As soon as Darryl learns Charlie must have been shot by Jake Pirovic, he realizes to be the next target, leaves Casey by her sickbed, rushes home and cleverly disarms the fiend, whom he keeps chasing until constable Patrick Avery arrives to perform the arrest and stop Darryl from inflicting serious harm. Sid meanwhile operated but declares the oxygen caused irreparable brain damage, so he advises next of kin Ruby to have her taken off life support, which Darryl opposes ferociously. Meeting his patched-up abuse victim Stu and his brute father Alan Henderson in hospital...

Stu silently, shyly watches his brutish father bicker with Sid, who warns he's ready to defend his children even if that requires violence. Only Dex realizes how insane Sid's unselfish protection of drama-queen Sasha is, as his career and the family's livelihood may be at stake just to spare her an ever-present memory, but is ignored. Darryl is so determined to prevent Charlie being taken off life support that he barricades her room and guards it with a gun, allowing only Sid to come in and adjust the ventilator. Casey however slips in and disarms his brother gently. ...

Elijah celebrates a well-attended funeral for Charlie. Only Brax is absent, trying in vain to drown his grief, but turns up at the wake, drunk and bitter about the euthanasia by shutting off life-support. Casey decides he can't leave his brother behind all alone. That means Ruby either cancels moving to the city or goes all alone. Sid bitterly waves an attempt from ex Roo to be 'just friends' again.

Heath is most unresponsive when April drops by and makes clear it was a one night thing, regardless of Bianca, smashing her secret hope. Xavier first delights Gina by canceling his gap year plan, then leaves her lost for excuses when he announces Charlie's funeral mad him decide for a police academy degree course. Heath and Liam, who plays his administrative skills card, both consider themselves restaurant manager while Brax and Casey are away. Heath is not delighted, as April hoped, when she tells he was her first sex-partner, and insists he won't consider a long-term relationship. Liam acts a peace dove when Bianca attacks both lovers. Dex is shattered when he sees them kiss and asks Dallas for his first sex, but she now considers him to good a friend and finds it all to un-flattering. Irene goes on a relaxing sail trip but faints aboard.

Heath cautiously considers an offer from crime baron King to supply 'cheap liquor'. Sid is bitter that even when rescuing Irene, who will have to take it easy indefinitely, he's made to feel unwelcome by former colleagues after his formal hospital dismissal due to his abuse of Stu. Dex is bitter as the only parental advice about April is to get over her and move on. After Heath reassures April that he didn't really use her to make Bianca jealous, she drops by at his home to seduce him out of his t-shirt, then change her mind again, on account of a promise to Biance to...

Just back with Casey, who misses Ruby, Darryl learns from Liam that Heath failed to run Angelo's and made a beverages deal with King, who makes scarily clear he wants to buy the restaurant, whatever it takes. Depressed by a dirty trick with a 'gift' luxury watch from King, Heath needs comfort and swallows his refusal to sneakily have sex with April to spare Irene. Now Miles is overseas, VJ and Elijah enjoy spending time together, Leah gratefully invites him over for dinner or even a longer stay.

Darryl still can't stop drinking far too much, whatever Casey tries. He still realizes Geoffrey King must have tipped them off the police about contraband beverages and leads them to the shed where he returned everything only hours before, but it's gone again. Morag's warnings against Ruby drowning her grief in parties are ignored. When Casey drops by, she shows no sympathy for his home problems and coldly dumps him. Ever-fickle, she then leaves Morag, returning to Summer Bay. Leah finds Darryl just in time to prevent him torching the restaurant and takes him home.

Just released from hospital, poor Stu gets another beating from his father, who failed to get a deal with Sid to call off legal charges mutually, for meeting Sasha, who wants the same, as that violates Stu's restraining order. Reluctantly, Romeo starts his job as suited resort apartments salesman. When a prospective client asks about the surfing spots, he gives him a longer taste then boss Dennis Harling or utterly non-supportive Indy consider reasonable. feeling caught, Stu intends to leave town, but accepts to reconsider if Sasha makes a drive with him.

Romeo expects to be fired for 'slacking on the beach', but his relaxed attitude convinced the client to buy an apartment for himself and invest in five to rent to tenants. His boss, Palmer and Alf do a poorer job defending the resort in a public debate against Harvey's unfair allegations. Xavier admits to Gina he's attracted to Sasha, yet accepts when Sid begs him to mind her a while and can't resist stealing a kiss, after which she wines away and confesses he should run far from her, pure poison for good guys, and become a good cop. Xavier grudgingly does school chores and accepts he must leave Sasha alone until she says otherwise. Darryl is at his wit's end with Geoffrey King's restaurant sale demand, but still stands up to him, as Heath suggests. Casey despairs as Ruby won't even hear him, but seems interested in Miles's successor as English teacher, former pupil Henrietta Brown, who is delighted to see her ex Heath is still his studly self, while April's amusement turns into jealousy.

Darryl stands his ground against Geoffry King, even daring him to use a loaded gun, but Leah ignores Brax's grim warning to butt out and offers the crime lord $25,000 from her savings. Seeing Heath frolic on the beach with his ex, her new English teacher Henrietta 'Henri' Brown, renders April too jealous to behave properly with her 'rival', whom she even bars from handing her gift at Bianca's hen night. Drunk Bianca's slip of the tongue (?) 'new life with Heath' during her hen-night causes a stir, especially with April, who tells Liam, but he chooses to let it slide and kiss up. Darryl is not amused when Elijah acts as if he owes Leah for ignoring Darryl's advice, hence refuses to help him contact Geoffrey King, but promises to pay her 'back' what he never owed and can't afford.

Lacking experience, Dex hesitates to babysit toddler William when Dalls needs one stat, but accepts to help her out. They're all in for a shock when the boy needs Sid's medical help for a nuts allergy nobody knew about yet. The scary experience males Dex reconsider his career options, this time listening to his now supportive father. It's election day, and Alf's side expects to keep Harvey from victory, but the sleaze's new girl friend, pro environmentalist activist Kathy, proves a decisive secret weapon.

After Harvey's election, however close, the development project is in deep trouble. Entrepreneur Dennis tells Palmer and Romeo, who smells a rat, to let him handle the problem. Xavier is proud to be accepted fro the police academy. The Walker boys blindly shield Sasha, who doesn't even pretend to need or deserve protection. Stu is missing since a week, so both legal charges may fall mute, by Sid prefers to be and see the knave tried in court. At night, Romeo sees Dennis handle what seems a corpse. Romeo's nightmare comes true: Alf finds a corpse, wrapped in a blanket by his boss Dennis Harling, who claims just to have cleared the project's site, which he tells the police many hours later. It's identified as Stu, making Sid, who has no alibi, the other prime suspect. Dex is as puzzled as his visiting best mate Xavier about Sash's flippant attitude to him. Liam and Bianca decided to go ahead with the wedding, but a slanderous newspaper interview with his ex makes him do furious that he publicly thrashes a paparazzo's camera.

Forensics show Stu has been murdered and his corpse hidden in his car, weeks ago, possibly the day of his disappearance. Sid remains a prime suspect, even in ingrate Sasha's eyes. Despite the general unease, the beach wedding isn't postponed. However, having read a text message from Heath asking April to see him, Bianca goes raging at him. Spotted thus by a paparazzo, she makes Heath drive and shake him off, but they get a flat tire. The reporter hastily returns to the beach, where the scene's pictures make Liam conclude his bride isn't turning up, once more. Just ...

Liam's wedding goes on, but Bianca only realizes April truly loves Heath when she catches her sneaking out to meet her lover. April is shattered to find 'rival' Henrietta there while Heath refuses to comment and send sher home, yet later he crawls into April's window, assures her 'Henri' is such a platonic ex and is invited to start using the front door again. Seeing no other way to 're'pay Leah, Darryl refuses to be talked out of an ultimate fight against visiting martial arts champion 'Sully' Sullivan. He takes an awful beating but wins $8,000.

To the Braxton brothers' surprise, Casey's juvenile detention buddy, city boy Tyler Churchill, turns up and asks to put him up a while. His attempt to work out why she broke up with Casey sets Ruby in an even more hostile scolding mood, just like a shipment of Charlie's belonging which she throws away and finds Roo attempting to salvage for storage. Darryl refuses to stop ultimate fighting until he earned self-inflicted Leah's loss, but accepts to take martial arts lessons with Elijah, as Casey urged. Alf convinces Roo to accept a job offer trough Harvey to promote ...

Casey seems unwilling to spend time with Tyler and unappreciative of his obvious statement the good boy deserves better then bitching Ruby. She meanwhile misbehaves, noisy and drunk, even jumping Dex's virgin bones. Palmer confides in Alf he's financially ruined if the development project is killed and didn't tell Gina he invested all his capital. Sid earns Irene's apologetically confirmed trust by quickly diagnosing her deep vein thrombosis before it threatens her life.

Romeo considers career alternatives, while Palmer fails to persuade Dennis he must resign from the development if it's ever to stand a chance again. Casey is furious to discover Tyler didn't just take a joyride in palmer's sports-car but sold it and claims it can't be retrieved. Ruder then ever, Ruby now also denies her developing alcohol problem and ends up fainted in her caravan with a diabetic crisis, undiscovered because Dex got used to being blatantly ignored like Casey. .

Nothing and nobody can dissuade Darryl from his next ultimate fight, not even pro Sully's warning that his next adversary nearly killed his previous opponent. Sully refuses to be his corner man, so Heath is summoned and therefore cancels a date with April, who intended to surprise him as they agreed to go completely public with their affair. Dex alerted Roo, who uses a master key to find Ruby in her caravan. After patching up in hospital and a lecture from Sid, she moves to Alf's house. Leah's near-hysterical arrival ruined Darryl's concentration which may have caused his ultimate fight loss, so even Elijah scolds her pigheaded meddling. Heath keeps her away and 'nurses' his badly bruised brother the relaxed big boys way, as he wants. Liam's return from honeymoon is quickly spoiled by Bianca's renewed objection to April dating Heath, but they finally agree to shut up about that provided her school results don't suffer. Both father Alan Henderson and Sid deny any part Stu's murder when questioned by the police. Even Sasha considers it ludicrous that next Alan's insinuation against Xavier and Dex is examined. Xavier is on his first weekend leave from the police academy, but April just steals the chocolates he brought without spending even part of Saturday night together, claiming she has to study, without mentioning she got Heath to promise her a make up-date. Alf grudgingly attends a karaoke night in Angelo's with Liam as MC, Heath as barman, Colleen and Irene as 'stars', while Roo ...

Romeo finds selling become impossible giving the development project's bad press. After Xavier, the police questions Dex, who fails to avoid implicitly feeding the suspicion his mate may have found and killed Stu. Casey is exasperated, having failed to retrieve Palmer's car. Tyler flippantly intends to share and spend the proceeds. Told that would look suspicious, Tyler applies for a cover job as caravan park janitor and signs up for surfing lessons from Romeo. Dennis Harling formally shuts it down and accidentally betrays to Gina that John thus looses $400,000. To ...

Tyler makes a good start as janitor but experiences hostility from both exes just for flirting with Ruby and stating the obvious, her and Casey no longer being committed. Heath even publicly smacks Tyler for 'insulting' his ex Henrietta. Hearing the municipality is buying back the development project's land, Palmer hounds Dennis Harling until he's promised at least 50% of his investment refunded. Gina makes a scene about John's financial 'secrecy'. Harvey gets Roo to reconsider her impulsive resignation.

Heath is frustrated that Casey keeps protecting 'sissy' Tyler and finds distraction with April. Casey gets a week detention just for telling Henrietta her history with Heath doesn't give her any privileges, as Gina supports her blindly and he decides against explaining. Henrietta warns April, after an idly contested grade is confirmed by Gina, that a distracting boyfriend like him can ruin one's study and career options.

Heath grudgingly grants April's requests to allow her ample study time and make their relationship exclusive, but once home she doubts his word on fidelity again. Darryl makes the first step after Leah and Roo assure Ruby may be ready to make up and grieve for Charlie together, saying his one-night stand doesn't mean he forgot her, but she bitterly replies she may never forgot or forgive. Colleen finds and blurts out Liam and Bianca are expecting a baby.

While police cadet Xavier is home alone, he grudgingly allows a house-search by his future colleagues, who make a terrible mess. It's even worse at the Walker farm, where Sid also has to contend with latent doubts about innocence among his family. Just for walking out angrily, Romeo suffers a hostile interrogation from rude sergeant Georgina Watson, who postulates his abusive father probably had a bad influence. On the farm, a bloody shirt, type matching Stu, is found recently buried. Then Sid decides it's time to suspend all collaboration until he gets legal advice. ...

Conferring after their home searches, Sid concurs with Xavier's theory that Stu's father makes the most logical suspect, who may well have planted the bloody shirt on the farm. They reconsider after Alan Henderson attacks 'murderer' Sid, who decides not to file a complaint. Romeo is depressed after the search, questioning and more pointless job applications. After helping Liam move some rock star period stuff to storage, he acts on the advice not to ignore his dreams and decides to enter a surf competition, waving Indy's claim he's needed during the walker crisis. Sid blindly stands by Sasha after her confession to have killed Stu and arranges for Morag to come see to her legal defense. Xaviere even compromises his future as police academy cadet by returning home to stand by her without permission from his bully instructor. The sergeant in charge seems inclined to believe Sasha's story that Stu tricked her into riding along when he fled for his abusive father and accidentally fell on a rock. Watson also promises Xavier to try fix his AWOL this once, making him promise to prove himself stronger then bullies too.

Romeo returns, having qualified himself for the grand surfers tour. He regrets not having been informed about Sasha's confession, considers staying home to support the Walkers but decides differently after hearing Ruby wouldn't even hesitate. Dex fears to become a target again on his killer half-sister's account. Morag discovers Sasha's lies and attitude complicate her defense considerably.

Romeo is relieved when Indy accepts his surf pro tour but dares not tell her 'yet' that Ruby is coming along. Eager to prove himself an handyman, Tyler insists to install a spare part in a caravan park washing machine, but damages it. He wants to replace it, but can't find his bag with cash from Palmer's car, as pestering Heath hid it. Tyler runs to school and -in vain- disturbs Casey during detention with Henrietta, who afterwards gets him to confide what horrible juvenile detention trauma bonds the knaves. April tricks Heath and the home front into a family dinner ...

Car thief gets his marching orders from Casey, despite a vain threat to reveal Casey's juvenile secret. Darryl decides to use his next ultimate fight winnings to repay Palmer, who negotiates a 15% bonus, in exchange for discretion without charges. Finding April tried to trick him into a family dinner, Heath leaves, flirts with lonely Henrietta and kisses her.

Police Academy instructor sergeant Rafferty keeps picking like a bully on Xavier. After the 'sissy' proves himself brave and competent during a real diner robbery, Xavier is commended and even called an example. Heath and Henrietta enjoy each-other intimately again and a plan a weekend, but agree not to tell April, who gets suspicious after being given top marks. To Palmer's dismay, Gina bugs him again, now about how he suddenly paid some bills. Alf gets wide support for Miles's Thai school project, even from councilman Harvey.

Having promised April an evening out and Henrietta the weekend, Heath turns down her 'spontaneous' lake resort booking for Friday evening. Beacsue she left the brochure while sulking out, April thinks it's his idea for them and gets it. When Henrietta finds out, she deliberately betrays her own affair, warning April not to 'throw away her future' on Heath. All local fund-raisers, Harvey and his date, mayoral niece Fleur, join forces to help Miles's Thai school project.

Tyler is back in town, camping on a rugged beach, but Casey denies being friends, offering just cash for a breakfast and a lunch date. Heath however enjoys chasing Tyler, to work out his frustration over Hnerietta having messed up his relationship with April. He manages to patch that up, but ends up admitting his single 'weakness' with her and is dumped again. Bianca discards Henrietta's claim to be doing April a long-term favor and Heath shows no more interest, only Casey gently inquires about her obvious sadness. Casey brings Tyler a travel kit and all the cash he can afford, then reluctantly accept to camp with him that night. To his horror, admitting he can't bear being friends with the kid for whom he burned a bully in juvenile makes Tyler chase and wound the 'traitor' with a knife. Darryl finds out Tyler stole a knife, smells trouble, goes looking for him, luckily without waiting for clueless sergeant Watson, and is just in time to save his terrified brother's life by masterly persuasion. Xavier is back, learns about Palmer's dog-house position and urges his mother to be reasonable, but just when she plans to make up, she sees Darryl hand him a bundle of cash. Romeo is prepared to abandon his pro surf dream for his marriage and Ruby's comfort hobby, but Indi finally sees sense. Sru's killer Sashe gets her share of pestering, even physical abuse from classmate Christy Clarke, who scares off her last friend Alicia Spears, yet she insists to attend the school memorial for Stu against Gina's advice, still over-protected by Sid and Dex.

Elijah prevents deeply missed Stu's school memorial being turned into a virtual lynch mob against killer outcast Sasha. Sid wants the family to take a new start in the Outback, having been offered a fine Royal Flying Doctors Service job. Despite offering Dex a car and school fund, Sasha claim she wants to stay decides the Walker kids to vote unanimously against moving. Xavier's mediation having been barred, Palmer accept an offer from Alf to move into his home indefinitely while he joins Miles in the founding of a school in Thailand. Harvey gets jealous by Roo ...

Alan Henderson collapsed utterly drunk after Stu' school memorial service. Thanks to Sid, he gets CPR and is hospitalized without lasting damage, yet his wife Margaret bitterly tells the savior to 'just stay away'. John moves in at Alf's, causing trouble for all. instead of asking him back, as they both really want, Gina plays the victim of 'embarrassment' without admitting her nastily abusive attitude. Sid tells Dex he respects his kids' choice to stay put, but won't withdraw his job application. Sasha arrogantly ignores the countless verbal and virtual warning-off ...

Dex feared nursing Stu's father, but can't avoid a talk and finds the fiend has come to his senses about Sid's action and withdraws his complaint. Casey is praised for rising marks but incurs more detention after taking the blame for April's hooky day just to avoid hours of classes from Henrietta just after she ruined her illusions about Heath, who isn't amused by kid brother's disloyal sneer. After a classmate's mobile phone recording proves Christy organized Sash being beaten up, Gina steps in. Dex fears Sid already accepted the Flying Doctors job, but instead he's ...

Jealous Casey keeps bugging Heath, whom he reproaches playing cruel games with both April Henri, until he ends up with a bloody nose. Using his detentions, including those for taking the blame for April's truancy, Casey enjoys Henrietta's company, exchanges confidences and drops by at her home repeatedly. Despite her initial objections, she ends up secretly kissing Casey. Although Liam mistrusts Irene's music teacher Eddie Trumper, she follows Bianca's advice and invites him too to her private birthday dinner.

Romeo ends third in a pro surfing competition and celebrations include joining Irene's birthday party. There Liam brings the champion present, a recording studio session the next day, yet he's disappointed that she takes tutor-date Eddie Trumper along and even leaves him most of the time after recording a duet he wrote for her. After the party, Darryl in knocked unconscious by a masked thug who steals the earnings he was counting.

Darryl stubbornly goes ahead with his ultimate cage-fight and wins, but collapses in the ring. Sid makes clear in hospital a repeat may cost his life. Liam's protestations about Irene's date/tutor are waved again. He missed the ultrasound and Bianca, who found out she's pregnant longer then first believed, swore April to secrecy, but ends up betraying herself that Heath may therefore be the father.

With Darryl in hospital, Heath commandeers Liam for a restaurant shift while he and the other River Boys work out the robbery was the work of Sully, who ironically wanted to eliminate his ultimate fighting rival. Walking into a trap, Sully takes Bianca hostage and thus secures his escape. The Scott sisters now defend Heath out of gratitude. Unable to rest where his lover died, Darryl stumbles out of hospital to crash on Leah's couch.

Heath is not amused that April, who also infuriated Liam and her sister, told him Bianca's baby is his as he is explicitly denied the chance to experience what he missed out on when Darcy was younger. Casey intends and decides to leave school so Henrietta can become his lover openly. Her inconsistent attitude and Gina's pleading result in him settling for getting her back as tutor and secret lover. John isn't impressed by Roo and Marilyn complaining about his behavior as Alf's house-guest, but Gina sees trough their pretense that he's desperate to return to her, their...

Romeo ends up sleeping on an air-mattress next to Ruby. Thus Indy draws absurd conclusions after seeing him, arriving with study group peer Lindsay's hunky brother Logan Meyer on a surprise visit. Xavier is back home, but finds Gina and Johnny unwilling to talk, so he and Sasha drag them to a dinner they cook 'to present her', but Gina walks out, talking offense after overhearing a culinary white lie. After Gina nearly catches Casey in bed with Henrietta, she dumps him again, yet he doesn't pull out of the exams.

Romeo does his utmost, now supported by Ruby, to convince Indy nothing inappropriate happened, but ultimately has to tell her their marriage can only survive if she trusts him. Alan Henderson has a surprising relapse, proving he must have been poisoned. Sid investigates his home and suspects his uncooperative, hostile wife of administering oleander, maybe even on purpose.

After hearing Indy spend the night with Logan Meyer, Romeo goes tell her he did no wrong but is prepared to sacrifice the pro surf tour for their marriage, yet she asks him if he never thinks that was too hasty and he agrees. Against Xavier's good advice, Sasha breaks into the Henderson house to retrieve a book she wrote a death treat for Stu in and gets caught by his mother, who uses this crime to blackmail Sid not to tell the police about her oleander poisoning, which Sid and Dex still haven't told well-recovering Alan about.

Xavier deservedly turns his back on winer Sasha for systematically ignoring his good advice even when she asked for it and doing the wrong thing, now by breaking in at the Henderson home. When Gina dares suggest 'compassion', he firmly scolds her hypocrisy given her marital desertion. Heath is overheard by Darcy when April tells him Liam knows he's the baby's father. After Darcy questions Bianca's mean secrecy, Liam is furious to find out the news is out. Heath is in no mood to help Bianca by lying to his kid daughter, yet allows her a futile attempt to talk her over....

Heath is bitter to be kept away from his unborn child, but refuses to bother recovering Darryl. Casey seeks urgent tutoring from Henrietta at her home. After he finally says to understand their affair is too dangerous for her, she assures him not to love Heath and kisses him. Liam is furious at the Scott sisters after April betrayed the paternity to Heath, to the point of considering to move out. April seeks 'asylum', which Dex grants at the Walker farm.

VJ volunteers to be hazed by Jayden's River Boys, only to find even vandalizing a police car and trying to steal Darryl's surf board doesn't suffice, while he gets in trouble for the first. Darryl, just home, tries to save his bacon and explain the gang is only for kids for bad homes, then encourages Casey to go out. Gina invites herself to dine with Henrietta, while Casey waits outside. Palmer is far from impressed by an 'intervention' on account of the girls' excessive expectations compared to living with Gina.

While suspended, one time police car vandal VJ is buried in chores at the diner and John's surf club. Darryl however braves Leah's absurd incrimination as if he could have controlled the Rier Boy hazers, and comes up with a perfect positive big brother project: working on a motorbike together. After a romantic time out, Romeo hopes to have patched up with Indy. Palmer and Gina go trough more rows, which somehow inspire a sudden reconciliation.

VJ is over the moon with 'big brother' Darryl and admires his new hero surfing, the only sport allowed yet after Sid approves his recovery. Elijah feels passed-over and warns Leah she's heading for another romantic crash. Palmer is back home and considers house rules with Gina. Harvey gets sick after eating oysters on a champagne picnic Roo dragged him along on, but they weren't in the diner-provided hamper.

Darryl decides, after Elijah's warning, to retract his promise to VJ to work together on the motorbike, but finds no credible excuse, which drives the embittered to the River Boys, who seduce him to drink. When Leah bugs Darryl about the inconsistent injustice, while praising his big brotherly good influence, he ends up agreeing again, provided she never shows her face at his his place. Heath and Liam repeatedly bicker over Bianca's baby, despite promises to Darryl to behave during their restaurant shifts.

Dex tutors April, whose uninvited curiosity leads to suspecting her ex Casey of an affair with Henri, which he still hides from his brothers. Elijah announces he's leaving for a troubled parish in the south, which Leah scolds a coward's way out, still even she joins his improvised farewell beach party. Liam is not amused that Bianca fails to give him any support when he proves Eddie plagiarized a song of his, but Irene dumps the thief.

Xavier is back for Sasha's trial. Romeo decides to attend, so he gives his airline ticket for the surfing pro tour away to rival Steve Carmody, who now can fly with Ruby, his new lover, although Romeo warned her against the sleaze. Bugged by April, Casey promises to break up with Henriette to save her job, but can't go trough after hearing his lover would miss him terribly. Harvey declines home nursing by Roo.

Alan Henderson is shocked when Sasha is acquitted. Romeo still has time to enter the pro tour after all. Steve Carmody pretends to take Ruby's rejection of drugs in Charlie's memory to heart, but factually hides his weed in her bags. Harvey's ex Melissa Gregg arrives in town with their daughter and gets him to move out of the house, so he accepts Roo's offer after all, without telling her why.

Romeo and Morag rush to the rescue when Ruby calls for help, as she is arrested with the weed Steve Carmody planted in her luggage. Her contradictory statements far from convince customs officer Dan Foley. Morag advises Romeo to return home, before he is arrested too as an accomplice for supplying the free air ticket. Harvey can't resist meeting daughter Charlotte 'Lottie' for dinner, who treats him badly. As soon as Roo finds out about his former family, she dumps him.

Romeo is delighted when the charges against Ruby are dropped after Steve's confession. When Indy gets jealous about that hug, he discovers Logan gave her a $2,000 diamond ring. Romeo gets her to confess she kissed him and tells her their ill-considered marriage doesn't stand a chance. Darryl implicitly admits to Morag he scared Steve into confessing. She tells Ruby to keep her distance until the trial. Xavier, Dex and Sid spoil Sasha rotten on her 16th birthday. They get her to promise she'll finish high-school before moving to the city with her baby brother, but she ...

Casey hopes to keep his affair with Henrietta going. Gina suggests she should apply for a permanent teaching job. Sid tracks down runaway Sasha with the help of her stepfather.

Dex is miserable with a hangover. Liam grins and bears it when Bianca insists he should fill in for Heath so he can mind Darcy, while she volunteers to take him to the beach.

The paternity rivalry gets so bad that Liam rather resigns then working with Heath anymore. Sid worries when Dex vomits due to a hangover, yet limits limits boosting his love-life, which the knave believes sabotaged by lack of wheels, to promising to match whatever he raises. Dex easily earns every stake in a chess booth, only to loose it all to Lottie, who works around her mother Mel's vicious opposition to Harvey seeing his daughter and taking her along on a picnic with Roo.

Heath offers Liam his job back, but it's refused, even though Bianca wanted him to save up before they move away. When April panics, having overheard she may be left behind, Bianca spells out her marriage primes over a selfish meddler. Dex enjoys bonding with 'fellow nerd' Lottie, who hires him as tutor, and rejects April's attempt to hook up again as mere jealousy.

Darryl returns and hears only bad news. He advises Heath to try talking to Bianca about the baby, but Liam's jealous arrival sabotages that, so Heath ends up giving custody claim notice. When Gina offers Henrietta the permanent teaching job, she chooses it over love and visits Casey to make him promise they won't be intimate ever after, but VJ accidentally sees them kissing.

Romeo returns early, having failed to reach the pro surfing final, together with Ruby. Despite Sid's good advice to talk to him, Indy ignores his calls and accepts a dinner invitation from moneybags Logan. Both spouses are ready for adultery, but Romeo passes out drunk. After VJ tells Darryl he saw Henrietta kiss Casey, the enamored knave's misplaced gallant lie as if he just stole a kiss from his tutor is soon found out and the immoral teacher suspended and told by Darryl to leave town.

Romeo's determination to try and save his marriage wavers when Indy wines it may be too late and admits having made love with Logan, whom she calls 'just perfect' to unamused Sid. Xavier's physical frolicking with Sasha worries Palmer and Sid equally, so they try to swear the young couple to prudent boundaries. Xavier overhears Mayor Coombes's secret beach meeting with Harvey, whom Palmer accuses of virtually copying the development project they fought over, but now at municipal expenses and under a green guise.

Heath nor Liam pay any attention to Bianca's plea for an amicable parenthood settlement and question the paternity, so a DNA test is demanded. Darryl is furious when he finds Heath hired his ex, the very female lawyer who betrayed him and wrecked Casey's arson trial. Heath refuses to switch lawyer as she offered a mate's rate, so Darryl takes her for a ride to a scary, lonely cliff spot. Darryl assures mortified Leah he already forgot about her drunk night. Palmer and Harvey grudgingly let their partners drag them along to another lunch, but by then Harvey witnessed ...

Darryl isn't interested when Leah finally has an Internet-chosen semi-blind date. Yet after her wining and excessive drinking at Angelo's chases equally love-unlucky Jayden Post, Darryl has to bring her home and put her in bed. After Xavier informed Palmer about Harvey's meeting with the mayor, the rivals bicker constantly, just the way host Roo and Gina feared, all dinner party long.

Heath learns from April that a paternity test can harm the baby and drops his demand. Brax orders former lawyer and lover Hayley O'Connor to drop the case and leave town and succeeds after taking her along on a scary ride to the cliffs. Casey is furious when he learns 'bothersome' Brax easily ordered already fired Henrietta out of town too. Brax assures Leah he has no romantic interest in her, nor feels he is getting over Charlie at all anyway.

Romeo is embittered, seeing how shamelessly Indy accepts expensive gifts from Logan Meyer. After a fight, Romeo moves out indefinitely to Alf's house and soon allows Ruby to seduce him to kissing. Warned by Romeo accommodating girls friends are a myth, Xavier soon realizes Sasha's atypically easy, almost servile attitude is an mere insecure phase after her trial and reassures her. Casey refuses to accept Henrietta completely broke up with him, but gets confirmation at her new city home.

Xavier and Sasha fell asleep watching a DVD. Sid grounds her, but she takes no notice, while Xavier responsibly escorts her home, wins Sid's confidence but decides to dumps her for immaturity. Indy only starts regretting wrecking her marriage with Logan, who agrees to cut back on generosity, now she sees Romeo on the beach with Ruby in public.

Dex is not amused when jealous April invites herself on his beach-scavenging trip with fellow A-nerd Lottie. Dex is startled when she ends up having faked a serous ankle injury just so he would carry her to hospital, where Sid and nursing staff have come to trust him. Harvey swears revenge on Harvey, who is more worried by Lottie's vindictive mother.

A new boy in town, Jett James, steals from a beach-goer, undaunted by lifeguard John, and beats up VJ, who identifies him to principal Gina. Dex is almost as miserable as now his mortified ex April, whom he tells off as unreliable manipulative liar, as they both still feel sort of in love. Sid is scolded by new hospital colleague Melissa Gregg for telling Roo about Ben, the young boy Harvey and she lost in a sailing accident. Harvey breaks up with baffled Roo for unspecified related reasons.

After enrolling in school, new boy Jett James is identified by VJ as the abusive uniform shirt thief. His mother Liz admits being an illiterate, sickly wimp unable to handle the willful knave and gives Gina a free hand with him. VJ however allows him to steal his lunch. Heath is desperate as Bianca is actually moving way with Liam and even refuses to see Darcy. However on the road, Liam changes his mind, saying the paternity issue will always linger until their marriage breaks up and leaves alone. Dex encourages Lottie to make Harvey overcome his refusal to discuss ...

Heath's joy over Bianca not moving way with Liam is cut short when she still denies him any contact, so he turns to lawyer Hayley O'Connor again, who demands payment in drugs. Darryl doesn't help, offering Liam the restaurant manager position after prevent his drinking getting out of hand. Xavier is worried about wisely dumped Sasha's childish and aggressive attitude, but his therapy advice is waved. Casey is bullied with absurd detentions by Henrietta's scorned teacher admirer Gary Chapman.

Heath ignores Darryl's warning not to entrust his custody claim to Hayley O'Connor and pays her in drugs. Liam catches her and dumps her 'party gift' after hard hesitation. Casey told Brax he can handle 'some detention', but when taunting by Henrietta's teacher ex and jock rascal Jayden Post absurdly results in additional detention, just walks out. Broke Romeo sadly watches how Romeo's pleasure picnicking on the beach with him is spoiled by ex Sasha rudely ignoring them and getting drunk with rowdies until Xavier convinces Casey to give a a motorbike ride home. Romeo wins a surfing contest and trough Palmer finds a potential sponsor really interested. Alas, Ruby spooked Steve, who drives away so frantically as to force Romeo to jump away and land badly, causing a ligament injury which Sid diagnoses so bad he'll be out of competition for months. Darryl smells a rat when VJ claims Leah agreed with a day off school, finds out about bully Jett and gives balanced advice while they get the motorbike operational and make a test drive.

Romeo is in constant agony after his knee surgery, so Sid rushes him back to OR, this time with satisfactory results. Playing on the beach with Darcy, Heath gets Bianca's promise to be kept informed about their baby. Logan Meyer invites Indy along on an all-paid trip to Hongkong but understands she wants to wait for Romeo's surgery first.

After his knee surgery, Romeo gloomily faces a long rehabilitation which certainly ends his surfing season and probably his pro career. Initially frowning upon Ruby's refusal to let his 'wife' Indy visit, when she does he agrees with her their marriage is over, agreeing she should go o with Logan, he considers an idea to start a shop with Ruby investing Charlie's life insurance capital. Jett befriends River Boys, keeps sponging on bullied VJ, overhears Colleen keeps her savings in a collection of jars, dodges class to break into her caravan and tries, in vain, to buy ...

Xavier initiates Dex, who is desperate to impress Lottie, in beach workouts, but cellphone peeking convinces her he's still in love with April. Jett claims a blackout when questioned by senior sergeant Mike Emerson, as cued by Xavier of Palmer's suspicions, about the break-in at Colleen's. Gina absurdly refuses to suspect Jett herself, yet scandalizes Heath by suggesting he sold the rascal drugs. When jealous bully teacher adds personal insult about his affair with Henrietta to Casey's endless unjust detentions after a grading incident complicated by Sasha reporting ...

Casey's tormentor Dave Townsend is determined to make sure his bloody nose wrecks his knavish rival, so when Gina refuses to call the police, he does and warns her. Darryl soon realizes they'll need a lawyer to avoid adult jail. He is not amused when Liam claims he 'owes' Hayley O'Connor to help her into rehab, yet gets drawn in. Dex and Lottie are greatly relieved to find out finally they are mutually 'romantically interested' and free.

Liam patiently braves all Hayley O'Connor's tricks and abuse to force her trough cold turkey. Otherwise preoccupied Darryl refuses to host a karaoke benefit for Colleen, who seems to have lost all hope, but Marilyn discovers the crone actually won $175,000 in the lottery. Harvey pushes Roo away, fearing his corruption trial may see him in jail too, while his hysterical ex keeps nagging about the bills.

Darryl isn't surprised that Hayley escaped sort of flirting with Liam, but they find her and Liam accepts to stay with her, this time on kissing terms. Marilyn warns Colleen to be realistic about her lottery win's limited prospects to join Lancie in Las Vegas. Harvey lets Lottie convince him they should sped time together regardless of her hostile mother, so they plan a trip to the city, but his upcoming trial is speeded up and he has no lawyer.

Darryl convinces Casey to swallow his bride and beg for another chance at school rather then risk jail. Townsend sanctimoniously tells Gina he needs time to consider withdrawing his police complaint, but after a mild incident with some River Boys blames that on Casey and adds intimidating harassment to the charges. Darryl can't watch how Liam believes 'lover' Haley understands him as fellow (ex-)addict, so they bicker whether to chase her. Colleen hands out remembrance presents while dropping hints for a farewell party.

Bay identity, Colleen Smart leaves the Bay forever to live in Las Vegas with Lance. Townsend bullies Sasha after she confronts him about the way he's punishing Casey, which Gina uses as leverage to make him drop the charges against Casey. Jett steals Indi's wallet. Marilyn and Roo throw Colleen a farewell party.

Heath finds Indy's empty purse in a dumpster, stolen from the diner, just when Jett ran out. Romeo bitterly finds Sid, who warns him not to overdo revalidation, again bails out his irresponsible ex. Rome hesitates to accept starting a surf shop with Ruby as she would supply the capital from Cahrlie's life Insurance, he 'just' expertise and reputation. Xavier shares Palmer's suspicions about Jett, but Gina turns on him just for politely asking his rude mother for permission to find out if he is a thief.

Heath can't stand being kept in the dark about the baby, so he sneaks into Bianca's room, finds a bassinet the girls can't assemble and does so himself, yet is told again to stay aloof. Romeo hears about spoiled Indy's peril and generously makes up, while hesitating to accept the surf shop plan. Harvey initially refuses Morag's advice to plead guilty, does so last minute for Lotties'sake and gets off with a hefty fine and community service.

Heath brags to Liam about his visit to Bianco, only to learn he wasn't told she was hospitalized and the baby may be in danger. After April convinces Liam Bianca still wants him around, the rivals bicker cockily despite Sid banning visits. Dex finally musters the courage to tell April he's with Lottie now. Harvey feels confessing was wrong and turns his back on his loved-ones again. Lottie can't stand her bitching mother anymore and gets to spend a night on the Walker couch, but Dex can't handle all the mixed signals much longer.

Heath has a hard time taking Darryl's advice to stop shouting and threatening in hospital rather then just being there for Bianca, who must remain in observation until the presumably early, maybe still birth. Dex keeps standing by Lottie but Sid notices he's still in love with April, whom he accidentally saw strip and greatly appreciates his support, so Sid warns he needs no chose quickly. Harvey soon allows his isolation being undone by Roo and Lottie tricking him to a picnic.

Heath reacts surprisingly when Draryl snaps he's resembling their monstrous father Danny Braxton, visits the fiend in jail the only time after years and takes his advice never to give up his offspring, so he pays Haley to found out anything she can about Bianca's baby. In record-time rehab, Romeo finally accepts Ruby's offer to start a surf-shop, which makes fickle Indy, whom they asked for business tips, silently jealous. Imposed therapy is agony for Casey.

Sid takes Palmer's advice that Indy needs tough love, so no bail-out from repaying the damage she caused to Sid's car. Hearing she therefore plans to 'defer' her studies, Romeo wires the $8,500 from the capital Ruby gave him to stock the surf shop. Xavier sees Jett shower on the beach and suspects more mischief. There's a mugging. Witnessing Hayley's drowning attempt, Liam promises to stand by her. Alf is back and dismayed about Roo having chosen scumbag Harvey.

Casey missed so many classes he needs another tutor, but Gina won't help and he declines Sasha's idea to ask genius Dex. Marilyn's snatched purse starts a wave of emotional reactions. Alf gets so worked up about Roo's absence, with worst-ever boyfriend Harvey no less, that he ends up collapsing in seizure. Gina's endless sanctimonious maternal fussing, even putting canteen leftover in front of Jett, ultimately make him snap at her he's the thief to prove he's not as Innocent as she apparently keeps assuming.

Jett accepts to return Marilyn's purse and she drops her complaint. When Gina hears his mother is home and he lost his house-key, she takes the rascal in for the time being, without consulting anyone. Xavier grins and bears it, but Palmer informs the police. Ultimately, Gina discovers his home peril is even worse. Dex grudgingly accepts to tutor Casey, but as he feared Sasha mainly asked him so she can flirt with the hunk, who ends up running away from the mayhem, albeit wiser. Alf is hospitalized and diagnosed with non-fatal malaria from his Thailand sojourn.

Logan is back for a surprise visit to Indy, hoping to take her along to Hong Kong indefinitely, but realizes she's still in love with Romeo and leaves again. Now Jett's mother has been found dead in their home, the police allows Marilyn dropping the charges to end all theft prosecution, but the rascal is assigned to foster-family outside the district. Liam is shocked to find out Haley is in contact with Heath and won't say why exactly. Ruby is shocked to overhear Romeo lent Indy money she put up for the surf shop stock.

Heath hears from Hayley that recent discoveries probably allow a retrial to have his father Danny Braxton released from jail. Visiting him, he finds the old fiend impossibly aggressive and engaged in another fight, likely to incur a further jail term prolongation. Romeo faces up to the loan he gave Indy to prevent her breaking off studies, which the ingrate now insists to pay back, then assures Ruby he remains committed to both the surf shop and her, even now Logan left Indy. Alf is released home, too weak to actively fight Roo throwing herself on Harvey.

Heath shows boundless interest in the pregnancy, even apologizes to Sid and promises to Bianca to chose the baby's life over hers if necessary, as April couldn't. Darryl visits his hated father Danny Braxton in jail, as Leah suggested 12 jail might have changed anyone, only to find they are still diametrically opposed. Equally hostile Danny thus learns Heath works on his release and dismisses Darryl's warning to keep away from the brothers anyway.

Heath, who is just winning general respect as apparently committed father, refuses to cease his efforts on his father's behalf as demanded by Darryl and snaps the old man didn't know yet. Casey finds out and rages at Darryl for keeping him in the dark like a baby once more. Sid convinces Dex waiting also makes choosing harder for everyone, so Dex tells Lottie he still has feelings for April.

Casey finally gets Darryl to explain how their father, a drunk brute, abused all three boys, repeatedly beating Heath in hospital while Darryl hid with the helpless baby-brother in the dunes. Heath remains tormented by Bianca's still incompletely diagnosed, potentially life-threatening condition. April snaps at Dex this is no time to think of love. Harvey and Roo consider whether to support her even against her wicked mother.

A firm Heath replaces wavering Mel as the baby's doctor by Sid. His and Casey's resolve convince Darryl to agree to take the youngest brother to visit their father in prison, with Darryl, who can't convince his brothers to abandon their project to have the brute's conviction overturned after Danny finally shows some paternal pride. Heath agrees to pay Hayley 'in kind' after Liam, who is shocked nobody informed him about the premature birth and Bianca's coma, decides against moving to the city with the junkie lawyer.

Runaway orphan Jett convinces Gina to take him in till further notice, without even consulting 'mostly away' Xavier, while Palmer's attempt to lay down the law doesn't seem to impress the imp. To Dex's relief, April soon realizes his attitude was appropriate and embraces his love. Lottie gets permission to move in at Alf's while mother Mel, who admits she can't cope to Harvey, seeks therapy in the city.

Xavier generously moves onto the couch, so Jett can have his room while the police cadet is in academy training. After a grueling surf club morning with unrelenting John, the rascal gets caught stealing another wallet. Again spared a formal complaint, the sermon only inspires a fugue, but he abandons that after a talk with Palmer about disappointing Gina. Romeo is recovering well but far from enthusiastic when Ruby takes Lottie's moving into Alf's home as cue for him and her to move out together. Indy keeps avoiding them and coldly insists it's time for both spouses ...

Romeo gloomily admits to Alf he's not over Indy but feels committed to Ruby, who is catching on and conferring with Leah whether it's even worth trying to win him. Haeth's joy as Bianca wakes up from coma is tampered when she can't handle seeing their baby son for the first time. Dex didn't need to worry about his 'inappropriately timed' and hence berated love declaration to April, as she soon apologizes with kisses.

Heath's worries over Bianca's all but maternal attitude prove justified: Sid's diagnostic interview reveals her extreme postnatal depression made her believe that their baby died and was switched. When Heath contradicts that, she trusts absolutely nobody any more. Dex is delighted when April proposes to get physical in his bedroom. His short is already off when she insists to go check on weeping noises from Indy's room, which ends the romance. His fickle sister is now inconsolable because Romeo, whom she kept away, has finally committed to Ruby. Alf is guessing she ...

Romeo is saddened by Indy's demand to leave her alone altogether and tells Ruby, who secretly disposes of contraceptives, that he'll take care of her and the baby but doesn't feel right about a relationship. Dex is reassured that April loves him too. Jett is even harder to handle after his mother's funeral without any friend, he even lashes out at VJ just for mentioning her death when Gina drags him to school.

Jett apparently ran away, knocking over Gina. While Xavier and Palmer - who tells him to leave the matter to the full time home front - argue it's time to cut the incorrigible imp loose, he returns and earns a 'last chance' by handing in complete homework and promising to stop violence, having apologized spontaneously to VJ. Casey lets Sasha convince him to seek school counselor Natalie Davison's advice again behind Darryl's back and gratefully accepts to stay with the Walkers so long, while Darryl blames only Natalie, whom Gina now informs of his Charlie trauma.

Darryl gets no response from school counselor Natalie to his urging not to encourage moves to liberate his wicked father Danny, so he insists she should at least leave him out of the affair, even if he is Casey's substitute father. Darryl has no more luck then Liam arguing with Hayley to drop Heath's case. The men discovers she's high again but a similar plea is ignored. Liam is slipping back in addiction again and turns on Brax instead of supporting his employer.

Having hurt his head after a cocaine frenzy, Liam breaks with Hayley. Heath refuses to supply her any more on the day of father Danny Braxton's trial revision. Darryl expects her drugged state will ruin the case anyhow, even if Heath and Casey refuse to call off a proceeding they can't justify to him. Danny respects Casey passing on his doubts, promises to clean up his act and walks out a free man. Sid warns Liam he needs a cardiac check-up.

Romeo, still believing Ruby pregnant, concentrates on applying for a 'safe' sales job and discards her desperate seduction as irresponsible frivolity. Darryl is surprised to see his father, warns him off but grudgingly allows him to stay one night at the brothers' place rather than mother's. Once Danny is moved into the caravan park, Darryl tells his surprised brothers he won't object to them meeting him when they want.

Romeo firmly rebukes Ruby for flirting and questioning his plan to support their new family and actually lands a surfer goods salesman job, despite a sneer to 'be true to yourself' from a bitter Liam, whom Darryl just fired for utter disloyalty. Casey rebukes jealous Sasha for spreading a rumor that he kissed Ruby, not the other way around, only to hear her act as if an innocent friend. Casey starts to believe Danny's promise that Darryl will come around, while in fact big brother hastily evacuates their mother Cheryl before Danny discovers that a cash stash at her ...

To Heath's baffled horror, Bianca escapes from hospital and runs to Liam, only to conclude he's supposedly into the plot as he doesn't confirm her theory that the baby would be stillborn. Casey wakes up on the beach with a hangover after a long night drinking cosily with father Danny, only to be tormented endlessly by self-absorbed Sasha and relentless therapist Natalie.

Xavier start an internship in Summer Bay under a strict officer. They intervene when Jett gets into a fight with high-school bully Jayden's gang. Xavier gets hold of the photograph Jett was hell-bent on recuperating and works out (by illegally using the police computer) it's a criminal re-offender, possibly the rascal's absent father. The therapy Sid arranged finally works, Bianca reconnects with reality. Supporting April, who can't cope, Dex takes her home to sleep, but can't resist being seduced to sharing that bed.

Despite John and Gina's most non-supportive attitude and his dislike for the indomitable brat, Xavier returns the recently released criminal's picture to Jett, who admits suspecting it's his father, without knowing, as his late mother refused to discuss the matter. Xavier illegally consults the police computer, but is caught by senior sergeant Mike Emerson.

Xavier fears to be expelled from the academy if grumpy mentor Mike Emerson formally reports his illegal police computer use, and the senior sergeant considers Palmer's attempt to smoothen things an additional problem as a third party was informed. Rather then actually see a gynecologist, Ruby confesses to Leah that the faked being pregnant, hoping Romeo would sire a baby for real while tricked. Alf makes clear he's not amused that Roo asked Lottie and Harvey to move in indefinitely, given the man is hardly a catch. Xavier resign himself to having to chose another ...

Xavier refuses to reconsider moving out, assures the home front and Jett it's not about the rascal, makes up with his 'successor' and is helped moving by Palmer. Casey enjoys spending time with father Danny far too much, drops all his reserves and resolves to start traveling with him, and therefore to drop out of school. Darryl is almost as angry about school counselor Natalie failing to inform him timely about a missed therapy session and yet blaming him, but resolves to be objective allies for the knave's sake.

Darryl realizes their father won't let Casey alone until he's offered what he wants, so he bids $50,000 as compensation for the missing loot. Danny now 'postpones' the bonding trip and Casey agrees to resume school at least till the end of his partial exams. Heath's premature baby boy has a cardiac crisis, yet Bianca still shows no maternal interest while Sid saves his life. Jett is eager to find his biological father, but Gina keeps back the address Xavier gave her and even steals the sheet from the boy's Bozics list to call which contains Richard. School counselor ...

Romeo misunderstands Ruby's confession, enforced by Leah, that there 'is no baby' as if she had a miscarriage and promises to stand by her. Heaths snaps at Bianca for avoiding him and running to Liam, but is assured that was only to end her marriage bond completely and is promised joint parenthood. They agree to call their son Rocco. Dex assures Sid he, as genius, can cope with study, job and April, but hides a bad news letter from them.

Romeo finally learns, when Leah discovers Ruby now pretends a 'miscarriage', that the whole pregnancy was a lie and leaves her bitterly. Dex spends all his time making sure April catches up studying for her exams. Thus he nearly misses his ultimate deadline for a paper, without which he won't be allowed to take his exams. Lottie helps him finish it in time, but learns afterward her mother expects her to move to the city.

Romeo is inconsolable about Ruby's wicked web of lies, refuses any further contact and moves out of their caravan stat, without knowing whereto. Even surging again can't cheer him up now. After getting drunk at Angelo's, he ends up on the Walkers' couch. Only after he admits never having stopped loving Indy, she tells him to leave. Darryl convinces Liam to return as restaurant barman and grudgingly lets Leah insist he alone may talk some sense into self-destructive Ruby. Harvey continues his community service as litter picker.

Romeo makes crystal clear to Ruby they are trough, also Indy's condition for considering a reconciliation. Leah gladly takes him in as house-guest, along with approving Liam. Casey does well at his English exam, despite insisting to keep up his pizza delivery shift. Father Braxton refuses to leave town as promised to earn $50,000 and keeps eating and drinking expensively on the house at Angelo's, even with unsuspecting date Marilyn.

Darryl has been beaten badly and dumped by the roadside. Sid finds him and insists on a hospital-checkup. He dismisses himself and abstains from a formal complaint, while his brothers refuse to believe it must be their father's cahoots' doing, although Danny clearly hints at his robbery-loot claim, which Darryl now tells them about. Heath cares only for Bianca assuring him she's over Liam and committed to being baby Rocco's loving parents, sealed with kisses.

As John suspected, Jett hasn't really given up on finding his father, and Gina realizes she may not be entitled to sabotage that quest. Heath is delighted now Bianca is fully committed to both baby Rocco and him, back on kissing terms. Dex finishes his paper just in time, largely due to Lottie's relentless 'support'. Her mother Mel now expects her to join her new home in the city, Harvey and Roo say it's her choice.

Jett and VJ are forced to make an assignment together. While bickering, VJ discovers that Jett is searching for his father Ricahrd Bosic and Jett that a page from his list is stolen, doubtlessly by Gina, who deservedly suffers his furious rage. Dex and April still can't restore their relationship, although both really want it. Lottie finally gathers to courage to choose staying with Harvey at Alf's.

Dex is furious at liar-thief Gina, even Palmer's threat to report him as missing foster charge is likely to wear out. Told she met Richard Bosic but he isn't interested, Jett misses a whole school day to drop by his place and vandalize the garden, then runs away with a self-inflicted hand wound. Heath promises Sid he can handle looking after Bianca now she's released while baby Rocco remains in hospital, but fakes a family barbecue to avoid Dex and Irene's welcome home party. Dex ducks when Irene drops by in April's room, but she has no objections to them being ...

Heath catches Marilyn snooping in Danny's caravan and thus discovers a box of letters returned to sender in prison by Darryl, whom he and Casey scold for never telling them. Richard Bozic decides to spare Jett a formal vandalism complaint. Palmer can even convince him to meet the knave, who quickly takes to his possible father. However, despite an offer from Palmer to help him to a suitable job, the unemployed ex-junkie shies away from a paternity test and halts all contact.

Danny is back and Darryl can't convince his brothers they need to get away from him, so Darryl desperately tries to raise the money to pay off Danny, but all legal means fail. Lottie's harpy mother Melissa arrives to take Lottiie 'home' with her, but all her arrogance fails, yet she tels Harvey it's only the beginning of the battle.

Romeo decides to keep the sales job he originally took to support Ruby's imaginary baby, yet the liar dares scold anyone she feels chooses his side. Danny assures Heath and Casey no longer to want the loot, again undermining their trust in Darryl. Harvey backs down on the custody trial Melissa demanded when she threatens to tell the court he was drunk when little son Ben drowned.

Palmer is delighted that Jett seems to throw himself completely at life-guarding, yet Gina remains mistrusting in case it proves disappointing. She even bothers Jett about Richard Bozic again, only to be told to leave him alone about such an unworthy candidate-father. Despite Dex and Lima's best efforts to encourage and inform Romeo and Casey and a generous dinner offered by Sid, the boys remain as much the victim of the girls' hopeless mixes signals as those themselves, yet the fickle girls keep blaming 'men', April refusing to take side.

Casey is surprised when Ruby steals a kiss, in an instinctive attempt to make Romeo jealous. Dex has helped Aoril trough her partial exams and starts planing the celebration. Romeo wants to win Indy back, despite her inconsistent attitude, and waves a feeble attempt from Sid to scare him off.

Heath angrily complains that father Danny never visits him and baby grandson Rocco in hospital, and is told he's just not important. Casey suspects Danny only flirts with Ruby for Charlie's life insurance fortune. Liam finally gets Rmeo and Indy to admit that to get back together, they must talk directly, never mind what others think. Palmer and Natalie finally get Gina to apologize for butting in and promise she'll leave Jett happily with John until he asks for help.

Desperate for cash to pay off Danny, Darryl is setting up a cocaine deal with hopeless amateur drug dealers Bob Lawson and Bill Crosby. Heath's mood isn't understood by Bianca. Alf thinks only worse of gutless Harvey after he admits Mel is blackmailing him with Ben's tragic yacht drowning, Roo insists he must fight for Lottie, especially since Mel was the one who inspired keeping his drunk state from the police.

While cahoot Bob Lawson panics in the face of a water police patrol, Darryl, aided by the 'new, responsible' Heath, saves the day and the prospect of a hefty drug deal profit. Harvey and Mel's incessant bickering about custody over Lottie makes her scream she won't stay with either lying parent.

After his exasperating drug run, Darryl is exhausted, in no mood for more prodding and inappropriate questions from Natalie, whom he even tells to give up trying to warn Casey, yet accepts trying to make unfindable Ruby see Leah didn't sides against her by taking in Romeo. Dex and April get desperate for lack at privacy both at Irene's and the walker farm, where Sash makes a Casey-obsessed pest of herself, so they decide to look for a place of their own. Just when Harvey gets Mel to retract her Ben drama exposure threat as lawyers say it won't help her custody claim, ...

Darryl ends up in bed with Nathalie, and 'caught' by Casey, who refuses to continue therapy with her under threat of telling Gino. To desperately worried Darryl however, he admits playing to be Danny's pious son, by pretending to plan how to get to some of Ruby's insurance capital, because only he can still win enough confidence to keep an eye on their evil father's plans. Dex and April get so tired of being interrupted at either home that they want to move out together.

Casey admits to Darryl he's only playing Danny's pious son so he can act as spy and ultimately gets big brother's support. Heath and Bianca are elated when Sid tels baby Rocco is out of the intensive care and likely to be allowed home in a few weeks. Preparations cause some stress, especially as previously supportive Darcy develops sick jealousy. Dex and Aprim's announcement they plan to move out together meets stern, solidly motivated opposition in both homes.

Realizing the department might end their fostering of Jett, John Palmer decides, after consulting Alf, not Gina, to inquire how they can become the knave's permanent guardians. Heath has got enough of Bianca avoiding her future part as his jealous daughter Darcy's stepmother and makes clear they come as a package deal. Realizing Rocco seemed to get all attention, Bianca promises they'll become a single family. Dex thoroughly prepares a presentation he gives with April for their families, who soon give their blessings (except selfish Sasha) to the couple moving out ...

Jett isn't reassured by John and Gina's lies that there is nothing for him to worry about and finds out they're conferring regular with his foster file official. Romeo starts to despair as Indy refuses to see him and seems a bit to close with common friend Liam, who swears not to be flirting, just helping her. Harvey is fed up with Roo's endless need to talk, especially about his paternal sidetracking, and wants to concentrate on running the Blaxland instead.

Jett vents his frustration over Palmer and Gina's scaring secrecy knavishly, by vandalizing the surf club, but is caught by Alf, who forces the rascal to clean it up painstakingly, and lectured by Natalie. Romeo wrongly gets the impression that Liam is moving in on Indy. Casey minimizes contact with clingy Ruby, yet refuses to break up at least temporarily as Darryl suggests, so big brother has to appease her.

Romeo makes up with Liam and tells Ruby to but out of his life, but waves Sid's urging to give up on Indy, who plays the victim. As Alf and Marilyn warned, Roo is irrationally oversensitive to every word from Harvey since he suggested making a baby of their own, until he drastically more daring suggestion changes everything.

Heath spoils Bianca rotten with domestic chores and a champagne picnic ending in bed, yet makes crystal clear he sees no point in marrying ever. Liam makes clear to Indy he only wants to be her supportive friend, but she wants him to replace Romeo, who again waives Sid's request to forget about his marriage- romantically, feeling great after Sid gave her a second-hand car. Harvey's proposal may be accepted, him opposing Roo's expensive dream wedding already causes another major fight.

Darryl hesitates to react when father Danny starts planning another crime, for which youngster Kyle brings the contraband supplies. Heath actually argues against joining and shares the concern Casey may not be drawn in. Jett's frustrated vandalism finally brings Palmer and Gina to disclose reassuringly that they don't want to dump him but make their foster-bond permanent. Heath takes Darryl's advice to alleviate Bianca's anxious reaction on his dismissal of marriage by explicitly declaring his love and commitment to their new family.

Desperate to regain father's trust, Casey moves in with Danny, only to suffer verbal and physical abuse in his caravan for 'disloyalty'. Darryl tries to raise the rest of the $50,000 'ransom' in another dug deal with knucklehead Bob Lawson, but abandons him for compounding crazy risks. Dex and April soon see trough selfish Sasha's mean tricks trying to dissuade them from moving out together.

Jett's elation over the proceedings to make Palmer and Gina's fostering permanent turns bitter when the case worker reports Richard Bozic decided to have a paternity test and claim full custody if it's positive. To Romeo's inconsolable frustration, Indy coldly states it's "too late" even to try mending their marriage and refuses to explain. Dex and April find the right home, but must prove a guarantor fast. Sid lets them sweat but signs at a bribery breakfast. After another row with Casey, who can't handle a clingy girl now he spies on Danny while Darryl thinks he's ...

Now Indy has completely dumped Romeo, best mate Liam lets her steal a kiss. Dex and April move, happily despite numerous practical complications and some embarrassing belongings. Blindly jealous of Indy, whom Romeo can't forget even now she 'threw him away', Ruby sabotages her new car, ignoring Dex borrowed it for his move.

Sid's despair grows as surgery fails to relive the pressure on Dex's brain, so he prepares the family and April for the bleak prospects. Liam consents to share the bed with Indy. Romeo is shocked and shattered when Ruby confesses her insane jealous sabotage to hurt Indy 'for his sake'.

Jett admirably hides his anxiety about the paternity test, even after the lab result indicates Richard Bozic is entitled to full custody. Dex pulls trough a cardiac arrest but his prospects remain terrifying. After Romeo spreads trough Alf that Ruby confessed her jealous sabotage meant to kill Indy, the killer decides not to run but say goodbye to Charlie and Darryl, who helps her and decides it's time to let go himself. Natalie however informs him that Casey is not safely with mother but remained in Danny's caravan.

Palmer and Gina worry if Jett really copes as well as he pretends with the prospect of Richard Bozic, now officially his father, being awarded full custody of him. Fear mounts when he's late for Gina's birthday dinner and the rascal was seen taking a bus, but only to buy a present. Darryl, tipped off by Natalie that Casey only pretended to have left while staying with their brute father, desperately races to track them down. Danny has indeed dragged the knave along for a robbery, without telling in advance where and how, and orders Casey to shoot the owner, Pete ...

When Darryl arrives, Casey has shot their fiendish father, who enjoys their predicament despite his grave wound, rather then murder innocent robbery victim Pete Simpson. Darryl tries to take the blame, but Casey insists to confess and refuses to explain his 'patricide' to puzzled senior sergeant Mike Emerson. Harvey enjoys meeting Tim Graham, who tips generously for help with his car trouble, but finds out at Alf's it's Roo's former New York fiancé, who wants her back and just divorced his Yankee wife. Danny dies in surgery.

Heath can't stomach that nobody, except Marilyn and him, mourns his fiendish father and vents his frustration on killer Casey. Darryl now not only fails to appease their kid brother's burning guilt, Casey forces the police to arrest the 'murderer' for picking public fights with startled, already calming-down Heath on the beach. Harvey feels threatened as Tim explains he moved to Australia for good and wants Roo back as business colleague and wife.

The day before Jett has to move in with his custody-awarded father Richard Bosic, he admits being afraid of leaving the Palmer home and would prefer to stay. The foster pair tries to reassure him and make their potentially last day beach fun. Casey is so convinced of his parricidal guilt that he believes to belong in jail and refuses to see visitors, as Natalie learns when she bluffs her way trough. A cop warns Darryl informally and illegally that the prosecutor is planning deals so to shift all blame for late Danny to poor Casey.

Jett admits being scared of leaving the Palmer home, but father Richard Bozic not only insists on taking custody stat, he also has a vital job offer in Western Austarlia in a few weeks. When the fight between the candidate-father-figures nearly leads to John's arrest by the police, Jett decides to go with Richard. Romeo is so hurt when Liam admits Indy already got him into bed that he moves out and refuses any further contact with his former buddy. Harvey can't prevent Roo from demanding to be hired to execute the company project which Tim partially based on her ...

Sid looses his patience with Sasha's ignorance and April's willing blindness concerning Dex's despairing prospects. Romeo moves back from Leah's to Alf's and grudgingly accepts Indy's adulterous choice behind his back. Still he generously concentrates on supplying and comforting the Walkers and resumes his surfing mentor-ship of VJ, who feels robbed of another father figure.

Just now the Walkers and April almost gave up hope, Dex awakes from coma. Marilyn fears the funeral she organized for Danny Braxton will be only be attended by her and Alf, as Darryl snaps a definite 'not interested', but Heath comes encouraged by Bianca and Natali convinces both Casey and Darryl, who seizes this last opportunity to convince the knave he was set up by the late fiend and needs to fight for freedom.

Dex is conscious again, but until the swelling in his brain subsides there's no telling if the massive disabling of his cognitive functions, diagnosed by specialist , can be reversed. Sid blames himself for a short, possibly crucial hesitation. Romeo remains in a morbid mood, unable to forget Indy or make up with Liam, whom Sid reads the paternal riot act. Just when Alf has convinced Roo that accepting a partnership with Tim without consultation isn't fair to fiancé Harvey, her 'forbids' it, thus changing her mind again.

Sid tries to enforce Dex's wishes to be spared April's fake-optimistic 'nursing'. Romeo's patience is tested to the limit when Liam dares question him 'for Indy's sake'. Harvey apologizes for 'forbidding' Roo becoming Tim's business partner, but as he feared the exes already resuming kissing terms.

Heath's hostile attitude to 'patricidal' Casey worries his brothers. Darryl gets him to attend Casey's bail hearing seemingly supportive, but after bail is granted, the bitterness is back. Alf wonders what shook Marilyn's trade-mark optimism. Tim gets Roo to confess their kiss, which she refuses to acknowledge as meaningful, to Harvey.

Sid finds some solace in finally releasing Rocco home. Yet Heath's attitude to his brothers remain grim, bitterly snapping that even now all Darryl's attention goes to 'poor Casey'. Palmer can't stop Gina, who fears Jett won't settle in with father Richard, from packing to go question the authorities, alone. Casey refuses to talk to Natalie anymore because she's too close to Darryl, who decides therefore to end their affair.

Heath thoroughly enjoys learning fathering now Rocco is home, but control-freak Bianca constantly panics and lashes out. Luckily, visiting uncle Darryl proves himself a natural at babysitting. Bianca is told Jett seems to settle in with Richard and refuses contact with her and Palmer, probably due to the police incident. John successfully rejects the implicit blame.

Casey makes clear he won't accept counseling from Natalie anymore. Dex makes it clear that he can't stand April's fussing. While Palmer ponders how to restore normality at home, Gina is delighted with an utterly surprising visitor.

Rascal Jett has returned, having made father Richard's life hell till he accepted relinquishing custody to the Palmer couple, so the romantic consolation dinner John prepared for Gina proves insignificant. Darryl tries Natalie's advice to stop treating Casey with kid-gloves.

Heath refuses to make up or explain his grudge to Casey, whom he even denies a first visit to Rocco, but Bianca gets him to make an effort and Casey convinces him that being neglected by their monstrous father is no cause for jealousy, rather a good thing. Dex regains some muscle control and makes up with April, but frustration over his helpfulness spoils everything again. Harvey is shocked when Roo admits she only broke up with Tim romantically, not the business deal.

Palmer feels left out as Jett and Gina seem inseparable and seeks distraction dining late with Marilyn, who returns drunk to the Harvey-Roo war zone. Romeo is not inclined to help Liam with Indy.

Romeo is pleased to sort of make up with Liam and Indy and really enjoys surfing again. However the home situation feels like a war zone, until Alf lays down the law: Roo must make up her mind about Tim and tell Harvey. She chooses to dump Tim, but meanwhile tries forcing things but speeding up his wedding proposal to ASAP, alas adding he expects the business deal to be out of the way too. As Roo walks out furiously, he decides to call it all off and move out.

Romeo gets too confident, wants to enter a surf competition and hurts a ligament while training against Sid's advice, an injury setting his recovery back months. Liam is overheard by Indy telling Leah he broke up believing she really belongs with Romeo, but he feels her latest three weeks affair was the last straw wrecking their marriage irreparably. Roo is too late to tell she dumped Tim to Harvey, who wanted to visit Lottie but ends up kissing Mel.

Realizing something is very wrong with Casey, Darryl watches him like a hawk, witnesses what resembles a suicide attempt while surfing and kicks in his barricaded door, only to yield denial and a black eye. Jett sort of imposes friendship on understandably suspicious VJ, but Liam helps out between the knaves and with Leah.

Heath accepts Bianca's plan to teach again part-time, intends to mind Rocco at the Braxtons boys home, or after hearing from Darryl about Casey's shaky condition at Irene's. Heath is insulted when the women doubt if he's ready for that. Casey tells Natalie he fears having struck Darryl strengthens his fear to become a dangerous fiend like their father. Sid waves April's suggestion Dex should be allowed revalidation at home, inclined to follow Dr. Ben Dawson's advice to transfer him to a city rehab facility, but reconsiders when Dex pleads desperately against that.

Dex is returning home, so lots of preparations are necessary. Sid wants to do it all alone, but soon realizes he's lucky to get help form April, whom he allows to move in 'for a while', and especially the big Braxton brothers. Darryl manages to use their humanitarian volunteering to convince Bianca that fatherhood has changed Heath for the better, so she apologizes for her abandoned opposition to him minding Rocco when she resumes teaching, which Gina welcomes stat. Marilyn's chattering leads to Gina finding out that John lied about their lengthy, drunken dinner date,...

The additional delay of his return to the surf tour puts Romeo in an aloof, less helpful mood. Casey is broody, hiding his new 'all or nothing' tattoo until he takes ever wining, lazy Sasha along on a bush camping trip. Neither realizes Danny's cahoot Kyle Bennett is watching from a distance. Palmer manages to apologize to Marilyn and convince Gina that her mistrust triggers his 'bad first marriage bad habit' of concocting white lies. Harvey confesses his night with Mel to Roo.

Darryl hopes Casey taking his truck without asking was just pre-trial nerves, but the knave admits in therapy he considers it lost in advance and a long jail term deserved. Eternal winer Sasha admits at hoe they made love and pretends to have been 'used by another River Boy'. The Walkers side with her, already stressed out now Dex tells April not to risk her future to nurse him, while only Sasha fails to help but Sid insists a single constant caregiver, him, is essential for rehab. Alf sides against 'unfaithful' Harvey, who starts packing when Roo seems unwilling to ...

Darryl finds out about Casey's tattoo, identical to their father's, and the knave's relapse in pessimism that a long jail conviction is inevitable, hence scolds Natalie's therapeutic failure. The walkers and especially April assure Dex taking care of him is no imposition, but despairing if real recovery is even in the cards, Sid lashes out as Casey for 'abusing' Sasha. Casey accepts Darryl's offer to take him camping a few days, both unaware they're shadowed by Kyle Bennett.

With the annual competitions coming up, Jett starts training coached by Palmer together with VJ, but ruthlessly competitive, so both boys need comfort from Romeo viz. John. Liam finds Sid, passed out drunk by the road, brings him home and 'expertly' discusses the risks of adduction. Romeo overdoes his own surfer training, resulting in a knee agony-induced near-drowning. Luckily Jett spots it and Palmer saves Romeo.

Crippled once more, Romeo wants to pretend him being rescued wasn't bad, but Jett can't stop singing 'hero' Palmer's praise all over the bay. Gina still spoils the mood by wining about honesty. Romeo refuses to seek medical advise, knowing it would end his chances to enter the surf competition, and asks Heath for 'short term' steroids. Heath accepts, in a killer mood after Bianca tricked him into babysitting Rocco with equally trapped Irene, who is surprised by his fathering skill and convinces Bianca she should trust Heath as a father before she loses him.

The camping trip gives Darryl hope, which he tells Natalie about, that Casey may be saved, but despite enjoying fraternal frolicking the message remains a long, 'just' prison seems unavoidable. Neither suspects being watched by Kyle, but he strikes when Darryl goes get extra provisions. Heath finally gets to babysit Rocco alone, but has to bring the baby to hospital urgently. Harvey follows Alf's advice to stop taking crap from Roo and rejects her humiliating terms to start again, demanding the wedding goes on.

Getting no Phone contact with Casey, whom nobody saw, Darryl thinks he just ran away and fears a parole and bail nightmare. Heath was right to rush Rocco to hospital, but storms out after Bianca meanly suggests she shouldn't have trusted him. The diagnosis is blood poisoning, which no layman could spot. After Alf ceases his mediation attempt, Harvey takes Roo on a Blaxland cruise to decide whether to stay together.

Dexter is getting troublesome, refusing to wait with study, and desperate after hearing April canceled the house. Heath accepts Bianca's belated apologies and promise to respect his family role just before good news about Rocco. The last chance cruise proves a stalemate despite Harvey's desperate kiss.

Jett senses that Palmer and Gina hide their marital troubles -her utter lack of trust- for him, listens in sneakily and scolds Marilyn a 'marriage wrecker'. Sid patiently soothes everyone about Dex's depression and is reassured there's no suicidal dimension. Harvey and Roo surprisingly return from their cruise as couple to be, but Alf doesn't trust it until their awkward courtesy subsides for 'normal' bickering.

Casey finds himself chained to a desert tree by Kyle, who divulges being his half-brother and their father's avenger. Unsuspecting Darryl assumes Casey skipped bail and broke his parole terms. Natalie explains how her family past made her supersensitive. Romeo, presumably on steroids, is uncharacteristically grumpy and reaches rage when Palmer fails to get the surfing competition organized, having moved out 'temporarily' again, due to Gina's excessive jealousy, which Marilyn refuses to undergo, although Jett's apology is gracefully accepted.

Handcuffed to a car wreck in the desert and bleeding from a head wound, Casey submits to Kyle, who makes him call Darryl to say he's never coming back. Romeo, on steroids, trains harder and snaps at everybody, telling Indy to keep out of his life.

Darryl finds the ghost town huge but remembers his late father was fascinated by an 'indestrictible' tree there. Kyle, who left Casey to die from thirst, passes him and gives false directions, but is recognized by Natalie. To Liam's delight, social isolation brings Romeo to admit a doping problem, but just then Indy refuses flat-out to help for once. Casey was found by passerby Tamara Kingsley, whose attempt to free him only got her captured by Kyle, who came hide Casey again. The captives devise a spectacular escape plan, which also shows their whereabouts to Darryl,...

Lightly wound Kyle is quickly found and caught by Darryl, who threatens to finish what he started doing to Casey, hears his sob story and leaves him behind. Overdoing his endless training, Romeo collapses and is brought to Sid, who hears his promise to stop using steroids and demands he stops seeing Indi meanwhile. Casey dares not return and face justice, so Darryl considers a fugitive life with his brother.

Jett overhears John and Gina's latest attempt to hide their serious relational trouble and firmly tells them to make up their minds whether they are in true love. After nightmares and talking to Tamara, whom Natalia assumes to be a figment of his imagination, Casey, who is physically recovering well, decides not to make himself and relived Darryl lifelong fugitives but face Justice.

Heath lets Bianca and April clean up his and Casey's room so Rocco can stay at the Braxton place. Dexter and April accept they can't just pick up but agree to 'start over' as a couple. Palmer doubts if his marriage can still be saved, but Marilyn refuses to be considered as an alternative. Rather then grant Harvey a loan, Alf hands Roo an 'early wedding present' check for a dream wedding.

Heath is no more leased then Bianca when his ma Cheryl invites herself and keeps meddling in Rocco's upbringing, even questions their commitment as parental couple, but stand united to ward her off. Jett overhears Marilyn discuss Palmer's kiss and tells Gina. Sid gets personal with Dex's rehab counselor. Harvey agrees to work off his wedding debt, starting with the festival palmer called off needlessly.

Finally returning home, Darryl's party dares not enter home, as the police in there with an ambulance. They later learn it's because Rocco has suddenly died in his crib, leaving Heath heartbroken and Bianca empty, determined to move back to Irene's. Casey is examined in hospital by Sid, who however also informs the police, which handcuffs the wounded knave to his sickbed. Natalie tells Darryl that's the end of the all too dangerous River Boys for her. Gina keeps blaming Marilyn for John's kiss, taking her frustration out at school even after the Stuarts set her ...

Heartbroken Heath would allow Bianca to move out and keep him out of Rocco's funeral arrangements, but his raging mother Cheryl and a soothing Irene make her see sense. Casey can't get to him, still in hospital and handcuffed to his bed. The senior sergeant still doubts the Braxtons' story, finds no proof that Kyle exists. He recommends bail until the trial in five weeks, but warns five years for parole breaking will be added to the patricide case if Kyle isn't found.

Jett can't stand how Gina lashes out at everyone, even blames him for a locker-room fight defending her. So he decides to move in with John until the marital problems are solved, but Gina now says it's her turn for a time-out. Dex soldiers on in agonizing pool therapy and makes Gina offer April special exams consideration. Sid first tells Dex's physiotherapist their kiss was a one-off mistake, then reconsiders.

Jett finds his first day with Palmer a turn-off, being made to wait as John's forced to make up for some of his negligence in the surf club festival. Liam sets Palmer straight about unfairly neglected boyish expectations, such as training him again. Romeo and Indi decide after a good date to start knowing each-other all over, this time taking their time. Roo makes a scene about Harvey spending more time working for Alf then planning their wedding, until she's told the truth about the check and flips out.

Rocco gets a families-only funeral. Dex's comforting presence for April helps them grow closer again. Afterwards, the previously excluded River Boys assist the Braxtons brothers in a serene, surfing wreath-ceremony. As only Leah even understands Roo's objections, she reconsiders canceling the wedding.

The Braxton brother seem to hit rock-bottom. Casey's broken bail is claimed, ruining Darryl, so repo men come confiscate restaurant equipment to repay his defaulted loan. Their only hope is finding Kyle, but nobody can help them. Bianca tells already heart-broken Heath she can't bear being with him or his daughter anymore. Roo has made up with Harvey and helps organize the carnival, for which Marilyn has a brilliant idea: combining it with a fund-raiser in Rocco's memory to prevent infant deaths.

Darryl and Casey are delighted with their River Boys youth father figure, Adam Sharpe, who insists to help them investigate old rumors about Kyle and even to pay off Darryl's debt so as to save the restaurant. Just when Casey has accepted distributing fliers because Sasha begged him, Natalie convinces her to plain-selfishly drop him. Dex is progressing well and warns Sid as soon as he notices they must be having an affair, as Dex knows she's married.

Inspired by a spoiled-rotten classmate who plays his divorced parents masterly, Jett drags VJ along into misleading John and Gino to get treats, then steal fireworks to become 'school heroes'. Romeo gets the OK to decide for himself whether last year's iron man winner is ready to give a demonstration, but decides against it and celebrates kissing Indi. Sid first be-breaks up with Lisa for Dex's sake, the agrees to let her continue therapy and ultimately believes her husband to be out of the picture.

Jett manages to blame his mischief on his 'partens' for breaking up and drags about it to VJ, whom Leah punishes with excessive chores, but is overheard by Marilyn, who tells so Jett suffers the same fate. Rome now takes his time to heal his leg and marriage. Together they preside over the nippers beach race, which VJ wins, being allowed to enter with Jett for taking their punishments well. Heath proudly accepts, after Bianca rudely refused, to symbolically accept the carnival proceeds for Sid's research into infant death.

Heath shows angelic patience with Bianca's excessive grieving moods, but firmly refuses to sell her drugs. Heath rudely ignores Darryl's benefactor Adam Sharpe, who not only flirts with Bianca but also promises her 'something stronger than alcohol'. Adam's younger kin cahoot Jamie is an instant hit with the other girls at the surf carnival's closing party. Marilyn gets drunk and publicly invite shim to date Leah, who protests but quickly succumbs to Jamie's charms. Darryl gloomily tells Natalie to accept his fraternal devotion or break up for good.

Adam Sharpe's goons have tracked down Danny's cahoot Clay, who knows where Kyle is. Intimidation fails, but a promise to help his brother, who is arrested in Tasmania, seems to do the trick. Heath questions Darryl's dealing with Adam, however helpful who was in their youth, given his apparent drug dealing with Bianca, but later overhears her cheerfully recalling a gentlemanly night culminating in her skinny diving. Although openly offended by Gina's preying about John's visitors, Jett, whose punitive chores resume, assures her they include Alf nor Marilyn, with whom ...

Adam admits to Heath that he deals to Bianca but brings goons to ward off a fists threat. Adam's contacts found out that Kyke returned to his home, Melbourne. Darryl goes after him, refuses to let Casey break parole by coming but his to accept Heath, who asks Natalie to keep an eye on Bianca. Casey is furious to find out Natalie calls him yellow for accepting the break-up she inspired Sasha to, while giving up Darryl herself, yet sort of makes up with Sasha. After Marilyn makes up with John, he daringly gets Gina to agree to a lunch to talk, but each in turn has to ...

Reconciled, Romeo and Indi decide to cohabit again, but only the farm is suitable. Dex's support helps convince Sid. Dex and Indi, whom he informs, get Sid to admit his affair with married physiotherapist Liz and agree, overheard by Sid, that's a duly-dreaded dreaded recipe for disaster. Bianca wants her teaching job back, but Gina already gave the temp a contract, so it's just exam supervising. She can barely cope and is already trough her pills, so Adam gets another visit.

Romeo and Indi convince the walker clan to let him move in again and even sort of renew their wedding vows, as they never had a family wedding in Hawai, arousing some jealousy with Roo. Jamie takes Leah on a first date, proves quite charming and assures her he even prefers somewhat older ladies with offspring. Sid takes Liz on a date again, only to hear her husband remains committed to their marriage.

Happy to be home again on the Walker farm, Romeo cheerfully volunteers to chaperon Dex during beach exercises. Overprotective Sid mistakes a clever save for irresponsible rough pay, but Dex stands by his buddy too. Jamie's generosity with presents after their first date spooks off Leah, whom Liam and Roo encourage to dump the 'eager dog'.

Kyle is hiding in Melbourne, where the Braxton brothers are on his trail. Kyle's girlfriend and host Mackenzie Watson pretends he hasn't been there for weeks, but convinces him to set up a meeting. Jalie explains about his abundant present, so Leah follows Roo's advice to agree to a second date, which he hosts in his boss Adam's splendid beach villa. Liam realizes, proves and signals that Bianca is on drugs, but gets only rude abuse, extended tot Heath for asking him and Natalia to keep an eye on her.

Darryl and Heath meet Kyle, whose friend Mac initially called the police. Everyone gets away they track down Kyle, whom they convince to return to Sumer Bay, but he doesn't promise to save Casey by owing up to the kidnapping. Bianca is found out high and falling asleep at school, so Gina informally suspends her. She turns to Adam, already trough her stash, but can't even make up her mind whether to accept a home dinner. Roo's fussing about the wedding drives Alf almost as crazy as groom Harvey.

Jamie is an instant hero for VJ and Jett when he offers the rascals free rides on his cool water-scooter. Alas, when Leah finds out she scolds all and dumps 'irresponsible' Jamie. She overhears his father Adam warning him to forget about girls and concentrate on a crucial deal, for which they still lack a third man. Liam is blackmailed to volunteer blindly in exchange for ceasing pill supplies to Bianca. Marilyn is dissatisfied with her first Internet date, fat Winston Markman, yet scolds John for 'butting in' during her second, equally Newage shopkeeper Sean ...

Dex believes that his therapist mislead Sid and tries to mediate, but collapses during his beach exercises and her husband isn't finished with her. Pushed by Jett, John manages to clear the air with Marilyn, which helps preparing the ground to make Gina consider living together again.

The Walkers believe Lisa's sob-story about her domineering husband, who has locked the adulteress out and slapped her, so they take her in for a while. Casey's painstakingly rebuilt confidence is shaken when self-absorbed Sasha almost dumps her out of jealousy of Tamara, his desert peril figment. Marilyn plays along in sneaky games concerning Roo's endless wedding-fuzz.

The Braxtons have Kyle as 'guest', but he refuses to confess to the police and even gets away while Heath showers, yet decides against actually running. Jett rightly dreads a whole day of 'practicial life lessons' when John insists on repairing faulty electricity himself, but the anti-handyman is hilarious. Again encouraged by Natalie, Sasha springs on Casey, before it's even tested, that she suspects expecting his baby, then leaves before he can even grasp another complication, just now his parole peril demands all attention.

Romeo sooths both bomb-shelled Casey, whom who warns from experience against a loveless relationship solely for a baby's sake, and supposedly 'neglected' drama-queen Sasha after her premature pregnancy-notice, which indeed proves baseless when they finally get her to take a test. Jamie manages to smooth things with Leah, who pities him on account of cold father, rather boss, Adam. She feels he immediately oversteps the mark again by bringing a video game for VJ and (neglected) Jett, yet is invited for dinner, only to be told again he's too pushy.

Sid supports Romeo's initiative to consult Indy on parenting prospects, however in the future. Adam covers for Jamie when Liam questions them about the nocturnal trashing if the diner and puts both back to work at preparing a grand party in the villa, during which Liam is caught snooping. Adam promises Draryl to pay for a lawyer to help Kyle when he confesses to save Casey.

Having caught Liam snooping, Adam orders him away, hinting the deal about Bianca is off, and she refuses to leave with Liam, which doesn't surprise Heath. Dex proved himself a model patient and credit to physiotherapist Liz, who now has Sid completely on her side against her husband.

Kyle finally makes his declaration to the police, but they call him a biased, hence unreliable witness. However he confirms having seen Tamara, so Daerryl convinces the police they must find her. Sid is treated for a mild concussion and refuses to deny Liz's allegedly abusive husband Neil the advantage of the doubt concerning her suspicion that he knocked Sid down. Casey chooses to enjoy his last free time before the trial with Sasha, until Sid chases him.

Adam assures Darryl he can bridle 'troubled' son Jamie. Casey must sooth Sasha's absurd jealousy and Tamara's to make the last reconsider her refusal to testify in his favor. April makes her sister admit proper grieving is a necessary stage.

Casey's trial starts, and Tamara has left despite the subpoena. The man whose life Danny threatened thanks Casey, but the shrewd prosecutor seems able to turn everything against Casey. The accused rushes out of the courthouse in a panic attack, requiring Sid's medical help, but is determined to return the next court days. Senior Sergeant Mike Emerson sees no reason to believe Leah and Liam, who must admit several errors, over Jamie, so no police action is taken. VJ goes question Jamie on the beach, leading to a slightly scary grabbing. Overreacting, Leah pretends her ...

At Casey's trial, Kyle's brilliantly orchestrated testimony about their manipulative father and Tamara's unhoped return give the Braxton brothers hope, despite Natalie's poor performance, that acquittal for parole breaking can be expected. Even now, Sasha worries only about herself loosing Casey to jail or Tamara. Sid refuses to believe Lisa's husband Neil Flemming remains dangerous, yet panics when Indy freaks out oer an innocent house call from him. More wedding planning problems, notably Harvey's near-inexistent paranymphs party.

Jett clearly doesn't trust Palmer's reconciliation with Gina, even now he moved back in, but a sneaky recording test proves the Marilyn threat over, despite appearances. Romeo warns Indy against bold risks after the police arrests Neil, but he's released for lack of evidence. Lisa feels it's time she lifts the threat to the Walder family, but the stress already caused Dex to have another spastic seizure. Alf makes Roo realize that Harvey can't pick a best man for lack of local friends, but she calls a study mate behind his back.

Jett shows no mercy for John's home cooking. Heath refuses to consider a reconciliation with Bianca, now she swears it's over Adam, claiming he won't allow another cruelly abusive manipulator like his late father in his life. She admits to Liam to have deserved that. Dex hides the extent of his brain problems. Marilyn is delighted with her ex-date Winston Markman, whom Roo secretly asked as Harvey's best man. He arrives while the groom explains how unfit the accident-prone party animal is, but still is drawn into excessive drinking.

Dex consults specialist Dr. Ben Dawson the be tested for his possibly diabetic seizures, but insists on secrecy, so reluctant Romeo has to cover for him, which leads t clumsy, improbably lies, again when Dex is kept overnight for observation, but at least the inconclusive diagnosis is hopeful. Heath assures his brothers he's done with impossible to please Bianca, however remorseful she may now be. Anyway, Casey's upcoming verdict is the priority, so he insists on a nostalgic boys night and surfing at sunrise.

The three full Braxton brothers enjoyed male bonding and bravely face Casey's verdict. The jury clears him for murder, nit armed robbery. The Judge imposes a five year sentence, but it's 'part-time' with community service, which greatly relieves Casey. Kyle is anxious about his upcoming kidnapping and attempted murder trial. Heath shows surprising compassion and takes him to their father's grave. Despite Romeo's fear Indy at least will see trough their smoke screen, Dex insists to keep the charade on, but ends up confiding into April, who wines he 'still doesn't trust...

The full Braxton brothers can relax now Casey got a light sentence. Darryl firmly rejects Heath and Adam's suggestion to renege on their promise to help Kyle, who will now face trial for abduction and attempted murders. When Jett blames Jamie for chasing playmate VJ by courting Leah, Palmer denies Jamie entrance anywhere he can. That leaves frustrated lover feeling he got no choice but sneak in at night and check Jett's computer history for clues where Leah took VJ. Jealousy of Tamara turns Sasha hostile to Casey too.

By spying on Jett's computer, Jamie learns that buddy VJ wants to contact him, even ask help, but ignores where Leah took him and suggests to ask Liam, who ignores why Jamie hangs around during his restaurant shifts and promises Jett to help if he can. Best man Winston Markman keeps suggesting exorbitant bachelor party adventures, which Harvey steadily turns down. As nobody seems interest in any free ride, Winston finally guesses that Harvey simply has no local friends. He seems to give up, but actually abducts Harvey at night. Sid is deeply hurt by Lisa's return to ...

After Adam publicly scolds Adam, the knave returns with a head wound. Heath takes pity on him and invites him to help guard Kyle, but father and son are still in league. Palmer wants to 'protect' Jett himself but resigns to informing the police, who can't act against Jamie's unproven hacking. Harvey is not amused to be abducted to a Syndey night club for his bachelor party, but the surprise presence of his best mate Gary makes up for a lot, so he gets drunk too.

Heath stands his ground when Bianca expects another chance, firmly repeating her earlier claim that their love died with Rocco. Dex pretends he has to dump April to concentrate on his recovery. Bianca sees trough the ploy but Dex dares not make up. Winston and Gary bring Harvey home with a hangover and a cask, allegedly from a drunk bar dance fall. Aunts Morag and Celia arrive for the hens nights and commandeer the men to help out. Celia's constant picking on the groom as a gold-digger end sup undermining the couple. Roo even turns on Harvey for furiously throwing out...

Best man Winston convinces Roo to disregard the wicked Stuart aunts' incriminations against Harvey and be his bride anyway. April confided Dex's secret into Irene, who tells Sid at the wedding, resulting in father-son-scene but also a reconciliation with April. Hearing Tamara is broke, Casey arranged fro her to join the wedding waiters crew, but she steals a kiss just when jealous Sasha watches.

When Casey, already most miserable having to report for the first of a year of weekly prison periods, says he feels obliged to settle Tamara and Sasha's demand to choose between them, Darryl suggests a third option: dumping both. Heath makes Darryl doubt enough to question Adam about abusing Jamie, who grudgingly keeps up the pretense. Buddy Romeo loyally stands by Dex who, after sort of making up with worried-sick Sid, takes April to the beach and insists to bath, out of character, desperate to demonstrate some self-reliance.

Heath takes Kyle to their father's tomb to discuss similarity of life in his two part-time families. Looking for Jett's missing cellphone, Palmer sees Jamie using it and takes it as evidence, but Heath steps in to prevent a complaint against Jamie to the police, even threatens to testify that Palmer's aggression damaged his car. Jamie enjoys bonding with Heath but can't convince Adam to spare his new friend whatever is planned during their fishing trip. Romeo tries to smooth the tension between Dex and Sid, who almost turns on him.

Lazily laid-back, Heath fully enjoys the yacht fishing trip clearly more than 'captain' Jamie, whose lonely, gentle jealousy finally convinces Heath to call Bianca and admit he still loves her enough. Palmer's ranting about the cellphone-thieving Sharpes startles Darryl, who initially dismisses it as he did with Heath. Natalie however adds how Leah felt she had to run for Jamie with VJ, and Liam being blackmailed trough Bianca. Darryl now questions Adam, who admits the facts and claims in vain they both 'look after our own blood'. Darryl now breaks with him and ...
