Acquired through eBay. Converted to track-ready vehicle and brought to Porsche test track. Mike particularly hated the orange colour Edd chose for the racing wheels.

Body dents pulled out and holes in the front undercarriage panel patched with fiberglass, exhaust manifold replaced, a full respray, and wheels refurbished. First project to go over £10,000.

Mike is on the hunt for a British sports car that has got seat of your pants handling and brutal performance. It is also named after a bloke called "Trevor", which means it can only be the TVR S. The shape of the TVR S is unmistakable.

The TVR S Series was announced at the 1986 NEC motor show. Due to a massive positive response the car went into production in less than 12 months. This was Peter Wheeler's first major development since buying the company and the turning point in TVR's fortunes.

The Discovery was introduced into the United Kingdom in 1989. The company code-named the vehicle "Project Jay". This was the only Discovery generation with a four-cylinder petrol engine.
