Kathy calls the Vic and Tracey answers. Gavin follows Phil to where Kathy is hiding. Jane has something to tell Marcus about Lucy's death. Ronnie stands up Charlie and tosses her wedding ring. Gavin tries to fly away with Kathy.

Sharon follows Phil to the Arches, where he's hidden Kathy. Ronnie tells Charlie their marriage is over. Kathy sees her son Ben but he doesn't see her. Jane tells Marcus she'll testify for Max's defense. Lauren returns to the Square.

Max's trial begins. Lauren knows Max didn't murder Lucy and pleads with Jane to tell the truth. Mick discovers Lee lost his Army job for violent conduct. Sharon learns Phil knew about Kathy for years. Charlie discovers Ronnie slept with Vincent.

Lauren gives birth to a boy she names Louie. Charlie tells Roxy they should be together. Abi must decide whether to help Max's prosecution with her testimony. Max makes her choice easier. Lee struggles with depression.

Charlie tells Roxy they can start over in France raising Matthew and Amy. Abi regrets lying in court that Max said he killed Lucy. Lee sees a doctor for depression and can't decide whether to take an SSRI. Phil tells Kathy his help is over.

Charlie absconds with Matthew for France, not knowing Roxy has set him up on Ronnie's behalf. Lauren convinces Abi to attend Max's trial but her loyalty to him is tested. Ronnie's plan goes awry and she faces Charlie at a rail station.

Ronnie tells Dot that Charlie left town. A change of heart leads Carol to aid Marcus in Max's defense. Max breaks down on the stand over his childhood of physical abuse and shameful romantic history. Carol receives two welcome visitors.

Ronnie uses Vincent to solve her Charlie problem. Robbie is hiding something. Jane tries to save Max with false testimony about a one-night stand. Claudette wonders why Vincent changed clothes. Charlie's wallet turns up in a skip.

Jane's lie about sleeping with Max is challenged at his trial. Robbie confesses he was swindled out of £45,000 and his wife kicked him out. Masood confronts Jane about cheating on him with Max. Robbie urges Carol to leave Walford with him.

Sharon and Lauren learn Phil bribed the jury foreperson in Max's trial. Mick fumes at the sight of Dean a year to the day after Linda's rape. Lauren struggles whether to reveal to the court that Bobby killed Lucy. A verdict is reached.

Max is found guilty and does a runner from court. Sharon and Phil reconcile. Linda returns early after Nancy's epileptic seizure. Phil meets the jury foreperson. Max runs into Cora in the garden shed and she helps him evade the old bill.

Sharon and Phil's reconciliation flops. Nancy can't hide her seizures from her parents. Lauren tells Bryant who killed Lucy but he doesn't believe her. Carol gives Robbie a new Wellard, then motorbikes out of the Square for parts unknown.

The Carters put Elaine's young fiancé Jason through the wringer. Shabnam struggles with grief but helps Stacey with her pregnancy. Bobby overhears that Jane slept with Max. Ben breaks up with Paul. Jason's caught with his pants down.

Ian takes drastic measures to clear Max and save Bobby. Linda and Mick want Jason out of the Queen Vic after his romp with Babe. Les spurns Claudette. Jason offers Babe another indecent proposal. Jane finds Ian on a bridge ready to jump.

Ian thinks he sees a ghost and steps in front of a car. Linda brokers peace between Elaine and Babe. Shabnam makes a decision involving Jade, but Kush is reluctant. Linda tells Mick they should marry on New Year's. Jason gets thrown out.

Kathy tells Ian that she and Gavin faked their deaths in an insurance scam. Jay learns via phone that Lola left him for Dexter in Newcastle. Ben tells Jay that Phil caught him with Paul. Ben spirals after seeing Kathy for the first time.

Kathy pleads with Ben to give her a chance. Grieving for their son, Pam sends Les away. Roxy asks Dean to let her manage his salon. Kush resists Shabnam's effort to claim Jade. Les visits Claudette. Kathy tells Ben why Phil is missing.

Ben pays off Gavin to release Phil, but it isn't enough. Shabnam wrongly believes Dean sabotaged her bid for Jade. Tamwar surprises Nancy on her 22nd birthday. Fatboy and Donna kiss. Ben tells Kathy that he'll leave the Square with her.

Fatboy sleeps with Donna and both wonder what it means. Shabnam and Jade bond. Martin and Sonia's divorce is official. Donna and Nancy find common ground. Fatboy disappoints Donna, she seeks Claudette's comfort and sees a lot more of Les.

Donna tells Pam she saw Les at Claudette's in his underpants. Kathy asks Ian for a £50,000 loan for a flat. Sharon hires Ronnie at The Albert. Stacey slows down Shabnam's rush with Jade. Les has a third woman in his life named Christine.

Les reveals to Pam that he's a transvestite called Christine, an admission she receives with disgust. Linda can't get Elaine to go home. Kim hesitates to confront Vincent over his affair with Ronnie. Ian tells Kathy her money is coming.

Pam struggles with Les's secret. Kim tells Vincent his dalliance with Ronnie better be over. Kathy makes a visit to her café. Lee applies for a job at Deals on Wheels. Gavin makes another threat to Kathy. Ian tells Kathy who killed Lucy.

Kathy confesses to Ian that she was going to take his money, pay Gavin to free Phil and run. Vincent surprises Kim with a new house. Ian throws Kathy out. Pam tells Les she wants to meet Christine. Kathy has something to tell the old bill.

Kathy turns herself in and tells Marsden that Gavin kidnapped Phil. With Claudette's help, Les becomes Christine and meets Pam for the first time. Ben tells Ian what Gavin's done. After Paul walks in and sees Christine, Pam leaves Les.

Sharon learns about Phil's kidnapping. Paul tries to reconcile Les and Pam, to no avail. Phil's blood was found at Gavin's. Shabnam prepares a custody application for Jade as Dean tells her she'll lose. Someone knocks on Sharon's door.

Phil returns, broken and bloody. Kush's elation about his wedding to Shabnam is short-lived. Masood learns by phone his father had a heart attack. Rattled by his ordeal, Phil begs Ben for Scotch. Mick learns Ronnie badly wants Dean gone.

Ben tries to scare off Gavin. Thinking of Les, Paul tells Ben he should ignore Phil and be himself. Whitney can't slow Lee's drinking, which almost cost him a job. Kush agrees to Shabnam's rushed wedding. Martin plans to propose to Stacey.

Stacey rejects Martin before his surprise proposal on Halloween. He asks her to be his non-wife and she accepts. An exposed plug left by Lee shocks Stacey and endangers her baby. Gavin holds Kathy and Ben hostage. Sharon meets her dad.

Gavin has fled. Kathy asks Sharon if she helped him and she denies it. Today would've been Shabnam's delivery date. Stacey tells Shabnam she saw her dead father after being electrocuted. Ben seeks money for Kathy, but Phil's safe is empty.

Shabnam and Kush's wedding nears. Sharon admits she gave Phil's money to Gavin and helped him escape. Elaine tells Whitney to give Lee more freedom. Sharon calls Gavin. Stacey confesses to Shabnam that Martin isn't her baby's father.

Shabnam tells Kush that Martin isn't the father of Stacey's baby. Kush questions Stacey and learns he's the father, but she begs him to keep it secret. He resolves to tell Shabnam before their wedding, but changes his mind and marries her.

Ronnie learns Dean and Roxy are looking for homes out of London. Mick arranges a secret outing where Shirley can meet Ollie. Masood tells Tamwar that Zainab wants naught to do with her family. Nancy bristles at Elaine's dig about Islam.

Ronnie has Billy steal everything in Blades, but Dean catches on and uses it to his advantage. Because of Mick, Shirley's up a tree. Billy drunk dials Honey. Elaine thinks Mick is cheating. Kim takes a tumble. Dean asks Roxy to marry him.

The Mitchells react badly to Roxy's engagement. Elaine forces Mick to reveal he saw Shirley behind Linda's back. Lee takes a swing at Buster and they talk about his struggle with depression. Ronnie's latest scheme to drive out Dean flops.

Dean tells everyone Ronnie tried to pay him to leave Roxy and stole his salon equipment. Linda accepts that Mick wants Shirley in his life. After Will's agent in Canada drops him, Honey and Billy reunite. Tamwar explains Islam to Nancy.

Mick invites Shirley and Buster to Lee's birthday party. Billy asks Mick to warn Shirley that Ronnie wants Dean dead, but Mick doesn't. Honey wants to take things slow with Billy. Ronnie contrives a meeting with Dean and spikes his drink.

Ronnie poisons Dean's drink, but Billy warns Buster and her plan is undone. The Carters grow closer on Lee's birthday until Shirley learns Mick knew about Ronnie's plan and would've let Dean die. Honey doesn't want to live with Billy yet.

Roxy tells Dean that Ronnie killed Carl. Honey moves in with Ronnie. After locking him in a closet all night, Vincent makes amends to Fatboy. Ronnie and Roxy come to blows. Vincent urges Fatboy to drop the joking facade and just be Arthur.

Roxy tells police that Ronnie murdered Carl. Denise sees Cora steal a cardigan and brings her food. Ronnie gathers the Mitchells to make amends with Roxy, but is taken off for Carl's murder. Ronnie gets a surprise en route to the police.

Dropped off in the middle of nowhere, Ronnie is picked up by Vincent. Phil gets drunk and is caught by Sharon. Kim wants to subdivide her building. Vincent arranges for Ronnie to flee the country. Ronnie learns Vincent's secret.

Vincent tells Ronnie he's a police informant. Sharon won't give Phil the only help he'll accept - a drink. Claudette is keeping a dark secret. Ronnie is about to leave Walford until Arthur shows her Vincent's file. Denise finds out Jordan's in trouble.

Sharon locks Phil in a room to deny him alcohol. Ronnie confronts Vincent about investigating her family. After Phil injures Sharon, she tells Linda her troubles and calls Gavin. Linda's hen do is celebrated. Sharon hands Phil a bottle.

Kathy gets a suspended sentence. Shabnam tries to manipulate Jade. Babe ruffles feathers by bringing a goose to the Vic. Stacey tells Mick something that could help Dean win custody of Jade. Vincent tapes Ronnie admitting to Carl's murder.

Thin walls give Kathy an earful of Ian and Jane. Phil's drinking has Ben and Abi seeking to move out. Kim's over-the-top Christmas decorations upset Vincent. Shabnam isn't pregnant. Carmel figures out what Stacey and Kush have been hiding.

Carmel agrees not to tell Shabnam that Kush fathered Stacey's baby. Kim finds a suspicious package belonging to Vincent. Babe taunts Cora after seeing her root through the Vic's bins. Jane struggles with Bobby and tumbles down the stairs.

Vincent tells Kim his father was murdered by Phil's father, motivating his plan to plant drugs on Phil as revenge. Elaine's plan for a Christmas show are foiled by Dot, who wants a Nativity. Kathy learns Bobby pushed Jane down the stairs.

Vincent makes Ronnie get Phil's prints on an envelope. Ian struggles on Lucy's birthday, so Kathy has them both work the fruit and veg stall. Billy asks that Janet appear in the Nativity play. Bobby's quick temper begins to terrify Jane.

Kathy and Jane try a stern approach with Bobby. After Vincent plants a gun on Phil and calls police, Ronnie takes it. Billy has second thoughts after Janet wins a role in the Nativity play. Ronnie ruins Vincent's plan and threatens him.

Vincent gives Ronnie her confession. Libby visits Denise and reveals she saw Jordan. Abi hears Kathy tell Phil that Ben's worried about his sexuality. Pike tells Vincent he's no more use to police. Vincent receives a disturbing gift.

A load of grass shows up at Vincent's. Babe catches Cora stealing food, which leads to Cora telling all that Babe sold babies with Queenie. Shirley tells Denise that seeing Lucas to find Jordan is dangerous. Vincent makes an admission.

After Cora is found sleeping rough, Babe leads a protest to secure her housing from the council, which succeeds with Tamwar's aid. Claudette wants nothing to do with Vincent. Stacey fears a stalker. Linda tells Mick she can't marry him.

Stacey realizes Jean knows who's stalking her. Claudette apologizes to Vincent. Mick gathers the Carters for Linda's news. Jean produces the key. Linda won't tell everyone the wedding's off. Stacey learns her father had a second family.

Linda reveals to Mick that she has been suffering an eating disorder. Jean tells Stacey her father had a second family and more kids, one who has contacted her. Kush pleads with Stacey that they need to admit his parentage of her baby.

Jade arrives to live with Shirley and Buster. Kush tries unsuccessfully to tell Shabnam about the baby while Stacey tells Martin they must talk. Jane learns she broke a rib. Breaking a truce, Phil takes something important from Vincent.

Phil kidnaps Pearl and plays mind games with Vincent. Kush stops Stacey before she tells Martin the father of her baby. Vincent accuses Phil's father of killing his. When Phil finally reveals Pearl's location, she's safe in Honey's care.

Martin wants to name the baby Arthur. The other Arthur interrupts Vincent before he can strangle Phil. Jade gives Shabnam the cold shoulder. Mick can't kill the Christmas goose. Bobby kills Dennis's pet spider. Stacey's water breaks.

Vincent demands Arthur leave town. Carmel's baby gift to Stacey raises Shabnam's suspicions. As Stacey gives birth, Shabnam realizes that Kush fathered the infant. Someone is locked in Vincent's trunk. Ronnie gets an unexpected visitor.

Dennis tells Bobby a tragic secret. Ronnie traps the wrong person in a boot. Shabnam confronts Stacey about Kush. A drunk Phil rolls his car, ejecting Dennis. Ian covers for Phil, then admits to Bobby he killed Lucy. Phil has cirrhosis.

Vincent finds his car crushed with Arthur dead inside, then hides from Ronnie what she's done. Ian will send Bobby to boarding school. Alfie shows up to ask Kat why she left. Dean throws a gravy bowl at Roxy. Jack and Ronnie reconnect.

Jack learns from Mick that Dean's a rapist. Whitney plans to break up with Lee. Billy proposes to Honey. Alfie tells Ian and Phil he has a brain tumor. Roxy breaks up with Dean and he attacks her, but Shirley arrives in time to stop him.
