Zhora offers his neighbors to exchange their apartments, in which he wants to make a strip club, for housing in Kryzhopol. After refusals, Zhora begins to come to them at night in the guise of Death in order to kick them out of apartments.

Pyotr Semyonovich dreams of his grandmother, who reminds him of what was once predicted: he will receive half a kingdom, marry a princess and fight a dragon. The next day, Pyotr notices that the prediction is coming true.

Vasiliy arranges the headquarters of a military unit in his apartment and establishes his own strict rules there.

Petya again receives the prize and intends to spend it on equipping his laboratory. But Zina has other plans. She and her biker lover intend to dispose of the award in their own way.

Pasha, Sergey and Lenya get acquainted through the newspaper with a wealthy gay Grigoriy, in the hope that he will sponsor them. Grigoriy is seriously interested in Pasha and offers him fame and money. Pasha's dad wants to cash in on this.

Vasiliy is sent to Antarctica on the personal order of the president. Zadov doesn't want this terribly and he turns to Pyotr Semyonovich, who has found a way to clone a person. Petya clones Vasiliy, and they send a double on the mission.

Pyotr Semyonovich discovers the "formula for success" and shares it with Vasiliy. They begin to find out how others have achieved success, and repeat all the actions exactly.

Vasiliy "becomes pregnant" from an alien. Zina and Nina lock him up to receive the UNESCO prize for the first man to give birth. At first, Vasiliy refuses to give birth, but then maternal feelings suddenly awaken in him.

Vasiliy gives Pyotr Semyonovich an unusual surprise for his birthday, after which the botanist is severely beaten by his wife. And Petya decides to repay the ensign in the same way.

A three-room apartment is vacated in the house, which it was decided to give to the most needy family. Zadovs, Traktorenko and Smorkovichevs immediately enter the battle for living space.

Zina nominates herself for the post of deputy. Petya immediately informs her that he has another woman and he demands a divorce, which will simply ruin Zina's entire career.

Vasiliy's sworn enemy, Taras Pastushenko, settles in the same house with his daughter Alena. Alena doesn't even suspect that Pasha is in love with her, who is trying in every way to attract her attention.

It all starts with Pasha sitting in prison, and a voice-over tells his bitter story. It turns out that in order to impress Alena, Pasha decided to get rich and began to look for the strangest ways for this.

A reduction is planned in the military unit - one ensign officer must be fired. In this connection, Zadov and Pastushenko begin to anonymously send dirt to the battalion commander against each other.

The battalion commander lost his cap and a new deck of playing cards. Vasily volunteers to help him, using his famous deduction method.

Vasily, in a fit of rage, pulls Tanya by the ears, not suspecting that she is participating in the Best Ear of Russia competition at this time. And Zina arranges "Paid Medical Aid" at home by phone.

While Taras Pastushenko is sorting out the relationship with his Galya, Stepan and Lyusya who find themselves on the street are moved into his apartment.

New Year's for house number 13 is a real hell. Every year a special Ded Moroz comes to them for a holiday, from whose gifts one should expect only troubles.
