Barry has spilt the last of the milk so the brothers buy two more pints, which a woman takes in when they leave it on her door-step. They get locked in the milk depot and chased by a swarm of insects after another milk carton gets lodged in a tree before finally returning home - to find a pint on their door-step.

Chalky White hands out money to Daily Globe readers who identify him in the street and whilst idiotic Paul pursues several people who are not Chalky, Barry meets the man himself, claims his cash prize and agrees to take over Chalky's job from him. Of course nobody has told Paul, who pursues the retired Chalky to Spain, where Barry dispenses a five pound note to a lucky Spaniard.

Discovering that their house is to be demolished to make way for a road, the Chuckle Brothers take to the streets in protest, abseiling with a banner down a garden wall and chaining themselves to the town hall railings. When they learn that a protected species bird is nesting in the vicinity Barry dresses up as the Giant Spotted Canal Barry. Can this save their home?

In order to win a prize competition the Chuckle Brothers have to compete with their Scottish cousins, Dougal and Douglas McChuckle, to be the first couple to spot the Loch Ness Monster.

When the Chuckle Brothers have their electricity cut off for not paying the bill, Paul decides to create his own source of supply by building a water-wheel using a propeller stolen from an aircraft museum. After Barry gets flung into a tree after trying to crank-start it the wheel goes berserk, causing the washing machine to flood and finally taking off down the canal path. Fortunately Barry has a Plan B - and a lemon.

Paul and Barry go to a health farm where two male instructors run the place on severe lines, ordering them about and keeping them to a carrot diet. They eventually escape in a laundry van and go into the village cafe where they see the two instructors tucking into a big meal. It is time to use a little blackmail on them to get the regime relaxed.

The Chuckle Brothers are erecting 'For Sale' signs for Dan the Van's estate agents and decide to look into one of the houses. Barry vacuums up some soot from a chimney and the suction draws in furniture from the next room through the hearths. Paul decides that the chimneys need sweeping and goes up on the roof, where he gets stuck. The chimneys are cleaned in time for the prospective buyers - or are they?

The Chuckle Brothers are running a canal-side chandlers and when No Slacking gets his barge stuck they aim to help him move it for the good publicity they hope he will give them. Unfortunately they also manage to knock him overboard in his little dinghy and end up having to tow him along in their rowing boat.

The Chuckle Brothers are in a an antique shop when they happen to see their friend Beaming Beryl's first ever jigsaw puzzle and they contact her so that she can come and get it. Unfortunately Mr. Cheeseman, the shop's owner, is rather reluctant to part with it, because he understands it to be very valuable... even if there is a missing piece.

The Chuckle Brothers are working at Berry's Fruit Farm, making sure that the pick your own customers are not eating the fruit on site. Barry innocently antagonizes one of the pickers by soaking him and inadvertently stealing his plums and then causes trouble between him and a youngster picking fruit with his mum. A chase ensues. . . involving three scarecrows dancing the Can-Can!

The Chuckle Brothers are making Granny Chuckle's Dandelion and Burdock drink but the recipe is so explosive Barry thinks it should be used as rocket fuel. Paul then has the idea to design a rocket called Apaulo 1, which he will send to the moon with Barry as a reluctant astronaut. However the rocket goes off with both brothers attached, landing in a truly desolate environment - possibly just a few miles up the road.

Barry wakes up feeling lucky, thanks to the discovery that he has a lucky number - Number Nine, which will always come through for him. He puts it to the test by going to the local bingo hall, and - lo and behold - it proves to be his lucky number time and time again - much to the annoyance of bingo caller Perry Champagne .

When their tent is blown away in a storm the Chuckle Brothers go to a hotel where, unbeknown to them, a Murder Mystery Weekend is taking place and they are mistaken for participants representing the police. As the guests and staff 'die', one by one, leaving the message, "You're Next",scrawled on a mirror, the brothers take it all very literally and, even when the 'corpses' come back to life to explain what has been happening, Paul and Barry remain clueless Chuckles.

The Chuckle Brothers are in business making desserts and Mrs. McCallister has asked them to make a blancmange, but, due to a faulty phone line, they assume she is catering for 'hundreds of thousands',rather than wanting 'hundreds and thousands' decorations on top. As a consequence they set out to make the world's biggest blancmange and it's not long before it's going to explode.

Paul and Barry are going to a costume party dressed as monks and lose their way,so they follow another man dressed as a monk - who is actually the prior of a local monastery. They stay on to help with the pumpkin harvest but fall foul of Brother Tranquility - formerly known as No Slacking - whose vow of silence is shortly about to be broken.
