to dump Amber as his design partner. Fonds memories of late aunt Caroline senior, Ridge's ex, however enable a joint Forrester-Spencer welcome party.

Liam is pleased to meet Karen and Carloine, as vice versa, but Bill warns them that although Forrester is an excellent employer, Brooke's true priority is to get rid of Amber. Rick sort of welcomes Caroline, but refuses to dump Amber, who even takes on Brooke's hostility as 'unprofessional'. Hope admits being more stressed then she told Liam before, but is denied extra anxiety pills until therapist Barton returns from a trip.

Liam is startled to see Steffy is back, unable to resist a welcome hug and kiss, as she promises to respect his choice but confirms planning to act as Mrs. Liam Spencer the remaining married months. Ridge sees the 'spouses' but sneaks off unnoticed. Having accidentally found out that Hope is secretly using anxiety pills, Amber promises to keep her secret, but also orders dodgy Internet ones and has them delivered in the office as if from therapist Barton.

Ridge discretely tells Liam he saw his tender welcome for Steffy, proving he loves both rival girls, and counsel him to use the months left before the divorce to considers whether he truly wants it. Steffy saw Hope hide pills and questions her. Rick firmly resists Brooke's latest attempt to make him dump Amber as design assistant.

The Forresters throw a fine welcome party for Caroline Jr., who enjoys discovering the former marital home of her late namesake aunt, and her Spencer relatives. Everything enjoys it and gets along, only Hope must slip out to take more pills. Rick admits Carloine is an irresistible asset, yet refuses again to dump Amber, who stole an invitation, for her.

The party to warmly welcome Caroline goes on, Thomas clearly uses his charm on her, while Rick, however impressed, refuses to dump Amber. Even Liam is surprised how relaxed and flirtatious Hope become, actually after swallowing some of the pills Amber delivered. Showing Carolie around, Ridge drowns in fond memories of her late aunt, forging an emotional bond as they discover sentimental similarities.

After the party, Ridge is as eager to encourage Thomas flirting with Caroline as Brooke keeps pushing Rick. She's staying in the guest-house and gets both's company at the pool, but 'solves the inequality' by inviting Hope. She accepts, seemingly cheerfully, after thanking puzzled therapist Dr. Barton for crucial help, claiming she now controls her anxiety, but in fact she needs another pill even just to relax by the pool with trusted kin.

At the pool, Thomas and Rick slickly rival for Caroline's attention. She admits being tempted to stay in LA, rather then grim New York, and seems to agree that Thomas's classic couture line is more in her alley then Rick's lingerie. Liam takes the day off at work, courtesy of Katie, asks Hope why she acts so atypically out of control, but she refuses to slow down, claiming a glorious party mood, and faints from the diving board.

Watchful Liam, already worried about Hope's uncharacteristic mod swings, notices her fainting into the pool. So instead of drowning, she's helped out by Him, Thomas and Rick, who are puzzled she refuses a medical checkup and waves the whole incident as low sugar after missing a meal. Amber learns about the dangers of online-ordering medication outside FDA-controlled pharmacy, yet tells nobody she gave Hope such junk. Steffy dreams of Liam kissing her again.

Liam gets apparent comfort by hugging Steffy, who quickly adds Hope's immature behavior confirms she's not ready for adult life. Thomas tells to Ridge and Taylor he's confident he can win Caroline as partner for a classical design collection, and reports how erratic Hope behaved. After consulting Amber, who keeps quiet about the Internet pills, guilt-consumed Hope, who feels she let down everyone by corrupting Liam, decides to owe up to him about her psychiatric therapy. Liam agrees to meet and proves most caring.

Liam not only proves tenderly concerned and understanding for Hope, he even takes part of the blame for her stress and commends her ethical attitude. He accepts her apology for the secrecy, yet Steffy meanwhile speculates that breach of trust may test his commitment before the final divorce decree.

Liam remains fully supportive of Hope, who is therefore greatly relived and tells her therapist things are looking much better now, while admitting she's too much of a want it all in life perfectionist. Two resurfacing relatives apply as Forrester Creations receptionist: Pam asks Stephanie, so she can keep her in line like their late mother did, and Donna, who is trough with Nick and husband fishing.

To Thomas's delight, Caroline is already inclined to move to LA and work on his classical next line. As soon as Bill overhears Liam discuss Hope's pills with her, he informs Steffy, assuring her that makes getting Liam back lots easier. Hope and her therapist are puzzle about the extra pills, Amber keeps quiet even now she realizes the Internat batch may well be toxic. Another press mosquitoes swarm rekindles Hope's anxiety.

Liam explains to Steffy how combined stress got Hope in therapy and on pills, surprisingly enjoying her comfort, even caresses. Hope's indignation when Amber, who actually discovered the website she used was closed down for unsafe products, confesses she stealthily supplied 'helpfully' Internet-ordered pills, quickly gives way when offered more, so both conspire to keep the family unaware. Rick and Caroline agree, although they don't have a line yet, to pose for a promotional photo shoot by Oliver.

The Forresters confer about Craoline's future in the firm. Amber fails to wriggle in, feeling threatened as Brooke insists on replacing her as Rick's assistant, although Thomas offers to team up with Caroline, with sympathy from Ridge. To scare off her rival, Amber counterfeits a photo-shoot as if Rick, not an unsuspecting model she played, wore his dress designs. Hired independently as receptionist, Donna and Pam rival clumsily.

Thomas cleverly seduces Caroline to a romantic dinner. Liam, stood-up for dinner by Hope, who faints after taking another pill during an anxiety attack, enjoys Steffy's company instead, so she can escalate from (pep-)talk and caresses to stealing a kiss. Rick starts suspecting Amber's hand when Caroline declines any non-professional date and the model she got to cross-dress tries to complain, which she explains as having seduced him to pose naked but a scarf.

Thomas's romantic dinner and flirtatious conservation are a hit with Caroline who looks forward to many more to come. Ridge and Steffy are impressed with Thomas' silk-smooth progress, to Brooke's dismay. Returning home hungry, Liam finds Hope past-out and gets her to admit she took Amber's Internet-ordered pills. Liam is supportive, though, and Hope promises to never take These pills again.

Discarting Bil's view that Hope is a proved nut-case, Liam decides to distract her by promising to face the media alone while she can relax in the Aspen cabin during the fashion week there, but Bill urges his press flunky Oliver there to sabotage their bliss. Steffy is now convinced, after Liam let her steal a kiss, that insisting on the legal divorce term is winning him back.

Liam delights Hope with the prospect of an Aspen 'holiday' in Bill's huge cabin, but isn't amused by another paternal sneer that she is his golden boy pet project without a future. Ridge, Thomas and Steffy confer about launching a ski-wear line to announce at the Aspen fashion week. Thorne Forrester Rick drags Caroline along to break in and claims that they should design it, only to be told this proves he's unreliably fickle.

Liam and Hope can't wait to arrive in Aspen by private Forrester jet. Steffy, also aboard official firm representative, warns them it will be more press-stress, not relaxing. Bill makes sure that his trusted TV show co-host, who enlist his reluctant partner Ramona, unleashed the whole paparazzi-swarm on the 'sinful' lovers.

After the Forrester jet lands in Aspen, Steffy eagerly starts preparing fashion week with her press friend Ramona. Liam and Hope enjoy Bill's huge estate, especially the Jacuzzi. The surroundings make Liam recall his honeymoon with Steffy, though. The first paparazzi are already on Liam's and Hope's trail and Bill keeps urging Oliver to put Hope's sanity to the grimmest test. When Rick learns from Brooke about Hope's mental state, he promises to help trough contacts, including his Aspen mate Othello.

Bill's henchman Oliver makes sure the paparazzi pack keeps on Hope's tail when she attempts, overconfident after private bliss with Liam, to attend the fashion week incognito. As Bill expected, once she realizes they didn't stop at the estate gates, the pills in her bag become irresistible. Unwitting, Liam admits to enjoy being in Aspen again, especially with Steffy.

The paparazzi pack has managed to drive Hope back to the pill and record her taking one. Liam comes running to the rescue, chases them and calms her down, still ignoring her relapse. She insist they go skiing, to relax, regardless the risk of being recognized again. Worse, she's tipsy, refuses to wait for him and crashes into another skier. In LA, Bill waves all his supporters in the know's warnings for Liam finding out, claiming Hope now has the chance to prove herself a worthy Spencer bride. Dr. Barton warns Brooke about the dangers of Internet-ordered pills.

When Liam catches up, he finds Hope flippantly bumped over Steffy and cheerfully dashed off without checking her properly. Steffy invites Liam to follow her, but he insists to see her safely back. Rick now worries that Hope doesn't even realize the risks she keeps running. Bill still waves the risk that Liam will find out the latest paternal manipulation.

Liam stays with Steffy till she's examined by a friend-MD, Dr. Meade. Only when she insists, he rejoins Hope. Finding his suspicion right that she had more pills and took one, he even questions if this relationship is to be wrecked by lies just as his marriage. Steffy meanwhile decides to sign the annulment after all.

Liam puts to Hope that they can't be a couple if she's unable with public pressure, but accepts her assurance she's trough with pills and pledges his perpetual love. Feeling a disappointing stand in the way, she suggest he goes stand by Steffy and returns to LA. He's perplexed to find just a note when he brings Steffy to recover after Dr. Meade diagnoses no serious injury, just a painful rehab. Liam is startled when Steffy hands him the annulment document during a romantic Leisure walk.

Liam is startled, while they enjoyed togetherness and reminiscing, that Steffy now offers him an annulment and seems genuinely concerned for him and Hope. To her delight, he tears the document up. Ramona reports to worried Bill. Back home, Hope can't really explain why she returned without Liam. During therapy, with Brooke present, she resolves to stop living with Liam until his expected divorce.

After everyone returns to LA, Bill is delighted to hear that Liam turned down Steffy's annulment offer. Liam is surprised when Hope, who admitted to Brooke on still having doubts, suggests to him that they live apart again until his divorce final.

Liam assures Hope that their marriage is still on, after a house separation, but demands her assurance not to need help to stay off the dangerous pills. Steffy's happiness betrays to Thomas that she expects to win Lia back, as she explains to him, Ridge and Taylor. To put 'rival' Caroline off Rick, Amber bribes a model to stumble on the catwalk, and when he scolds her jocularly dare him to demonstrate walking on stilettos, just when Caroline arrives, who then runs from a date with him.

Liam completely forgot that Bill, Caroline and Katie were invited to diner, so the ladies takes over in the kitchen while he explains that Hope just moved out, but keeps planning their grand wedding, in southern Italy. Bill's I-told-you-so about the unfit paranoid bride as opposed to perfectly-suitable, supportive Steffy is however countered by Caroline, who clearly wins points with Liam. After Hope and Steffy inform them, Ridge declines Hope's suggestion to design a wedding gown for Hope, warning Liam might still choose Steffy.

Bill insists to Liam, while the girls attend to dinner and dishes, that Hoope's flight proves her unsuitable and her very absence provides opportunity to cancel the wedding, while Liam's failure to accept the annulment shows he instinctively wants to stay married with Steffy instead. At Ridge's home, Steffy assures Hope Liam proved in Aspen to be hers again, but refuses to elaborate on the kiss and shredded document.

Even Bill can't deny Liam is doing an amazing job selling stories without saucy scandal. Liam nearly overhears him discuss the Aspen paparazzi scam with Justin. Stephanie is delighted to learn from Steffy about the torn-up annulment document. Brooke only overheard that Steffy signed it, but is soon told the whole story.

Liam assures Hope the wedding is on, yet clearly fondly remembers his Aspen episode with Steffy while Hope rages on about her having lost out. Liam gets a visit from Brooke who demands to know his intentions before the Italian extravaganza. Amber makes sure Caroline sees more embarrassing pictures of Rick on her laptop, as if he enjoys posting those on Internet, make her bail on a date again.

Liam duly tells overprotective mother Brooke she has no business questioning his intentions and commitment to Hope. Yet he spells out that refusing the annulment stands for no longer compromising principles and his wish for an adult, responsible, balanced marriage. Amber manages to tempt confused Rick to kissing while he wonders what put Carline off him. Amber makes Caroline believe it's not for her to understand and accept him like Amber does.

Thomas is happy courting Caroline, who accepts another impressively well-planned romantic dinner invitation. Ridge convinces Brooke that Thomas may well outclass Rick at seduction. When Amber tells Hope about Rck's alleged cross-dressing, she heads to his place, finds Amber there and gets Rick to realize he's been manipulated all over.

Thomas, who already inquired in vain about Caroline's father and surname, agrees to honor neither of his restaurant reservation but meet her parents a a rented beach-house. He ignores her mother Karen opposed even that, due to some deep secret, and her father is most unlikely to attend, as opposed to fashion reporter Jarred Maxwell and his wife Danielle Spencer. Amber pulls all registers to plead, argue and beg Rick not to waste their glorious future together for a single 'prank', but he duly deems the Internet-ordered pills unforgivable and dumps her forever.

Thomas is startled, initially speechless, when Caroline finally gets her mother to allow disclosing their family secret: she was raised without a father, with mother Karen Spencer's lesbian partner Danielle as 'other mother'. Thomas quickly reassures the family by assuring he respects any loving formula that works for everyone, being used as Forrester to many weird ones. Katie expects Bill, whose newfound family man qualities since Liam appeared she defended first to Donna, to be pleasantly surprised when she announces privately being pregnant, but he bluntly orders ...

Thomas triumphs, proving himself the perfectly sensitive boyfriend and understanding about Caroline's "two mothers", yet reassures her that Rick isn't nearly as bad as she fears, which later allows the rival to kiss her when comforted about Amber's manipulation. Bill orders Katie to have an abortion soon, given her cardiac risks, but she keeps insisting that its' her choice to put their first own baby first.

Liam and Steffy make clear to Brooke that the shredded annulment leaves the way open for Hope to wed him after his divorce in pronounced final. Bill is determined to prevent that, so he makes his PA Allison pose as Hope's therapist Dr. Barton's new abuse patient, just to plant a bug so he can record her next session, which sounds more optimistic then he feared, maybe even stable.

The bug planted by Alison in Dr. Barton's office works: Hope's session teaches Bill that the root of her unstable mind is her absent father, crook Deacon, who serves a long jail term in Wisconsin. Liam's choice of bride remains the talk of the family. Katie can't quite convince Broke that keeping her baby is safe for health and marriage.

Liam is left clueless wondering where Bill suddenly rushes too. I fact the Spancer private jet flies him to Genoa City prison, where Deacon Sharpe still has six years of prison term to serve for crook crimes, convinced he can change abandoned biological daughter Hope's mind. Ridge meanwhile tells Brooke it doesn't feel right to design a wedding gown for Hope, as if to celebrate Steffy's divorce.

In Genoa City, Bill finds it easier to blackmail the adulterous warden into handing him the key to Deacon's freedom, albeit illegally, then to convince Sharpe to accept in exchange for a dirty trick on his abandoned daughter. Brooke finds Hope semi-bitterly accepting that Eric, not Rick, will design her wedding gown, but shockingly determined to invite her biological father.

In Genoa City jail, Deacon is surprised that Bill managed to get control of his freedom (by blackmailing the adulterous warden), keeps changing his mind whether to accept the terms, but ends up promising to leave his son alone and dissuade abandoned daughter Hope from marrying Liam. After her latest therapy sessions, Hope is determined to invite her father to the wedding. Broke can't talk her out of it and turns to Dr. Barton. Marcus accidentally overhears Bil's scheming by phone with his father Justin to sabotage Liam's wedding.

With the clock running out on Liam's divorce, Hope taunts Steffy by claiming it's a done deal, focusing on her Italian wedding instead. Steffy however gets a visit from Liam, who is increasingly in doubt and lets her steal a kiss. Bill isn't amused by Danielle's job application, which he considers shamelessly flirtatious, as he tells his sister Karen, who made him interview her closet lesbian partner. Questioned by Marcus about sabotaging Liam's wedding, Justin bluntly refuses to comment.

As time runs out on the divorce procedure by midnight, Ridge refuses just to sit with Steffy and her supporters. So he goes tell agonizing Liam, who just got a last no-Hope sermon from Bill, it's high time to make his choice. Eric is shocked when Brooke tells him Hope wants Deacon to give her away, yet delights her with a choice of his original wedding gown designs.

Time is up for Liam, who calls Steffyto visit him in his beach-house. She rushes there, convinced even more then Stephanie and Taylor that he chose to stay married. She finds him among candles, joining a nostalgic mood in shared memories, largely from Aspen, culminating in a shy kiss. Ridge just wonders either way, Hope considers the game won and concentrates on Eric's wedding gown design, supported by Brooke.

Liam works up to telling still hopeful, near-confident Steffy his choice while midnight approaches, but can't pretend it's irrelevant when elated Hope proudly sends him pictures for approval of the wedding gown Eric designed for her. Meanwhile Ridge and Taylor are the voice of cautious reason while Brooke and Stephanie keep arguing Liam must choose to remain Steffy's husband, Bill contemplates whether and how to play last trump card Deacon.

Liam meets only bitter disbelief when he tells Bill that Steffy sort of helped him rendering their divorce final, so Allison is instructed to prepare fielding last trump card Deacon. Steffy impresses Ridge and her partial family support group with a seemingly noble and mature attitude to render Liam his freedom out of love after a last kiss. Brooke and Hope now concentrate on the Italian wedding, which Bill agrees attending 'supportively', actually with his hidden agenda.

Liam is pleasantly surprised by Katie's news that he's going to get a half-sibling. Liam is so relieved when Bill accepts 'proudly' to be his best man that he fails to notice the phrasing, which amounts to a sneaky 'if ever', i.e. not with Hope. Ridge is impressed by Steffy's 'mature' acceptance of Liam's choice, Stephanie can't resist passing by Liam to remind him he still doesn't have to marry Hope 'while loving Steffy'.

Liam is increasingly torn and confused, as both parties keep appealing to him. Bill openly tells Hope he'll only be civil for Liam's sake, considering her thrice unfit. Determined to sabotage his 'hapless' wedding Hope, Bill urges Steffy to retract her polite refusal to attend as bridesmaid.

Liam and Hope kiss while waiting for their fellow wedding partner passengers in the Forrester jet to Puglia, flown by Kyle. Bill pulls all stops to convince clueless-kept Steffy she must accept attending as bridesmaid. Meanwhile Bill flies to Genoa City, as the warden still hasn't 'honored' his blackmail to release Deacon.

Liam and the Forrester bridal party arrive in Masseria, Puglia, to prepare for the wedding. Bill arrives in Genoa City to force the reluctant state penitentiary warden to release Deacon into his custody, by blackmail over adultery.

Deacon is grumpy that Bill locks him up in a hidden farm an still refuses to disclose his mission to prevent Hope marrying Liam. Ridge and Brooke enjoy settling in the Masseria hotel, delighted with local Malta knights history and ancient olive tree growing. After seeing the happy couple in romantic mood and dreaming about being Liam's beloved herself, Steffy is about to fly home, when Bill arrives.

Bill is just in time to talk Steffy out of leaving and failing to act as Hope's bridesmaid. Alison tells grumpily cooped-up Deacon that Bill is a devoted father for Liam and genuinely considers Hope a terrible match. Liam appeases Hope's wedding detail fears, Ridge and Brooke worry about Steffy.

Liam and Hope greatly enjoy exploring the coastal town where they're about to get wed, Stefie can only dream of her happy days with him being renewed. Ridge and Brooke wander trough the olive orchards, playfully searching for his obsession, giant olives. Deacon is ever more impatient to know what Bill expects him to do to their children to prevent the wedding. Back home, Eric and Stephanie ponder whether they should be in splendid Italy too.

Exloring the Puglia coast, Liam and Hope are so charmed by the 'trulli' village Alberobello that she convinces him to switch the wedding venue to the church there, where family friend father Fontana will be happy to celebrate. Bill again contains cooped-up Deacon's grumpy objections to sabotaging the wedding, but Alison warned his own hideout visits may give the game away. Ridge and Brooke, whom he gave a ring hidden in a fake giant olive, plan their own fourth wedding in the romantic surroundings.

Father Fontana wonders where the bride is, Liam where his father and best man went. Hvaing heard about the venue switch, Bill arranged last-minute for Deacon to stop startled, delighted Hope at the hotel just before the limousine arrives. Steffy has already bailed out as bridesmaid, Ridge offered to give the bride away after all.

Liam and his wedding party slowly get worried as bride Hope is awaited longer than fashionable even for design divas. Deacon is keeping her in the hotel suite, explaining he always cared for her, but was unable to visit due to prison. By the time she goes to the limousine, Bill has has the driver bribed to leave without her. Back home, Katie overhears Marcus about the phone calls suggesting Bill is sabotaging Liam's wedding.

The wedding party looses patience and starts leaving, Liam returns to the hotel. Hope, having missed her limousine, hitchhikes to Alberobello in a dirty electric tricycle. Deacon feels horrible for lying to his sweet and forgiving daughter. Getting no details from Marcus, Kate calls Bill to remind him of the promise not to sabotage Liam's wedding or push Steffy instead in any way.

After finding a goodbye note instead of Hope in the hotel room, Liam tells Steffy he's trough with his unstable bride. Just when he plans to return home aboard Bill's private jet, unsuspecting it's instructed to drop them aboard a yacht in Turkey, Hope arrives and explains about Deacon, who left the note for her. Ridge suspects Bill's hand in all of these inauspicious 'coincidences'.

Liam tires to tell Hope, while Steffy hides, that he's no longer sure about her, but she goes on over her frustrated efforts to reach the church, how much she loves him and when he says he can't go trough right now yet another plan to wed him at the Adriatic. Bill blatantly denies Ridge's correct suspicions about bringing Deacon and refuses to give up.

When Bill arrives, Steffy just leaves Liam, whom she told to marry Hope, and bitterly blames meddler Bill, who decides to welcome the bride, apparently warmly this time. Father Fontana presides over an equally festive and public wedding march trough town. Deacon is relieved Hope that he failed to sabotage Liam's wedding, but fears Bill may renege on their deal, yet Alison seals her promise to plead for him with a hot kiss.

Liam and Hope have their beach wedding, with moving, convincing speeches from Ridge and even Bill. For absent but nearby-witnessing Steffy, it's a perfect nightmare, complete with seagull shit and a fall in sea.

Liam is baffled and charmed by Hope's boundless Delight over their 'in retrospect perfect' wedding day, claiming now even their sex life will be easy. To Deacon's surprise, Bill sounds ingrate but hands him cash to be let 'escape' and disappear at a location only the pilot knows. Katie is surprised that Caroline's lesbian 'parents' still dare not tell Bill about the scam they pulled on the Spencer patriarch for her sake.

Thomas and Caroline enjoy her being his instead of Rick's design finisher and get closer romantically too, as their parents notice approvingly. Ridge and Steffy's report of her nightmare day at Liam's wedding moves Taylor, but the scorned girl states it's time for the post-Liam chapter in her life. The lesbian couple is finally ready to tell Bill the truth, supported by Katie, but he tells his sister Karen to postpone the rude interruption of his marital quality time and Danielle to 'entertain her' meanwhile, then joins Katie on pregnancy checkup, where they agree to ...

Liam's Puglia honeymoon starts frisky, finally also in bed with a happy Hope, yet he can't forget or tell here about the intimate consolation with Steffy when it seems the bride had bailed. Taylor is meanwhile sworn to 'professional' confidentiality to learn that Liam admitted still being in love with his ex, so Taylor demands to know if anything happened. Katie's first pregnancy echo shows the baby is a healthy kid brother for Liam, to Bill's delight.

Thomas enjoys Caroline flirting back while he does rooftop gym. . Elated over his healthy baby boy, Bill allows Karen to admit her secret, admits being a lot like heir bully father, but proves not being a bigot. STeffy tells Taylor that when hey believed Liam was left at the altar, he kissed her and was ready to remarry her, but she decided against being Bill's secret weapon.

Liam and Hope return from their Puglia honeymoon, elated, although he remains haunted by memories. Steffy confides into Taylor that they kissed and were about to fly back and get remarried the moment Hope arrived and explained the note was from Deacon for her.

Thomas readily admits during roof-gym being happy with Caroline professionally and pleased personally more then ever before. Liam and Steffy bump into each-other, he can't rust her assurance that Taylor won't abuse her confidence about them nearly retying the wedding knot, and indeed she's already stirring unwilling Ridge. Meanwhile Hope and Broke assure Katie that Bill is a changed man, all supportive, but hints about his dirty role creep out.

Liam and Bill, who finally started knocking at the beach-house, congratulate each-other on the wedding and marriage-prospects before Liam prepares Hope's new home and carries her over the threshold. Browsing the wedding videos on Liam's tablet, Brooke comes across one with Steffy in his suite, and shows it to equally puzzled Katie.

Liam and Hope are utterly happy, turning the beach-house into their new marital home. Although Steffy keeps warding off Taylor's suggestion she must come clean to Hope, Liam's tablet video recording reveals the truth to Katie, who insisted on watching it, and Brooke, who now paces to unsuspecting Liam to question his marital commitment to Hope while she showers.

Liam is startled by Brooke's doubts about his marital commitment just because of the episode when Hope seemed to have stood him up. Hope senses the tension and demands clarity. Thomas's happiness with Caroline allows Stephanie and Diazy to push Marcus to set a wedding date, but he stall 'a year and a half'.

Liam is far from amused when Brooke and Taylor, whom she informed about the video, burst into demand he tells Hope about the extent of his wedding day 'afair' with Steffy when they believed him stood up at the altar. Encouraged by Dayzee's ex Thomas, Marcus agrees to set a wedding day and the bride blindly picks Thomas's design from three Forrest Original wedding gowns, to become the nucleus of a new Hope wedding line.

Liam hesitates to tell Hope, but feels forced by Brooke's blackmail. Steffy agrees his bride can better hear it from him, but may do it herself. Informed by Broke and Taylor, Ridge agrees Steffy is not to be blamed and Hope can't gain from disturbing her honeymoon bliss, so the trio agrees he will take to Liam, whose response it rather satisfactory. Thomas and the rest of the team plans to use Marcus's wedding to introduce Forrester's new Hope's Perfect Wedding line.

Thomas enjoys being asked as Marcus's best man after his bride already blindly picked his design. Athough Ridge and Steffy make Brooke realize the downsides of forcing Liam to tell Hope the truth, she insists, hoping the newly weds' love will survive. Liam tries t tell Hope at the wedding line launch preparations.

The Forresters hover around, preparing the wedding fashion launch under Hope's label. By the time Liam is ready to tell her everything and Brooke arrives, it's already time for Hope to speech, and she calls him on the stage to kiss, posing as perfect wedding couple. Meanwhile Steffy grabs Liam's tablet to destroy the recording, but first copies it on her smart-phone.

Liam finally gets to explain to shocked Hope all that happened after he found Deacon's note. Ridge, Steffy and even Brooke speculate that their wedding vows will win out, only Taylor that the marriage is doomed. The couple resumes kissing terms, but Hope claims Liam must 'earn her forgiving' laboriously to make her believe Steffy isn't his permanent alternative.

Liam can breathe again now Hope seems to have accepted the wedding suit incident and sees to it that Steffy deletes the video, as he didn't tell they went beyond kissing. Reporter Jarrett got Pam to promise him an exclusive interview and keeps grilling Hope about the imperfect wedding day element, but is called away by parking trouble just in time.

Liam and Steffy reason with Brooke against telling Hope they did more then kiss. While Stephanie presides over an endless bridal shower for Daizee, Marcus's smart-phone addiction, even while driving, takes a grim turn as he runs over Anthony.

Eric and Donna reminisce about heir relationship which bore Marcus and Stephanie helps the bride prepare for wedding and honeymoon. The groom meanwhile waited for an ambulance to bring Anthony, who he ran over, to hospital. LAPD detective Lt. Bradley Baker questions him and wonders how he could not see the big, slow man.

Feeling guilty, Marcus considers staying at Anthony's hospital bed, but best man Thomas duly prods him to silently wait for diagnosis without spoiling his bride's big day. So they join the wedding party, which is reminiscing about past and future Foorester weddings. LAPD detective Baker meanwhile works out Marcus has been phoning only seconds before reporting the accident and decides to come arrest him.

While the wedding is officiated, best man Thomas confides on in Caroline, who sensed his and the groom's tension, about the accident. In hospital, LAPD lieutenant detective Bradley Baker informs Anthony that he has been run over and Marcus must be the culprit, resulting in a bitter plea to 'lock him up'.

After the wedding ceremony, Thomas and Marcus return to hospital, where Anthony's prospects for complete recovery are excellent. The patient doesn't mention legal action, despite a grim inquiry about phone use, so they ignore possible serious consequences for the newly-weds. Liam and Hope enjoy quality time at home, speculating like the Forresters that Thomas and Caroline might be next, or Rudge and Brooke.

Liam meets Steffy and thanks her for discretion instead of trying to wreck his wedding and honeymoon. Neither suspects that Ridge is telling Brooke about having discovered a copy of the ex-couple's accidental video in a wedding photos folder and discussing the likelihood it may also be on Brooke's computer, while Hope is there and needs to look up wedding pictures for PR use. During his wedding night, Marcus tells Dayzee the whole truth, then visits Anthony in hospital, where he's scolded and grilled again by the Baker police detectives, who get him to admit having ...

Liam is reassured by Steffy that Hope won't suspect a thing while Ridge discusses the unlikeliness of Hope finding the video on Brooke's computer with her, but by the time she arrives to check, that has happened. At Anthony's sickbed, Dayzee's plea might pierce his vindictiveness toward Marcus, but his confession suffices for the Baker detectives to arrest him and promise up the six months in jail for reckless driving.

Liam tells Bill, who just returned 'from Italy', about his confession to Hope, still confident she's dealing with it. Bill hands him the paperwork to make their marriage legal, as religious wedding celebrations don't count under Italian law. Hope won't listen to Brooke pleading Liam only turned to Steffy because he assumed to be stood up, she only focuses on how quick he 'gave up on us'. By the time unsuspecting Liam arrives home, she refuses to sign their wedding papers.

However convincingly Liam points out the note totally mislead him and Hope isn't asked to forgive nearly as much as he did for her, she blindly concentrates on the rapidity of his mental switch. Once she realizes Steffy must still have been in their nuptial suite when he buttoned up, she tears up the wedding paperwork. Bill attends a Forrester Creations pre-board meeting, where Pam's reception incompetence peeks and suspicions grow while the Puglia drama and its aftermath are discussed.

Liam can barely believe that Hope bluntly ignores his explanation, even his request to be forgiven for a monumental but honest mistake, she claims there's a pattern of him blaming her. Stating she still loves him, she even moves out, unable to trust him anymore. Best man Thomas stands by Marcus when the Baker police detectives arrest him for reckless driving and smugly say it's too late to consult a judge on bail. Steffy spells out to Brooke that her own insistence on 'honesty' wrecked Liam's marriage, not his ex.

Liam tells Brooke, who sooths Hope 'needs time', he's not giving up on his marriage, but can't see how to win his bride back now she torn up the wedding papers. After making out with Caroline, Thomas takes her along to pick up Marcus's car, which Eric had repaired. They are surprised how little damage it incurred and realize, after driving into a pothole with similar results, that's a more likely cause then crashing into heavy Anthony.

Liam is startled when Hope returns only to repeat she believes he meant his vows but can't trust he won't return to Steffy, then announces hes' moving back to Brooke indefinitely. Thomas and Caroline realize that Marcus's similar car damage may be caused by a pothole and hope to prove it by security camera recordings. Waiting for bail in jail, Marcus prepares for a prison sentence, although Eric hopes his lawyers will get his son acquitted. Bugged by Brooke, who keeps suggesting Steffy is after Liam, she goes visit him just after Hope left him.

Thomas gets hold of the security camera recordings and concludes there is evidence in Marcus's advantage, but by the time he arrives at court with Caroline, the judge has already denied the 'likeable offender' bail. While Hope, arriving back at Brooke's, starts to mellow to patching up her marriage, left-behind Liam is despairing, so when Steffy arrives, pleading her immature rival can't handle imperfect reality, unlike herself, Liam lets her steal a kiss.

Thomas presents his evidence and analysis in court, enough to convince the huge that Marcus is not going to trial at all. Bill is surprised to hear that Hope walked out refusing to sign the wedding papers, but reassures his boy she'll be back 'today'. Steffy starts convincing Liam that Hope is no fit spouse, she still is, and drags him along on a refreshing beach walk, sealed with a long kiss.

Thomas triumphs, with Caroline, bringing Marcus home, not just on bail but without pending charge and reconciled with Anthony. Liam enjoys beach fun with Steffy, enough to let her steal a kiss. Rick, unlike the other Forresters, commends Hope for walking out her marriage, belittling Liam.

Liam can't make up his mind whether to give up his fickle bride of return to Steffy, who meanwhile tells Ridge and Taylor, who fears Liam may accept being toyed around, she's not going to wait for him and plans an overseas holiday. Hope tells poolside playmate Rick she hasn't made up her mind whether to give her marriage a chance, since she still loves Liam. Thanks to Thomas's court stunt, Marcus's honeymoon can start, albeit at home.

Liam admits enjoying spending time with Steffy, who can amuse him like no other, but doesn't respond when she asks him to decide whether she must take a tropical consolation holiday or can move back in with him. Rick's questions make Hope admit that despite all her 'moral' reservations, her heart only wants Liam, who next turns up to ask why she wouldn't move back in right now. Ridge and Taylor reminisce and compare their confounded love-life with Liam's and their rivaling daughters' prospects.

Despite Liam's urging, Hope can give no rational reason to return with him, yet he accepts to wait alone. Thomas meanwhile tells Steffy to unpack, she's not able to walk out of Liam, let alone enjoy a holiday alone. Eric and Stephanie learn about Liam's dilemma and agree with Ridge that Hope is being silly, not what the outcome will be for them and Steffy.

Liam's bachelor night at the nightclub gets further out of hand as he gets drunk and bolder, until supportive party-mate Steffy fails to drag him home. Ridge and Brooke play in bed, expecting their impending re-wedding to be the least noticed, while speculated on Hope's second. Frightened, Brooke bitterly confide into Katie she fears Ridge broke up their honeymoon, plausibly even their marriage, when he found out she lied to hide from him that she had e-mailed with Deacon.

Bill is openly unamused by a surprise visit from Deacon, who cockily entered Spencer HQ baring cigars for Will's father and flowers for his Sharpe-doting secretary and claims, in vain for now, a job fitting Hope's father. Katie confides in Brooke that she is overwhelmed by motherhood and not sure if she can hold up with the baby. After running into Hope, Liam thinks back on what he and Hope lost. At University Hospital, Dr. Lewis returns and reveals that the blood test indicated elevated tumor markers, and the scan confirmed the cancer has returned and has spread! Stephanie sighs that she knew it would happen one day and guesses that things don't look good which Dr. Lewis confirms. Eric ...

Eric wants Stephanie to fight for survival again, but she refuses and the doctor agrees, given the spreading of her cancer, that enjoying the time she got left is a sensible alternative. Bill finally manages, with Brooke's support, to convince Katie they must concentrate on parenting Will, the doctor convinces her maternal ability doubts with a firstborn are normal.

Taylor is happy for Liam and Steffy. Brooke breaks the news to Hope and Rick about the real reason why she returned from her honeymoon alone. She also explains that Ridge and her aren't legally married as the marriage certificate was never filed. Steffy acknowledges to Liam that he is still in love with Hope, but is convinced that his heart will be all hers one day. Brooke encourages Bill to have Katie get counseling from Taylor. Rick wants Hope to see the positive aspects of her separation from Liam.

Donna and Pam are happy to see Eric return to his old office at the request of Thomas. Eric suggests telling the family about the cancer returning, but Stephanie reminds him of her wish to do it in the right time, in her own way. Bill and Katie explain their situation to Taylor. Katie divulges to Taylor the thoughts and fears that are going through her mind that make her believe that she is not cut out for motherhood. Rick declares to Brooke that he should have been made interim CEO. Brooke agrees.

Stephanie sighs as she writes handwritten invitations to her farewell party. Pam is the first to receive one of the letters and to learn of the return of Stephanie's cancer. Stephanie assures a tearful Pam that she will always be there for her, like a little bluebird perching on her shoulder. Caroline is very chilly towards Thomas after his run-in with Rick. Thomas pleads with her to give him another chance. Later, everyone at Forrester Creations is stunned by Thomas' newfound attitude as he flaunts his power as the company's Interim CEO.

When a frantic Bill learns that Katie actually kept her word by leaving him and their newborn son, he and Brooke turn to Taylor for help. Brooke becomes increasingly concerned about how badly Bill is taking the news of Katie leaving him. Taylor defends Thomas as she reminds Hope and Rick that her son is the CEO and should be treated accordingly. Oliver does a first photo shoot with Caroline. Thomas compliments Caroline for doing a fantastic job. Steffy and Liam make the most out of their revised vacation plans by enjoying some quality time together in Aspen until a shaken Brooke calls them to come back to the house as Bill does not wake up...

To Liam's release, Brooke panicked for nothing, Bill just napped. Rick pleads with Eric to intervene against Thomas's 'reckless' plans, but is dismissed as premature. Caroline assures Rick and Hope she's not back with Thomas, let alone to further her career.

Realizing how deliberately Katie deserted him and their baby, Bill dismisses Brooke's correct theory about misguided 'sparing Will', even doubts whether he wants his wife back, ignoring the wretched dwelling is wearing her down already on a rainy evening. Liam is sent off to make up some of his missed Hawaian holiday with Steffy whom he treats to a surprise from his summer season past as paragliding instructor. Caroline explains to cynic Rick that she only kissed Thomas out of gratitude when he pledged 5% of the profits to the cancer fund.

Bill gives Justin instructions to find Katie. Back in L.A. Katie visits Taylor who suggests treatments for a skeptical Katie, urging her to accept that she is experiencing depression. Katie however thinks she is living on borrowed time that could take her from Will at any time and states that Bill and Brooke will create a wonderful family for the boy. Steffy and Liam enjoy having the house to themselves. Reluctant at first, Bill and Brooke go on a hot air balloon ride set up by Katie.

Bill embarks on the hot air balloon ride with Brooke, who is relieved to hear he did that several times before. Liam and Steffy still enjoy 'babysitting' and contemplating their future as well as Will's. Taylor still has no therapeutic success and now warns Katie that without proper treatment, she may become a danger to herself and others.

Eric fails to reach Ridge in Paris just as Felicia and Kristen arrive at the Forrester Mansion greeting their mother. Pam also drops by but quickly rushes out with Eric... On the Spencer jet, Bill, Brooke, Steffy and Liam head home to L.A. Katie, still haunted by sounds of a crying baby, calls Taylor and asks her if she's heard from Bill or Brooke. Late guests pour in for Stephanie's life celebration and are warmly welcomes, including Felicia's artist lover . Even Thomas is among those hesitating, finding it difficult to act cheerful at what inaugurates her demise. Bill and Brooke are disappointed that Ridge still hasn't arrived or responded, but Eric decides to kick off the party. After a speech about Stephanie entering his life and helping shape firm and family, he introduces the surprise act: the quartet 'Celtic Women' from Dublin, to be followed by general dancing, in honor of her Irish roots.

As Ridge doesn't arrive, to Bill and Brooke's dismay, Eric starts the life celebration, with an Irish theme in honor of Stephanie's roots. After his piano playing and shanty singing, it's time for Cletc woman's song and instruments, followed by the Irish dancers. After a side-goodbye to Brooke, the old couple prepares to leave, without ending the party.

Bill senses Brooke is upset that Ridge didn't come and comforts her. Brooke admits that it is only part of the reason as it just dawned to her at the party that Stephanie will be actually dying. While trying to convince Katie to not go through with her plan, Taylor inadvertently gives her hope that the plan is actually working. As Stephanie and Eric take what may be their final trip together to the Big Bear cabin, she comes to terms with her imminent demise as she becomes weaker and weaker.

Taylor gives professional advice to Bill regarding Katie but also warns Brooke to not become too close to Bill. When Taylor brings up her past history with other married men, Brooke slaps Taylor! Unable to get over her own troubles, Hope tries her best to be happy for Rick when he tells her that he is in love with Caroline.
