Ridge is in shock over Taylor's confession that she slept with James back in 1994 during the earthquake. Taylor asks for Ridge's forgiveness but he is hesitant to do so. Taylor's relieved for a moment when he eventually forgives her for the one-night-affair, until Ridge tells her that he can never forgive her for the hypocritical way she has treated him and especially Brooke over the years. Stephanie reprimands Brooke to stay out of Taylor and Ridge's business. Bridget tries to discuss her mother with Nick, who is everything but keen on the subject. Brooke stops by to...

Stephanie tells Eric that Ridge and Taylor are having marital problems. Eric urges his wife to stay out of it but Stephanie is too afraid of Brooke stepping in. At Big Bear, Ridge and Taylor break it to Thomas, Steffy and Phoebe that their marriage is over. The kids are upset over the news and don't know how to react. After the kids leave, Taylor then asks Ridge to leave, because she wishes to be alone for a while to think. After having another fantasy about Taylor, Hector decides to pay his lady-love a visit. Unfortunately Taylor is annoyed with Hector's attention and does not want to see him. At University Hospital, Bridget is in pain and pleads with the nurse to up her dosage of medicine. Nick tries to comfort and cheer up Bridget. Later, Thomas convinces Ridge to help out Taylor who admits to his son he still does love her. Ridge calls Taylor, yet Taylor says he does not need his help. A emotional and distracted Taylor then gets into her car but swerves off the road.

Felicia's health takes a turn for the worse. Upon seeing his pale daughter in pain, Eric thinks she should go to the hospital. Yet Felicia makes Eric promise not to take her to the hospital because she fears that she will never come out. At University Hospital, Bridget realizes she can't go home when she sees Dr. Caspary and worries that the baby won't be all right. While Felicia is waiting for Eric to fill her pain pill prescriptions, Felicia visits Bridget and becomes more of a sister and friend to Bridget.

Taylor and Thomas discuss Ridge and Brooke's wedding. Taylor is surprised to receive a phone call from Stephanie informing her that Brooke and Ridge's wedding has hit an impasse. Ridge tries to comfort Bridget upon her divorce but is instead surprised to learn that she encouraged Nick to come over to re-claim Brooke. Eric arrives upstairs wanting to know what is going on. Ridge tries to tell Brooke that they are destiny. Brooke is unsure of what to make of two men competing for her love: does she want to be with Ridge or Nick?

Dante tenderly reassures dying Felicia he'll take perfect care of their darling boy, maybe some day with Bridget as gentle stepmother. Stefanie nearly convinced Brooke to give up Ridge as Bridget wants and marry Nick, when Ridge storms in to remove the maternal obstacle, any way it takes.

Massimo scolds the Forresters' marital fickleness and advises, then warns reluctant Brooke to go ahead with Ridge for RJ's sake. Felicia makes Dante to get not an ambulance but the family, for a last champagne toast. Dominick also kisses her goodbye, then she dies in Stefanie's arms.

The family mourns Felicia's demise. Still choices must be made; Brooke, back on hugging and kissing terms with Ridge, joins him in the bedroom. Massimo warns naively confident Dominick, who sees them in bed. Taylor tells Hector in a bar that Bridget didn't marry Nick.

Nick is shocked to find Brooke in bed with Ridge. After an excessive night of drowning their sorrows, a very drunk Nick and Taylor stumble in his bed at the Shady Marlin just as Brooke arrives on the boat.

Dante tries to reassure Bridget and Stefanie, then takes Dominic with him for the night. While Ridge bickers with unhelpful Jackie, Brooke refuses to believe Nick and Taylor didn't do anything in his bed, haughtily disregarding her own actual infidelity.

Dante comforts Bridget who failed to stop Ridge storming out after Brooke. Finding her with Nick, Ridge scolds his infidelity and expects Brooke to return with him, ignoring the fact that she had already made up with Nick. Taylor confesses her drunk stupidity to Brooke, who still promises to help get Ridge back.

While Ridge expects Brooke to return with him, she leaves alone but goes to Ridge, doubting her faith again. They part hugging, undecided. When Stefanie and Taylor arrive, Nick tells them Ridge knows everything and is warned not to underestimate Ridge.

Taylor tells Nick her fears that she might become an alcoholic. Eric confides in Jackie that Stephanie has been stalling preparations for Felicia's funeral. In a shocking turn of events Stephanie goes to a private clinic to visit Felicia!

Believing Felicia dead, Dante makes sure their baby-boy Dominic junior alias Dino spends time with Bridget and swears there will never be a rival in his eyes. In the private clinic, Dr. Christian Ramírez discusses Felicia's harsh odds -even if chemotherapy and liver transplant are possible- with Stefanie, who insists the main goal is to buy time. Nick assures Taylor he doesn't blame her, only the Forresters' games.

After Dr. Christian Ramírez tells Stefanie Felicia's treatment has started, without clear prospects, she enjoys Ridge's 'mourning consolation' but is startled how accommodating and forgiving he approaches Brooke's infidelity. Meanwhile Dante's concern for baby brings Bridget closer to Brooke, who later joins and kisses Nick, promising to wed him but without premarital sex.

Nick wrestles with Brooke's pre-marital abstinence and asks Bridget if she really wants to divorce him, she answers not really but she will for baby Dominick; both sign the papers. Ridge demands answers from Brooke but she refuses to return, he moves out 'to come and get her back'. Eric plans a memorial service for Felicia, despite Stefanie, who first tells Dr. Christian Ramírez to spare her suffering then next asks to keep her alive.

The Forrester clan gathers for a memorial service, assuming that Felice is dead and missed, despite her willful side. Only Stefanie knows she's alive, but has gloomy prospects from Dr. Ramirez. However his latest call, to arrange a visit straight away and confirm she's finally starting to react positively, so she still has a chance to live after chemotherapy and a liver transplant.

Dante gets Bridget's blessing to return to work, despite her being jealous of his adoring colleagues. Dr. Christian Ramírez gets Stefanie's authorization to take Felicia off life-support in order for her to become eligible for a liver-transplant. She has no luck convincing Taylor either to keep trying with Ridge or to discourage her from turning to Nick, whom she however sees kissing Brooke, not realizing that they are actually celebrating their agreement that 'Uncle' Nick should become her kids' daddy. Dante has a romantic surprise for Bridget and also has Felicia's ...

Dr. Christian Ramírez forces the rules to put Felicia on the donor list, but warns she needs to fight fiercely for her life - Stefanie goes to get the ultimate motivation for this, baby Dominick, grudgingly handed over by Bridget after Dante demonstrated his masterly fathering skills. Meanwhile Nick still fights with temptation.

Ridge confidently tells first Bridget, then Brooke that the pre-marital abstention is not really for Nick but to revenge his infidelity with Taylor. Seeing Felicia, Eric argues against Stefanie and Dr. Ramirez about playing God and ignoring her DNR, but a sign of life rekindles his paternal love, he even falls in Stefanie's arms in tears.

Dr. Ramirez finds Felici conscious again, but she says she hates Stefanie for putting her through this - he doubts that she can get a liver in time. Stefanie insists on donating part of hers, despite the danger. Ridge keeps trying to win over Brooke with his theory that Nick is just a substitute for their frustrated love, but she calls him as unreliable as her dad. Nick tries reverse psychology on Taylor's drinking.

Dr. Christian Ramírez explains Stefanie is more likely to die than to save Felicia's life, but she insists so he arranges a transplant team stat. It arrives with better news. Nick patiently helps vomiting Taylor through the night until she admits alcoholism isn't her real problem. Brooke admits to Ridge he's not as bad as her dad, but maintains Nick is really her stable future.

Dr. Christian Ramírez exchanges cautious congratulations about Felicia's operation with Stefanie, then visits his big brother Hector, who drags him along to a party with Thorne, Dante and fellow MD Bridget, where he recognizes 'Dino'. Ridge tells Stefanie he now realizes dad Steven Logan's is the root of Brooke's paranoia, and asks her to let him and Brooke replace her again as joint CEO. Jack and she enjoy being together and playing pirates with her kids.

Dr. Christian Ramírez leaves the barbecue party early to go and insist that Stefanie must tell them about Felicia, but she argues they must first be surer about her survival chance. Massimo helps Ridge find out about Nick's pirate yacht trip.

Dr. Christian Ramírez shows the Forester parents that Felicia is doing well enough to reveal her survival to the family, and she asks for baby Dominick. While Nick's party enjoys camping 'pirate style', Massimo can't trace their yacht, but Ridge guesses they're on the channel islands where their affair began. Massimo stops him from storming in and claiming his kids, he promises to use persuasion instead.

Eric and Stefanie follow Dr. Ramirez's advice and bring Dante, Bridget and 'Dino' to the private clinic, where Felicia is shown to her sister. Massimo keeps Ridge quit long enough for Nick to bring the yacht in through bad weather. Ridge now calms down enough to welcome his kids, and remind Brooke RJ was supposed to go with him to a car show they looked forward too.

Massimo pleads and threatens to make Nick cede to Ridge, but to no avail. Ridge's promises still don't convince Brooke to leave Nick for him either. Eric overcomes Jacqueline's objections against Stefanie's latest sneaky stunt.

Dominick rages at 'control-obsessed' Massimo for punishing him through his jailed mother, which his father denies but insists Marone must make decisions according to family tradition. Dr. Christian Ramírez gives the OK for Felicia to be presented to the family again, she even insists on shaving her chemotherapy-affected hair off.

The startled Forrester family toasts on Felicia's 'resurrection', but must face the baby-issue. Dante feels like keeping Dino, Bridget wants to hand him back to Felicia. Eric visits his flame Jacqueline in jail. Nick tells Brooke he believes dumping her is Massimo's price to help free his mother, who indeed gets the explicit demand behind bars.

Dr. Christian Ramírez personally grooms and kisses Felicia before they receive Dante and Bridget, who could hardly wait to pick up Dino again. Massimo barely controls Ridge's anger by offering bail for Jacqueline, despite her refusal to break up Nick and Brooke. The prosecutor digs up her adulterous affair with criminal employee Deacon Sharp.

Now Dr. Christian Ramírez calls her recovery miraculous, Felicia wants Dante and Bridget just to stay in Dino's life, but daddy Dante wants their adoption to stand in full. Jacqueline is denied bail, Massimo is sort of blamed by the family. Nick is determined to discover the truth..

Massimo denies framing Jacqueline and fails to reconcile Brooke with Ridge, who now gets dad's blessing for his own plan. Bridget realizes Stefanie foresaw that she would bond with baby Dominick 'Dino', and feels disfavored just for being Brooke's daughter when she's asked to allow Felicia quality time with him and refuses in tears. Nick wonders why Forrester employee Megan Conley was also sneaking in his mother's boutiques chain HQ and keeps looking for proof.

Jacqueline tells Nick to let things be until he's married to Brooke rather then take on Massimo who always wins. As to be expected, that only makes Nick more determined, so he scolds and threatens pa. Massimo secretly receives his employee Megan and rewards her with a precious necklace while calling her the woman he wants to share his life with. Ridhe insists Brooke must grant him at least an hour with a special attempted remedy, a mystery guest.

Stephanie denies Nick's allegation that she's in league with Massimo, and doubts if he is behind Jacqueline's arrest. Ridge explains he invited Brooke's dad Stephen so she could make peace with him and forget the bad example overshadowing their own bond, which takes quite some pleading from both men.

Stephen fears that he may never be able to make up with Brooke. He has more luck with his grandchildren, which almost endears his mother, but she still tells him to leave them alone for good. Nick and Massimo find no way to reconcile their Marone family: the impish son ends up slapped for his ingratitude.

Nick tells Brooke that he threw his ring back at his father. Massimo tells Ridge to make up with Brooke that day, whatever it takes. He feels confident her dad Steven's visit should have done the trick, she's confused but gives him hugs and kisses. Talking to Eric, Nick learns that Megan lied and guesses she's Massimo's mole.

Dante and Bridget come to take 'Dino' along with them on a ten day Italian holiday to show the boy to his family, but Felicia wants to keep 'Dominick Jr.' home. Ridge's plan has got Brooke hugging and kissing again. Now Nick knows about Megan, Massimo pleads again to let Brooke go back to Ridge 'before it's too late', then accepts Nick's price.

Ridge is happy in bed with Brooke, but she wakes up and tells him her pills to combat her anxiety has numbed her awareness. Stefanie sides with Felicia on keeping Dino/Dominick home, Bridget refuses to be taken for granted again and pulls her custody card, yet makes up after grandma has left. Massimo finds his ex and Nick haven't learned yet.

Dr. Christian Ramírez hears Felicia and Stefanie plot to prevent Dominick going for a week to Italy (by trying to annul the custody) and pleads an amicable approach, Dante being Dino's dad. Ridge tells Taylor about the drug misunderstanding. Steven visits Brooke again, roughly learns what happened and turns on Ridge. Nick still doesn't know.

Dr. Christian Ramírez manages to make Felicia accept that Dino is going with dad Dante and Bridget to Italy for a week, despite Stefanie. Brooke tells Steven she's not afraid of Ridge. Taylor tells Nick that something happened which brought Brooke and Ridge closer together, but Nick can't handle the truth and traces Ridge to Big Bear.

Even with a hunting rifle between the brothers in Big Bear, Nick accuses Ridge is a rapist. Blatantly confident replies from Ridge lead to a fist-fight. On the home front, neither blames Ridge, or fears a violent confrontation. Dante and Bridget are happily on their way to Italy with Dino, until the police pulls them off the plane, as Stefanie fights the custody matter.

Dante and Bridget learn Stefanie won't stop having them arrested when leaving the country, she demands he signs away his parental rights over Dino or loose his Forrester job and be deported. Jacqueline fears Eric won't go through a divorce in order to be with her and is instantly charmed by equally flirtatious Stephen, Nick's future father-in-law and another Massimo- and Ridge-hater. Brooke can barely prevent another fraternal fight, Nick insists she should charge RJ's father for 'rape'.

Massimo assures belligerent Ridge he's trying to do good for him and Nick, then learns about the pills incident. Taylor tells Bridget about the 'rape'. Nick wonders if Brooke still wants Ridge 'at some level', even doubts if their love can remain the same, but against Massimo's prediction they soon kiss up.

Ridge tells Stefanie about the pills and Megan. Even now he's back in bed with Brooke, Nick won't hear of letting Ridge 'get off'. The Marone board learns Megan confessed to framing Jackie with Massimo, who pretends he dumped her recently. Nick claims 'credit' and is rewarded with Massimo's CEO chair.

Ridge is not amused his father Eric has doubts about his moral innocence and suggests he give up Brooke, also pointing out their troubles largely stem from Stefanie. Now Nick has ousted Massimo, he expects Brooke to stop collaborating with Ridge, Stephanie's dream for years; Jackie asks him to reconsider.

Dante and Bridget are worried sick Stefanie may fire him so he'll be deported, away from Dino and her. However the experience brings them even closer together, she's now ready to commit to him all way. Brooke makes Stefanie and Nick happy by resigning from Forrester Creations. Ridge is furious at Stefanie, accusing her of manipulation to keep her firstborn basically for herself, denying him his true love.

Dante's proposal shows that he is a perfect romantic, Bridget is surprised and is ready for the next step but not another marriage, especially while she's not even divorced from Nick. Thorne calls an ambulance after Ridge, has a heart-attack and has emergency surgery. Nick and Brooke celebrate her resignation with champagne and sex in the corporate jet.

Dante checks Felicia hasn't turned against him and explains Stefanie threatens to deport him if he comes 'too close' to their son Dino, they hug. Ridge is in hospital, treated after surgery by the Ramirez brothers, but is unconscious. Thorne and his parents sit at his sick-bed, Stephanie feels guilty for having countered his love for Brooke.

Ridge is still unconscious - visitors Thomas and Taylor get no response. Stephanie tries to call Brooke, but she follows Nick's advice about refusing any contact while on the yacht in Cabo. Stephen is gladly received by Jacqueline and thus gets to answer Brooke's call home but then refuses to help Stephanie find his 'raped' daughter. Christian reports Ridge's condition isn't improving normally, as surgeon Plotnikov had hoped.

The lovers' frolicking fun in Cabo is only interrupted by Nick regretting ordering the masseur for Brooke - he turns out to be a Latin hunk. The home front still wrings palms at Ridge's side, but after Stephen tells Stephanie their whereabouts she flies the Forrester jet there to commandeer the scorned lover as cure.

Dante calms Felicia at Ridge's bedside, lets her hug and kiss him but makes clear 'they' are over. Nick advises to ignore Stefanie's pleading and apologies as they are simply more manipulation, but Brooke considers helping RJ's father anyhow. Steven warns Jackie against Eric as another Forester user-abuser -'too polite' people like them shouldn't give in to it anymore.

Nick still calls Stephanie's hypocrisy, but Brooke is moved enough to go to Ridge. After Dr. Christian Ramírez's latest diagnosis the future looks grim. Jackie decides Eric's defending Stephanie means their already shaky engagement is over and returns his ring. Brooke's kiss awakes the Forrester prince.

The Foresters are delighted Ridge woke up hearing Brooke's voice at his sickbed, Dr. Christian Ramirez explains to him what happened. Nick and Jacqueline worry Brooke may accept Stefanie's offer to return to the firm, and maybe in time rejoin Ridge's bed. Steven however is Jaqueline's new rock strength.

While Nick repeats his suspicion of Stefanie motives and denies Ridge's recovery was magically worked by Brooke, she simply states the Foresters must build their new future without her. Jaqueline scolds Stefanie, swearing Stephen and she will prevent Brooke being lured away from Nick.

A visit from Brooke with RJ cheers daddy Ridge up. Stefanie surprise Eric and Thorne by her intent to lure Brooke back by offering the Forester CEO post. Nick transfers the Jackie M chain to his ma, who asks Brooke to join it.

Nick mistrusts Stephanie; so do Jacqueline and Stephen. At the Forester press conference, shown live on TV, Stephanie publicly praises Brooke's professional achievements, shows Ridge is better and announces she'll put them both in charge again and hands Brooke 50% of the shares plus the CEO chair.

Now that Stephanie's 50% shares offer and the CEO seat is out in the open Ridge and Eric urge Brooke to accept. Stephen and Jackie plead even more vigorously against this 'manipulation'. Nick carries Brooke home assuming she'll refuse but is forbidden to shred the certificate.

Now that her flirting has won Felicia a passionate kiss from Dino's dad Dante, she volunteers to model, instead of Bridget, for a sculpture he needs to make urgently for his next exposition - to her surprise: nude. While Bridget and Taylor are angry towards Stephanie for her 'worst ever manipulation', Stephen tries to convince Nick they can crush the Forresters for good if Brooke accepts 50% and teams up with Taylor, who is promised 2%.

Reassuringly relaxed, Dante sculpts Felicia, even throws in a kiss. Stephen overhears Taylor telling Stefanie her 2% shares offer is a 'bargain' buy-off. Bridget warns Nick her ma isn't constant, will probably forgive Ridge and forget. Felicia makes sure to be seen towel-only at Dante's.

Dante and Bridget grudgingly admit Felicia has a point: if they're not together yet, why shouldn't Dino's parents try again? While Ridge thanks Stephanie, Stephen explains to Taylor 50 plus 2 % is enough to exact damning 'revenge' upon the Foresters.

Stephen Logan's continuing attempt to convince Nick the 50+2% plot is the way to exact revenge upon the Foresters is becoming academic: Taylor emotionally scolds Stephanie as a traitorous, dictatorial, manipulative, ingrate snake and intends to throw the shares back in her face.

Stephen tries to convince Taylor his plan is her best revenge, but she just wants the inconsiderate Foresters out of her life for good. So he suggests she sells the 2% stock to him. Brooke tells Nick she has finally decided to put them first and refute Stephanie's offer. A warm welcome at Forester Creations makes Brooke hesitate, then Stephen calls Nick - he has the 2% key.

Dr. Christian Ramírez assures Felicia that his medical assistance is no longer required, so he's moving out. He commends her attempt to give Dominick his real father, but the two flirt and part with a kiss. Brooke, Ridge and the other Foresters are happy now that Nick has advised her to accept the CEO post. He didn't tell her about the 52% plan he concocted with Stephen, which the Marrone lawyers assure them is incontestable as soon as Taylor is paid.

Ridge and Bridget disagree about Brooke and Nick's real motives and intentions. Nick finally shows Brooke the 52% plan, and demands she turn on Stefanie who will eventually only betray her, or their relationship is doomed. Stephen tries to console Taylor.

Stephen and Taylor wake up in her bed after an unexpectedly intimate night. When he arrives at Nick's, he finds his daughter Brooke, Forester's new CEO, still unwilling to do as they planned and fire the hated, still unsuspecting family.

Without enthusiasm Brooke tells the Foresters her reign means their dismissal, but by the time Nick arrives to gloat about the family's downfall, Ridge has convinced her it's not what she really wants. Dante's gloom over his break-up with Bridget makes him break-up Felicia's posing session. When Dr. Christian Ramírez comes invite her for lunch, she blatantly kisses him, in front of unamused Dante. Stephen is seen at Taylor's by Stephanie, who came vent her violent disappointment.

Dante sees through Felicia's jealousy game, using Christian, and warns her that denying her true feelings will ultimately hurt herself the most. Nick wants Brooke to choose between him and Forester Creations, but she chooses to run it from his headquarters instead. Ridge feels confident he'll get Brooke back. Stephanie's arrogant attempt to get Taylor's shares back deepens the rift further.

While Stephen gets intimate with Jacqueline again, Stephanie tries to talk Brooke out of Nick's revenge plan by telling her daddy slept with Taylor 'for her 2% stock'. Bridget and Nick reminisce.

Dante forgives Felicia, who talked Stephanie out of having him deported. Seeing her play with their son Dino and realizing Bridget is out of the picture, he invites her to Italy. Finally he recycles the engagement ring. After her angry outburst failed, Stephanie still convinces Brooke to stay 'with the family', which is not an option for Nick, even with Brooke working from his HQ.

Dante, Dino and Felicia are delighted now they're planning to become a stable 'Italian' family, they even consider another child. When Christian hears that Bridget regrets refusing Dante's proposal, he convinces her to try again - two hot nights too late, as she'll learn from her sister. Nick is angry that Forester stars Brooke in a new ad campaign she didn't approve of. Brooke is calm about that, but so livid to find out that her father, Stephen, slept with Taylor (and dumped her), she tells him to leave her life and LA for good.

Dante is disappointed that Bridget slightly reproaches him after he's already moved on. Felicia triumphantly tells Eric she needs a wedding dress, then tries to sooth Bridget. Stephen refuses to leave or be Brooke's scapegoat for all her errors and woes, she goes berserk. Stephanie has no luck warning Nick and Jaqueline about Stephen's hidden agenda.

Ridge asks Dante if he proposed to Felicia for Dino's sake or out of love for her. Bridget deeply regrets turning down Dante, who comes over and might give her a second chance. Jackie forgives Stephen his James Bond-style tryst with Taylor. Ridge visits Brooke at Marone Industries to discuss the new lingerie line - and them.

Now Dante knows Bridget still loves him and regrets not having jumped at his proposal, they agree to tell Felicia it's her sister who will be his bride. Meanwhile Ridge makes it clear to Nick that Brooke is taking none of his lover boy's cues, but all his. When Dante and Bridget arrive in the Forester home, Felicia has prepared an inopportune surprise; his whole family, flown in from Rome!

Only Stephanie senses something is wrong with Dante. He slips out of the Damiano family's welcome drink with Bridget, who first kisses him, then decides they can't marry each-other although he insists to love only her and Dino.

Nick whines about Stephen dating his mother, but is warned to concentrate on warding off Stephanie. Taylor misses Ridge, drinking and reminiscing romantically.

The fashion show is a raving success. Brooke is happy to be kissed by Ridge 'for show', Nick, Steven and Jackie scream scandal. Felicia announces she's marrying Dante to the press and makes Bridget stand by them.

Nick wants Brooke to quit Forester after Ridge's kiss stunt. Massimo's fatherly advice to walk away and try salvage a relationship with Bridget before their divorce is final is dismissed. Stefanie urges Felicia to clear the situation with Bridget before she marries Dante.

Dante finally gathers the courage to tell Bridget, not Felicia, is his true love to his father, who argues their son should come first. She offers her wedding dress to Felicia, who senses it's unfair and asks her for the truth. Stephen and Brooke question each other's motives to argue for fighting/working with the Foresters, he announces his return to Paris.

Felicia sees Bridget passionately kissing Dante, but they all pretend it's an innocent goodbye, so the wedding in black goes on. Stephen takes his leave from Taylor but promises to return from Paris if she ever needs him. When it's time to exchange rings, Felicia suddenly turns on her 'unforgiveable' bridesmaid.

Now Felicia has stopped her own wedding, blaming Bridget, the sisters fight. Stefanie learns about the kiss and like Brooke takes her daughters, (opposite), side. The wedding party is startled, waiting helplessly. Dante didn't speak out, but afterward privately kisses Bridget again.

Felicia wants the marriage to be concluded without Bridget, then honeymooning abroad, maybe in Italy. The Forester parents insist Dante commits to her and baby Dino. Bridget tells Brooke she wants Dante and kisses him, assuring she won't go back to Nick. Meanwhile the other women confront each-other.

While Eric questions Felicia's confidence that Dante is committed to her, Stephanie finds Dante and Bridget kissing. She scolds both lovers as unforgivable traitors. Nick and Brooke decide it's time to tie the knot themselves. Dante and Bridget tell Eric and Felicia their decision.

Dante and the sisters try to come to terms with their impossible love triangle. Ridge hoped for a romantic dinner with Brooke, but has to handle her intended wedding to Nick instead.

Dante consoles Bridget that nothing now stands in the way of their happiness. He assures her that Felicia should get over his choice. They strip down for love. Nick interrupts the lovers to finalize his divorce. Ridge startles Stephanie by announcing he believes to have lost Brooke for good. Stephanie fails to make Brooke reconsider but confers with Massimo, hoping Nick meant his threat to leave Brooke if there are further sidelines by Ridge or the Forresters.

Ridge and Massimo tell each-other and Thorne that Brooke's choice for Nick has to be accepted till she sees the light. Stefanie however convinces Brooke to make nudish campaign pictures, hoping Nick will consider that strike three and break up.

Dr. Christian Ramírez isn't amused his date Felicia's 'peotic justice' is to switch her sister's sun block with baby-oil after inviting her and Dante to sunbathe by the pool. Ridge can't convince Brooke to go for the sassy photos, but Stefanie and Missimo pull strings to gave the advertising agency launch it stat behind their back.

Dante is sweetly understanding about Bridget's sunburn. Felicia makes sure the French press learns about the wedding incident and worries Dr. Christian Ramírez by extending her revenge to substituting the medicine for Bridget's sun-burn. As Stephanie fails to talk Brooke out of her marriage plans, she and Massimo confidently plan to use the sassy picture at that very wedding.

The preparations for Nick's impending wedding and the sabotage photo are being completed. Stefanie fails to convince Bridget that she and her ma are really planning their 'wrong' marriages as sacrifices for each-other's sake. Ridge has his last futile go at Brooke for sacrificing business control and their own true love. Brooke's son Rick meets Dante as fellow wedding guest. Stefanie promises Ridge to make things right for him. Groom Nick, in Navy uniform, and his bride suddenly see the near-nude poster when standing before justice of the peace Walter Binon.

Nick has spotted the near-nude and walked off to his boat, followed by his bride. All wedding guests speculate whether the wedding will be canceled altogether, either hopeful or fearful. Nick makes clear this is too much for him, Brooke must choose between him and her job.

Rick is the first wedding guest who decides to leave Chuck's pub when the justice of the peace refuses to wait any longer. However Jackie manages to persuade Walter Bynum to drop by at Nick's boat. From there the happily bickering couple returns to the wedding site, alone. They have decided that their expectations are compatible for marital peace.

Felicia keeps having a dig at Bridget; she even calls Dino Dominick again, and tells Dante she'll dump him when Brooke return to Ridge. In fact Nick and Brooke have chosen to wed and sneaked off honeymooning on his yacht. Dante sweetly pleads understanding and wants to get married now, in Italy.

Thorne tries to console Ridge about loosing Brooke, apparently forever. Thomas worries about both Ridge and Taylor, who is looking at the bottle again. Phoebe's return cheers Ridge up, but she wants him to return home with her. Ridge actually drives up to Bel Air and consoles an equally lonely Taylor.

Thorne's young daughter's birthday party gets the Forresters reminiscing and speculating with melancholy. On her way to the party Phoebe gets off road due to a flat tire and bumps into homeless Shane McGrath.

Clarke, dressed up as a clown, joins Alexandria's birthday party. Meanwhile, Phoebe hides from the homeless Shane in her car until Darla arrives, to help with her flat tire. When Taylor frantically drives through the fog looking for her daughter, she accidentally hits Darla! Hector's emergency team must take Darla to hospital.

Back from their honeymoon, Nick moves in with Brooke and the kids. Thomas shows Ridge why he worries that Taylor may be drinking again. After Hector brings in Darla, Dr. Christian tells Thorne her condition is critical and may prove inoperable. Taylor admits to Hector she was drunk.

Family and friends keep agonizing as to whether Darla will survive, as Christian's tests aren't conclusive. The police are already starting an investigation. Hector vows to help Taylor, thus makes Phoebe find out about her alcohol problem, and advises her to flee. Sally sits by Darla's bedside begging her close friend to pull through and recalls happy time at Spectra Fashion.

The family keeps agonizing at Darla's hospital bed, desperately clinging to happier memories. But it gets even worse: Thorne must watch how her monitor line gets flat.

Ridge tells Brooke about the accident and Darla's death. Taylor is haunted by images of a bleeding Darla on the windshield of her car and consumed with guilt. Hector and Phoebe try to convince her to flee for a likely murder charge. Instead Taylor meets with Thorne, whose grief is tearing him apart.

Taylor tells Thorne she started drinking again, but Hector arrives in time to stop her from confessing to being the driver who killed Darla, at least for now. Brooke gets a visit from her sister Donna and presents her to Nick. He makes clear he wants her out of Forrester Creations, Donna feels Ridge would have been a better match for her sister.

The family must deal with their grief and keep the business going for now but Thorne is an emotional mess. Dante tells Bridget they can start trying for a baby regardless of their wedding delay. Donna argues against Brooke stepping down professionally, which is what Nick really wants. Stephanie demands from Brooke she return the 50% Forrester shares and CEO chair, which has the opposite effect on Brooke.

Donna fails to convince Thorne she can bring Brooke back to him. Stefanie fails to make Brooke return the shares, but she decides to stop modeling. Nick's insecurity may be Stefanie's chance.

Darla's funeral is a sorrowful event. The whole Forester clan comes to pay its respect and remember the deceased fondly. Even Taylor, who still rejects Hector's warning that confessing could wreck her family and his career without helping anyone. What stops her for now is seeing Thorne's grief. Thorne even asks Taylor to break the tragic news to his daughter Alexandra.

Helped by Taylor, Thorne explains to his daughter she's orphaned and what that means. Nick suggests a lingerie modeling alternative to Brooke: her sister Donna.

Dante has kept a record of Bridget's period, so now they hope she might be pregnant already. Felicia keeps insisting that Dante may return to his family eventually. Donna is reluctant to try out as a bedroom model, insisting that Ridge is the one who can make Brooke truly happy.

Bridget is not amused that Felicia insists on being told the result of her pregnancy test. To Dante's disappointment, it's negative, Bridget admits she's also relieved she's not pregnant. That makes him demand she commits to a life together, fast. Donna agrees to succeed Brooke as Bedroom spokesperson-model. Ridge announces that he's stopping designing for that lingerie line. She makes her ideal man -at least for Brooke- reconsider.

Forester Creations is delighted to find out that the prospect of working with Donna has convinced Ridge to keep designing lingerie for Brooke's Bedroom. The press reacts rather hostile to the new spokes model, as does Stephanie. As Dante isn't prepared to wait much longer to start a family with Bridget, Felicia senses her chance. Brooke becomes jealous of Donna when her sisters takes the spotlight.

Ridge helps Donna over her initial doubts as a a model, getting intimately close with him. Hector warns Taylor she can't keep on seeing the Foresters or she'll ruin all their lives by confessing to Thorne. Stephanie stands by Thorne, who tries to get his life going again.

When Thorne tells Taylor he realizes that she's carrying around a secret and has only one choice, she fears the game is up. In fact he takes her to an AA meeting. Ridge and his new top model Donna are becoming a close team, ideal for the cheeky lingerie line, but Brooke can't handle seeing them kiss.

Thorne hears Taylor's confession in AA and remains supportive. Donna rejects Brooke's reproaches about a kiss with Thorne, repeating big sister is still in love with him and can have man and job back as soon as she admits so. Brooke denies and turns on Ridge too, but he's unimpressed.

Ridge's confidence and design prowess make Donna's sexy lingerie fashion show debut a cheeky success. CEO Brooke pretends to approve to the press, but privately wines, rages and eventually fires her sister from the company.

Once more, Hector must warn Taylor not to speak up to Thorne, for her own sake as well as his and Phoebe's, now they are all accomplices, having lied to the police. Ridge and Donna consider Brooke's decision to fire Donna unprofessional, rather a sign of jealousy and Nick's hostile influence. Taylor and Stefanie make up. Donna finally gets Ridge to kiss.

Hector is decorated for his years of service in the fire department, after reminding Taylor the lives a confession would ruin are no less important then the late Darla's. Ridge considers how to optimize his collaboration with his new muse, Donna. Nick convinces Brooke to undo firing her sister.

To Hector's horror, Phoebe is leaning towards her mother's dangerous moralism, while Taylor is spending time with a gentle, supportive and even appreciative Thorne. Ridge and Donna are snug working together and enjoy the physical closeness, but cautious how to handle Brooke's hostility.

Eric is delighted to hear when Dante confirms his relationship with Bridget is over - for good. Eric is somewhat surprised though that Dante returns to Felicia, but firmly shakes on leaving the decision to her. When Hector's attempts to make Taylor see reason in going on a holiday away from L.A. fail, he raises his voice. Just then Thorne walks in, behaving very protective of Taylor.

Felicia finds Dino missing, possibly stolen by the electrician. Dante sensibly tries to use the GPS on the PDA she left in the diaper bag, so they can give chase -while alerting the police- to the airport. Thorne suggests Hector is bothering Taylor. Hector answers that he respects her, which Ridge and Stefanie failed to. He gets nowhere arguing Darla's death was an accident, yet Taylor won't keep silent. Dante finds Dino, safely on Eric's jet, but vows to keep son and mother in his sight.

Ridge's only regret with Donna is spending little time with RJ. Nick comes bark at them, suggesting indecency. Taylor's drunk driving confession turns Thorne furiously against her - but it's only a nightmare.

Dante and Felicia are happily back together, and get Bridget's explicit blessing and even the 'sisterly' sun tan prank is forgiven. The give Bridget a stethoscope to celebrate her graduation from medical school. While Nick tells Brooke that Ridge and Donna have gotten even closer, those two feel confused between love and jealous games. When Brooke has a go at Ridge, he openly asks her to leave Nick for him.

Hearing Taylor is convinced to tell Thorne the truth and to turn herself in to the police, Hector takes her and Phoebe for a ride to the state penitentiary. There they visit a woman who confessed to a drunk driving accident and is now serving ten years in prison. Ridge gets Brooke to admit that she's jealous of Donna, and not to consider leaving Nick. The surprised Marrone Industries board reacts hostile when Nick wants to put Fashion CEO Brooke on their panel.

Diane's tragic example frightens Phoebe, but Taylor keeps whining about the truth. Thorne starts wondering if it was an accident, and if knowing really helps him. Ironically the detective in charge of the case recognizes Hector and wonders why they are visiting Diane. The Marone board considers Brooke's proposal to invest in a green image and style, only George is against the idea, yet she feels like bowing out.

Hector learns the police noticed his prison visit. Stephanie learns Pheobe is a suspect-accomplice, hates the thought of drunk Taylor being Darla's road-killer. Still ignorant, Thorne and a guilt-torn Taylor have another painful exchange of feelings. Newly wed Nick and Brooke are in full romantic mode, complete with a guitar serenade.

Lt. Baker tells Taylor he guessed her game, can't prove it but believes she'll confess to grant Thorne closure. Dante doesn't want Felicia to meddle with Bridget and risk their own present happiness. Nick can't convince Brooke to stay on the Marone board.

Thorne is still tormented by grief. Stephanie tries to convince him that life must go on. Ridge is puzzled about Taulor's mood, unbeknownst to him he's the last person she wants to talk with before confessing. Hector fails again to take her out of it. To avoid the police's innuendo, Hector switches to plan B: kidnapping Taylor to his home!

Hector has no other option but to keep Taylor tied-up until she sees reason, which may be quite a while. A desperate Hector remains that he acts out of love for her. Thorne is hostile towards the rather silent LAPD detectives in charge. Stephanie realizes Phoebe is hiding a secret. She arrives just in time to find the fire Taylor caused while knocking out Hector. Before she frees Taylor, Stephanie wants to have answers for the pressing question: did Taylor cause Darla's death?

Stefanie makes Taylor confess she's the drunk road-killer before untying her. Unconscious Hector is left for the firemen. Thorne refuses to believe the police theory, which is the truth. Phoebe has morbid Darla nightmares.

Stefanie has brought Taylor back to Thorne, but stops her confessing because he's now emotionally dependent on her help. Eric finds Phoebe passed out, Alexandra heard her nightmares, so he brings them to hospital, where the others join him. Stefanie orders Taylor to take responsibility by living on for the other survivors.

Nick surprises a welcome intruder - non other then his protégé, orphaned sailor Harry Jackson. Stefanie insists that Taylor mustn't whine about the guilt but help, as nobody can do that better than Taylor now. The police concentrate on the fire. Hector is relieved that Taylor kept their secret, but his medical state is less satisfactory. Pointing out the sad state of the Shady Marlin lands Harry a job as a live-in caretaker.

Nick suggests to Harry to get a tour of LA, from a guide - Phoebe. In fact, they meet accidentally during a bickering misunderstanding about tipping waiters. Stefanie is convincing Thorne to give up the killer hunt and let Taylor help herself by helping him and Alexandra. Hector is relieved Taylor doesn't hate him, but doctor Herbert tells her his blindness is unlike to heal ever.

Ridge makes Brooke admit she can't reject him and object to him having another playmate, even Donna, who is invited to Rich Ginger's live national TV talk-show. Hector refuses Stefanie's offer to pay for revalidation in the country's best clinic, in Minnesota, claiming she wants Taylor for Thorne. In fact he asks Taylor to tell Donna together he's giving up the search for her killer.

Thorne tells a pleased Stefanie he's giving up the killer-chase and already kissed Taylor. Meanwhile she takes blind Hector to her home, feeling his need to recuperate in familiar company and environment, without facing his fire fighting colleagues in the barracks. Brooke, Nick and even Felicia get stressed as TV host Rich Ginger presses Donna for gossip, and invites Ridge to join her on the sofa. He announces his new muse changed his life already, sealed with a very public hot kiss.

Ridge basks in his coup, lovingly kissing Donna on national TV, with extras back home. Nick and Brooke are equally shocked, only she worries for Forrester Creations, he for family implications. Stefanie is pleased how close Thorne is now to Taylor, worried to hear she took Hector in. She even frontally attacks the blind 'threat'. When Brooke approaches Ridge, he repeats his jealousy theory, this time sealed with a hot mutual kiss, which Donna witnesses and reports by phone to Nick.

Donna's report on the hot kiss convinces Nick of Brooke's infidelity, while in fact she doesn't quite give in to Ridge. Nick collapses, even rages at Bridget, cries Ridge 'can have her', then seeks extreme comfort. Stefanie first makes it crystal-clear to Hector that he's to leave Taylor to Thorne, then finds the desired couple kissing. However Thorne insists to help Taylor so she can keep helping Hector too. Ridge returns to Donna.

Desperately disappointed, Nick wakes up drunk and naked in bed with Bridget. Harry sees them, but leaves unseen and returns only when she is alone, to learn she's Brooke daughter, this time both are charming. Brooke already felt miserably guilty, but now is dumped while he packs his things, ignoring her story.

Taylor reassures Hector he's welcome and forgives him. His brother, Dr. Christian Ramírez, is back from Africa. Nick may have dumped her and 'returned' her infidelity, so Brooke proposes to forget all about last night and save their marriage. Bridget however hopes their break-up means a new beginning for herself and him, yet tells not even Felicia.

Taylor can barely stop Hector's bickering with Thorne turning into a hard-handed fight. Bridget tries in vain to convince Nick he's better off in a stable relationship with her than ma Brooke, who will always return to Ridge. As this fails, she convinces him not to confess to Brooke. Meanwhile Brooke jealously opposes Ridge's plans to take it easy with Donna in Europe.

Dante is quite happy with Dino and for Ridge and Thorne with Donna viz. Taylor, Felicia calls those couples 'asking for trouble'. Stefanie has another try to break up Hector and Taylor, but is stopped by Thorne, who is ever happier with Taylor. Harry and Phoebe meet again, now over a fake stars map, and team up. The part-time gardener they bump into is non other then Shane, the vagrant who witnessed Darla's death.

Harry surprises Nick by 'making way' for his affair with Bridget. Taylor tries to clear the air with hospital-released Phoebe. She presents 'part-time gardener' Shane to her mother. He quickly wins their confidence, but in his cell is obsessed by Darla's death which he witnessed and somehow wants to revenge. Brooke learns Bridget still loves Nick.

Shane plans to tell Taylor he saw everything and blackmail her for $1,000,000. Bridget nearly tells Brooke, who actually has hot make up-sex. Allie's birthday party shows Taylor how loved she is by her, and by Thorne.

To Stefanie's delight, Alexandra pushes Thorne towards a relationship with Taylor. Hector concludes it's time to leave his 'nurse' to his rival and move out and she agrees. Grant finally has gathered enough courage to present Taylor his 'silence' blackmail demand.

Alexandra's clumsiness with Shane's sheers nearly costs him his hand. The emergency operation is a success, but recuperation will take months. Taylor agrees to take him in. Bridget announces that she's leaving to do volunteer work in Africa, like Christian, who preps her. Brooke feels guilty. Nick fails to make her reconsider.

Christian makes Bridget wait for a pregnancy test to determine if she can get immunizations for the tropics. Shane gladly agrees to spend his recovery with reluctant Taylor and eager Phoebe. Nick and Brooke discuss whether they want another child, together.

Hector confirms he's moving out, but seeing Shane's arrival he expresses suspicions and delays handing over Thomas's room. Felicia arrives just when Christian shows Bridget her pregnancy test is positive, so she must be told it's not Dante's baby but Nick's, and 'must be handled differently', regardless of pro-life principle. Meanwhile Nick and Brooke are back 'trying to do their part for reproduction'.

Shane is thrilled by his Forrester mansion room, confident he can collect more then a million. He's interested in Phoebe, whom he tricks to his room playing a helpless patient. Hector first mistakes Harry for Shane, so he gets a preview of his discovery: the 'carpenter' from Atlanta has a criminal record as stalker. Bridget assures Felicia she doesn't consider abortion, then goes to Brooke for a confession.

Phoebe believes Shane's explanations for his dodgy Atlanta record and street restraining order, unlike Hector. Shane secretly enjoys her consoling and nursing enough to reconsider accepting Taylor's million. Nick and Brooke renew their vows with Reverend Mulcahey. Bridget tells Nick her baby is his.

Pumping his cop contact Jim for 'dirt', Hector works out that Shane must be the vagrant who witnessed Donna's fatal accident. Meanwhile Shane drives Phoebe there and tells her about that night. Thorne celebrates Taylor's 60 days sober pin with a romantic dinner by the pool and tender kiss. Bridget finally tells -only- Nick she's expecting his baby.

Hector makes Harry drive him to catch up with Shane. In fact he was just telling Phoebe he witnessed that Darla's death was an accident, but she can't stop Harry giving the wounded kid a beating. Meanwhile Thorne's romantic dinner yields declarations of love and hot kissing.

Hector thanks Harry but sends him away. After Phoebe tells Shane told her but will keep their secret, they return home. After hot kissing, Taylor tells Thorne she can't go all the way, which he accepts for now. Shane assures her he'll keep secret if she just let him keep their trust and his room. Eric is puzzled that Stefanie turns the police away rather then hear about the investigation.

Bridget is eager to have her pregnancy confirmed by lab tech Jerry, and hide it as things might still go wrong. Felicia walks in on Eric and Brooke discussing her rebounding from true lover Ridge to 'safe' Nick.

Shane tries to win Phoebe's confidence, now she questions his silent motives, but is actually hoping for love. Hector informs Stefanie. Now the pregnancy is confirmed, Nick wants a 'trio solution'. Brooke declines Jacqueline's suggestion to push Nick for a child of their own.

Shane faces the ultimate Forrester grilling, from Stefanie, who questions him. She points out a court would rather consider him an accomplice after the fact than believe him. He reassures her of his good intentions, but after seeing Thorne with flowers for Taylor, he's unrelenting. Nick gets Harry's sympathy and thumbs up from loyal Harry, even after telling about Bridget's pregnancy.

Nick tries to soften the blow by reminding Brooke it all sort of followed from her drugged night in Ridge's bed, but that only reminds her of the trust issue. Meanwhile Bridget's gynecologist makes clear her pregnancy is older, so the father must be Dante.

Dante is startled when Felicia betrays Bridget's secret to her, with remarkable optimism it may work out for everyone in the end, ignoring the baby is actually Dante's as the gynecologist now proves. In fact Nick finds Brooke all but forgiving. When he falls overboard, she abandons him.

While Eric doubts Stefanie's theory that Nick's marriage falling trough is a matter of time, Brooke leaves a message for Ridge: 'you were right'. Donna however erases it, and treats Ridge to a 'thanks for Europe' dinner, offering herself as dessert.

Bridget tells pa Eric what happened. Donna can't hold off Nick's arrival, Stefanie tells her Brooke's return to Ridge is inevitable. Meanwhile Brooke finally hears Nick isn't the father. Ridge however argues Nick proved not to provide her the security and stability she seeks, and offers his own passion instead.

Thorne invites Taylor to Big Bear and secretly orders a ring to propose. She decides with Phoebe to tell him about the accident anyhow. Disgusted Brooke scolds Bridget for trying to defend Nick. After she tells it's Dante, takes the blame and pleads not to let her mistake end ma's marriage she's forgiven, not Nick. Ridge's offer to be a family with RJ again is finally greeted with a kiss.

Ridge and RJ enjoy a foretaste of becoming a family again. Thorne brings Taylor to Big Bear for a perfect proposal, but she cries to be unworthy. Nick fails to talk Brooke over, but Stefanie pushing divorce papers in their face rather has the opposite effect.

After Thorne gives sniffling, wining Taylor his engagement ring, she finally explains she's unworthy because she was Darla's drunk driving, yet accidental killer. Jaqueline is pleased Brooke won't listen to Stephanie either. Ridge and Nick bicker who may even talk to her.

Thorne is shocked by Taylor's terrible confession: his lover is his hated nightmare. Hector and Stephanie only her about her plans from Phoebe when it's already too late. The detective steps by to announce his patience is over, he'll get proof and prosecute. Then she calls him to confess officially.

Only now Thorne's heart is broken, Phoebe tells dad Ridge the truth. He's shocked. Taylor is jailed and questioned. She makes a full and detailed confession.

Taylor is told her confession is likely to get Hector and Phoebe charged too, yet even betrays Stefanie's part to the police without a guarantied deal. Ridge arranges for top lawyer Storm Logan, Brooke's brother, to fly over. Thorne hears Phoebe's apologetic version, but can't pardon lies or drinking and forbids her even to return to his home.

Taylor's confession makes the press. Phoebe faces the family to explain. Thorne remains reluctant to listen to Ridge. Taylor is convinced she should rot in hell without trial, not be defended by Storm, against whose advice she intends to plead guilty. Thorne arrives and hears her do so.

Judge Devin Owens denies bail and accepts Taylor's request against everyone but silent Thorne's advice for a speedy sentence- that very day. Shane smirks, reading to Hector the press speculates on other arrests, and taunts he could save her by coming forward. Thorne won't listen to Stephanie's plea, except the idea of a 'hypothetical' new witness. Brook falls into Ridge's arms again.

Ridge tells Thomas about Taylor, Storm how she refuses all help. Thorne is bitter that everybody lied to him and 'blames' Darla for the accident. Shane reminds Stefanie of her own words to make her promise 'anything' if he testifies. The court reconvenes for sentencing.

Just when the judge was about to pronounce sentence, Shane arrives. Unconventionally, he's allowed to testify her innocence. With Thorne's permission, she now changes her plea to innocent to the family's relief and is remanded to jail for a proper trial. Shane remains Syefanie of her promise.

Bridget feels supported for the bay's sake at dinner with Eric, Dante and Felicia, so she dares confess the real father. Nicke's dinner invitation from Brooke starts with an exchange of reproaches and mistrust, then prime demand for a make-up: respect. Ridge and Stefanie give Jackie a cold reception, after he leaves a brutal confrontation.

Dante and Felicia take his fatherhood prospect hard, but he convinces her it will be all right as with their own Dino. Nick is left guessing whether Brooke can forgive him. He complicates things by threatening Stefanie for slapping his mother. Brooke promises Ridge and Nick her choice the next morning.

Everyone is on tenterhooks waiting for the decision between Ridge and Nick. Brooke refuses to be influenced or give a hint. Only Stephanie acts confident, but an escalating argument with Jacqueline gets physical, causing a terrible fall. The contenders promise winner and visiting loser will behave with the kids.

Star witness Shane is the real star of Phoebe's birthday party, but it's cut short by the news that Jaqueline is in hospital. Although not in mortal danger, she's diagnosed with a serious risk of permanent brain damage. Thorne visits Taylor in jail to find out the truth. Nick overhears it was a fall after a row with Stefanie, only Donna knows they were fighting. Ridge traps Brooke in a broom cabinet for a 'choose me for life' kiss.

Shane tries to get closer to Phoebe, while Hector still questions his motives after apologizing to Harry for the fight. Neurologist Dr. Hillman reassures about Jacqueline's spine, but must advise urgent brain surgery to avoid paralysis or worse. A seizure follows while Stefanie is alone with her, for which Nick blames her.

Phoebe feels obliged to please Shane while Storm preps him for the trial, Harry mistrusts him now. Dr. Hillman's brain surgery on Jacqueline proves a success. A grateful guard secretly offers Taylor a cellphone.

Donna tells Brooke she saw Jacqie being pushed by Stefanie, who secretly overhears them but doesn't seem impressed. Nick is on the warpath, but ignorant. Brooke wants to keep it that way.

Nick finally learns Brooke's choice: he's out. However Ridge doesn't quite get her back- yet? Stefanie has Hope's things moved out too. So she wants revenge and tells Nick about Jaqueline being pushed down the staircase.

Dr. Hillman is pleased with Jaqueline's recovery, but warns Nick she may never be the same again. Now Brooke has decided to live alone with the kids, the Foresters keep up hoping for Ridge longer term. Hope, who was sacked by Stephanie, decides to take revenge by telling Nick. He furiously intrudes while she's alone, and won't even stop at violence.

Nick has smashed a window to get to Stefanie, but even when he holds her over the fatal banister she firmly denies having pushed his mother. When he comes after her, she draws a gun, but Ridge and Eric arrive in time to prevent another drama. Donna consults Storm, who confirms Stefanie may be indited for attempted homicide. Yet he questions but the likelihood and Donna's motives.

Harry visits Taylor to tell him he mistrusts Shane's intentions but promises to protect Phoebe. In fact Shane is just a bit too frisky at the pool, and agrees to respect her innocence as long as they have a special dinner together. Eric hires Eli Donovan to defend Stefanie if necessary and offer Jaqueline 'generous' reparations. However at her urging Nick wants Storm to sue for nothing less then Forrester creations - what would 'hurt most'.

Nick sticks to his outrageous demand that the family must sell control over Forester to him to keep Stefanie out of jail. Brooke warns him it won't work at any level. The lawyers speculate a trial by jury could go either way, but publicity might wreck the company anyhow. Jacqueline tells Bridget that's her revenge wish, stirring memories of her own brief affair with Nick.

Ridge and Eric, who considers throwing in the towel, speculate over cognac about the fashion firm's prospects. They reminisce Stefanie's ruthless record of arrogant dominance in business and family life. As Ridge hopes, Brooke asks Nick, in vain, to reconsider his outrageous demand, also for her sake. Jaqueline hears how confident and unrepentant ever unbending Stefanie still is.

Shane tells Hector he expects Phoebe to be his, forever, after his testimony. She seeks comfort in Harry, who fails to talk her out of dating Shane under pressure. Shane diverts her from the agreed restaurant to his shabby home. She sends him for champagne and calls Harry to come and get her, but doesn't know his address. In jail, Taylor worries about Phoebe rather than her trial.

Hector, Harry and even Taylor worry only about Phoebe rather than prepare for her day in court with Storm. Shane actually understand his photo tribute scared her. Thorne can't explain to Alexandra what keeps Taylor away. He then visits her in jail and promises to testify in her favor. Harry bursts in while Shane works up gently to a kiss, but is turned back. They agree to part but celebrate after Taylor's trial.

The family worries why Shane is late, but he's just enjoying Phoebe's company innocently and arrives just in time. Bridget tells Dante their embryo just died. He comforts her, assuring she'll probably still have a child later. The prosecutor tries to discredit Shane, but a mysterious urgent note make the judge suspend the court session.

Shane refuses to prepare his second testimony intensively with Storm, eager to have his second 'celebration' with Phoebe. She refuses to brush him off as Hector, Harry and even Ridge suggest. Instead she invites him for a pool date at the Forrester mansion. He eagerly accepts, hoping she'll change his whole life for the better.

Hector and Harry's violent overprotective bat-swinging left Harry and Shane wounded, despite Phoebe's protestation he never threatened her. Hearing the police is called to arrest him for double abuse, Shane flees and cleverly lures the dumb detective away. The he tells Phoebe he has lost hope, only ever having wanted to love her, unwilling to testify anymore. Thorne worries Alexandra may soon earn the truth about substitute-mother Taylor.

Despite Phoebe's protestations, everybody keeps calling disappeared Shane abusive and a discredited witness. Dante tells Felicia about Bridget's miscarriage. The judge refuses a continuance just because Shane isn't found. Storm has no other option then put Taylor on the stand, who only incriminates herself further. Thorne can't watch it and volunteers as character witness, arguing it was neither her nor Darla's fault.

Although Shane isn't found, the judge lets the jury deliberate. The homicide verdict is not guilty, thanks to delighted Thorne. Storm even gets her drunk driving sentence commuted by the judge into community service as a psychiatrist. Nick brings his recovering mother home, still as vindictive. Thorne proposes, suggesting a long engagement, Taylor agrees and seals the proposal with a kiss.

Rather than celebrating Taylor's trial, the Forester family must face the next threat: Nick's blackmail. He wants to force them to sell out or see Stefanie put on trial for attempted homicide. At the family's shareholders meeting, Ridge has the courage to say no way, but Eric is determined to cave in. Brooke tries again to stop Nick.

Eric wants Stefanie saved from jail, even at Nick's crazy price: Forrester Creations, except the no compete-clause- accepted. His kids feel obliged to follow, grudgingly. Brooke demands he sells the shares back, or buys hers too. Shane seeks medical help from Bridget. Stefanie is livid- at the sale. Brooke now chooses Ridge's side, in business and love.

Ridge's family is happily reunited, the love-life follows. Stefanie is furious, not graceful, that Eric gave up the company 'for her'. He scolds her haughty ingratitude, domineering and frigidity, she his serial infidelity. Hope sides with Nick.

Ridge and Brooke can barely believe their regained happiness together. The good news comforts Eric, who remembers with melancholy glory-days while evacuating the Forester Creations building. Nick signs on Hope as too model and spokesperson. Taylor starts therapy for Stefanie, who holds back the harshest side of her childhood as dad's son-substitute.

The family moves out of the firm premises but resolves to start a new company, together again. Nick tells his mother that he lost Brooke in winning Forester Creations. His conquest feels as empty as it looks when he moves in. Bridget refuses to join him, disgusted how mean he became.

While happy in bed and contemplating another fashion firm concept, Ridge worries hid parents' row may break them up. Eric get sympathy from Jacqueline. In therapy, Taylor warns Stefanie of that risks and digs into her childhood. The key is her idolized dad John Douglas' firm hand.

Eric chooses not to start a new fashion giant, encouraging Ridge and Thorne to accept other offers. Both sons stay with him in a small quality operation. Nick fires operations manager Luigi for doubting he, his mother and Hope can run Forrester, most of the staff follows. A head designer agrees to join: Clark Garrison. Stefanie follows Taylor's advice to make an appointment with Pam and their mother, Ann, in Chicago, who only expects to get apologies. Eric is furious to hear she pretended her mother died 15 years ago. After Taylor helps explain it's about the control obsession, which threatens their marriage, he even comes along for moral support.

Thorne is happy to have Taylor back. He impresses her by generously, without any grudge, offering to Hector to look after his Malibu beach house. Eric and Stefanie arrive in Lake Forrest, where Ann acts all innocent, praising her late husband. Eric stops her from retiring for the night, insisting she must hear why Stefanie told the grandchildren she's dead.

Taylor explains to Ridge, Thorne and Felicia about Stefanie's past, and how she that explains her over-protective parenting. In Lake Forest, Ann keeps denying any guilt and defending her late husband, despite Pam confirming the beatings, which her mother says were in line with the age.

At home, Ridge and Thorne enjoy providing paternal security to their daughters, while wondering how grandpa could be so much harsher to Stephanie. Her mother keeps defending her late husband, claiming the bruises stemmed from tomboy-boisterous behavior, to please him as son-substitute. Eric scolds her and takes Stefanie home, who now finally appreciates his caring side as 'first ever' safe feeling.

After Chicago, Eric is back in Stefanie's good books. They both receive a warm, understanding welcome home. Only she still excuses her father's dreadful domineering as 'the norm back then'. Taylor convinces her to pretend her father is alive so she can 'confront' him to.

Phoebe worries about Shane who's been missing, but suddenly arrives. They make up, but he runs realizing that Bridget called the police. Nick ignores his mother and Taylor's exhortation to focus less on business but enjoy life and seek company, yet he considers therapy. Thorne renews his wedding proposal to Taylor.

While Phoebe tries to convince Ridge that Shane never meant to harm her, Bridget finds him beaten on the beach, and treats his broken ribs. Phoebe convinces her to let him stay safe for the night. Nick realizes mass staff desertions turns Forester Creations into an empty shell. Jacquie suggests he should accept therapy with Taylor and turn it into a romance. Taylor promises Thorne she probably can make him sell the firm back.

Shane appreciates Bridget's home and care. Phoebe's news she get the police charge dropped makes him happy, gratefully promising he'll become 'worthy of her'. Ridge however can't even concentrate on the new firm, his priority is Shane out of her life. Nick reluctantly starts therapy with Taylor, who immediately suggests he'll be happier after returning Forester.

Ridge enjoys his love life with Brooke and tells her Taylor has some hope to convince Nick to return Forester Creations. Stefanie no longer hopes for her mother to make peace, but suddenly she turns up. Stefanie wants to turn her away, but Felicia insists on receiving her. Stefanie's mother finally admits the abuse truly happened, and she knew.

Now her ma has come to admit and earn forgiveness, Stefaniue refuses to make, claiming she can't forget. Nick's therapy continues, telling Taylor about sailor Jerry and his ma, then he runs off. Pam tries to convince implicitly hostile Felicia of her good intentions.

Jaqueline worries about Nick telling Taylor their poor past in therapy, but fails to talk him out of continuing it now a romantic result no longer seems likely. The Forresters fear Nick may become Thorne's rival for Taylor, learn about grandma Ann's visit and support Stefanie's rejection.

Taylor wonders why Nick's Seattle memories never extend beyond the happy poor period, before he broke with generous captain Jerry Kramer. Ridge agrees to be Thorne's best man. Jaqueline seems desperate to put the episode out of her mind, even from Taylor's side. Nick starts remembering a traumatic incident.

It's Christmas. The Forester families put up Christmas trees, plan parties and gifts, remember the past year and ponder the future. Ridge and Brooke are mainly happy to have their family reunited, especially for their children. Eric decides on a special 'surprise gift' for usually unappreciative Stefanie: another visit from her mother and sister, as Christmas guests.

The Foresters gather for a Christmas party. Shane and Phoebe first secretly exchange gifts and kisses romantically bu the fire, he promises to become'somebody' worthy of her. Ridge and Brooke friskily enjoy the first reunited Christmas with their kids. Grandma An is reluctant to accept Eric's invitation, Pam urges her at least to try.

Stephanie and her sons would turn grandma Ann back, even aunt Pam, who are eager to meet the younger generations. Eric gets blamed for his 'misguided Christmas spirit'. Ridge wouldn't budge. Taylor leans on Stefanie to 'save Christmas' and give the youth example, but fails. Then Eric starts caroling at the piano, and achieves the miracle of forgiveness.

Jacqueline realizes the 'new' Forester is nowhere near ready to present its first collection, despite Clark, even before Stefani gloats. Nick is lost in childhood memories and call Taylor about his blackout. He finally realizes the horror is not his or Kramer's but his mother's secret past.

Stefanie, who chewed her out before, walks back in at a crucial moment.

After Nick forces his ma to admit her whoring past, she explains how it started as rebelling against her unpractical British upbringing. She got stranded in Seattle, becoming dependent on 4 captains, of which Kramer became her pimp. He scolds her lack of pride and cancels his promise to help her whenever she needs it. Taylor is shocked Stefanie overheard her notes, worse when she intends to use it as pressure to get the company back and even wants her help.

Eric, Stephanie, Ridge, Brooke, Thorne, Taylor and Felicia who's slightly depressed since Dante is still staying in Italy ring in the New Year with a little celebration at the Forrester Mansion. Jackie admits to Nick that she made a horrible mistake by lying to him all these years but the fact of her taking money for sex was just too shameful. Nick orders a heartbroken Jackie to leave. Later, Nick invites Taylor over to his house and gives her a touching present. Nick wishes Taylor a Happy New Year and they kiss!
