A mysterious woman arrives in Anacostia. Mia worries about her health. Nicole and Andre have to address a controversy. Scott and Salina reconcile. After Sean and Julian set a date for their wedding, an unexpected visitor may put those plans in jeopardy.

Sean is forced to confront his feelings for Andrew. Mia tells everyone about her health. A concerned neighbor takes action against Nicole and Andre. Alexis gives Dominique an ultimatum while secretly siding with an enemy. Nicole begins her decent back into drugs. Someone is following Mia.

Salina begins her court ordered community service but is surprised when she discovered who owns the business. Nicole and Andre continue to drift further apart. Salina urges Sean to tell Julian the truth about Andrew. Nancy is visited by Alexis. Que and Cherry find an unlikely ally. Jennifer gets an unexpected reaction when she confronts Mia about a petition. Mia cancer test results are in.

Sean refuses to tell Julian about his meeting with Andrew which Salina feels is a mistake. Dominique devises a plan to get rid of Alexis. Mia meets a handsome new neighbor. Nancy confronts Salina and tells her that she is the reason she was released from jail. Sean gets threatened to stay away from Andrew.

Sean and Julians wedding plans are in jeopardy as they learn a protest has been started at the church. Nancy and Mia face off about Salina. Cherry shares with Que that she is reluctant to stay in Anacostia. Alexis in an effort to humble Dominique gives her a job to do. Mia and Eric have an encounter that leads to the bedroom. Sean and Julian come face to person who started the protest.

Mia shares the details of her night with Eric with her friends. Nicoles drug use gets leaked to the media. Dominique devises a plan to take care of Alexis. Andre use of a gay slur causes more problems for Nicole. Nancy tries to convince Scott that she is a changed woman. Sean is confronted by Raymond after Sean stops his efforts to have his wedding to Julian cancelled. Nicole loses control.

Salina gets harassed by her Father who molested her as a child. Madison tells Sean and Mia how miserable her life is because of how they treated her years ago. Nancy gives in to temptations of the flesh. Que and Cherry meet a new ally. Dominiques learns a secret about Alexis which could help get rid of her. In an effort to protect herself, Salina meets with a gun dealer.

During an argument, Andre tells Julian about Sean and Andrew. After overhearing how unhappy Madison is with her life with him, Raymond starts to become unhinged and creates a deadly plan for all that have wronged him. Sean shares his fears about Juilans sexuality to Mia and Salina. Salina starts to stalk her Father waiting to get him alone. Julian breaks up with Sean after finding out the truth.

Scott tires to get Julian to reconsider calling off his wedding to Sean. Nancy, Dominique and Cliff put their plan to get rid of Alexis in motion. Madison is concerned with Raymonds demeanor. Andre discovers the truth about Nicoles drug use and gives her an ultimatum. Working together, Scott and Salina bring Sean and Juilan together to talk. Cherry worried about her safety, tries to leave Que.

As protesters march outside, Sean and Julian have no idea that the real danger is yet to be revealed inside of the church. Salina's Father tries to rape her again but gets stopped by an unlikely person. Madison has a violent confrontation with Raymond. Cherry reaches a breaking point with Que and Jack. Dominique reveals her trump card to Alexis. Raymond unleashes his wrath at the wedding.
