After the events that took place during the ball, Anacostia must now try put back the pieces of their lives while a serial killer is on a collision course with their neighborhood.

As Mia is under suspicion for murder she is also forced to keep quiet about a very important secret from Sean. Salina meets her new neighbor Ashley, who develops an unusual attachment to her.

Sean confronts Mia about concealing the truth about Julian to him. Salina sets rules for her visiting cousin Cherry. Dominique gets an unexpected visitor seeking her assistance.

Nicole and Andre continue to have marriage problems due to a woman from his past. Salina confronts Nancy about Scott. Sean has suspicions about Ashley.

Andre is forced to make a decision regarding his marriage to Nicole. Julian and Sean begin to come apart. Dominique's plans may be in jeopardy due to Nancy. Nicole's secret is exposed.

Nicoles gets an offer she can't refuse. Sean and Ashley have an unpleasant exchange with each other. Andre decides to leave town with Donatella. Dominique's plan begins to take shape.

Julian seeks advice from Scott on how to deal with Sean. Salina may be inclined to forgive Scott. Nancy and Cy plot against Dominique. Ashley makes Salina feel uncomfortable with an inappropriate gesture.

Julian and Sean drive a wedge further into their relationship. Salina now sober, begins to remember a horrible experience from her past. Dominique sabotages Nancy. Ashley unleashes her plan against Salina in a violent confrontation.

Ashley finally reveals her shocking true identity to Salina and also has plans for Sean. Mia stops Nancy from threatening Scott. Dominique reluctantly partners with Jack. Julian shares with Mia the surprise he's been hiding from Sean.

Sean exposes Ashley to Salina. Jack and Que finally come face to face with Cherry. Dominique lays a trap for Cy. Julian has a very important question to ask Sean. Salina overwhelmed with guilt, turns herself in to the police.
