Bluefin season in Gloucester opens and the fleet begins to make preparations for a bounce back, after last year's low prices and health problems

Pinwheel fights to stay ahead after a mechanical issue. Dot Com takes an unusual gamble and chases the bite, while the rest of the fleet battle to get ahead.

Hard Merchandise wants a win after second place last season, while Fat Tuna battles to take the top spot away from Pinwheel. Wicked Pissah, is still trying to get their first fish.

TJ must take his beloved Reba to the ER after a health setback. The fleet rallies around the Ott clan as Tim Sr., Mike and Jarrett take the boat to Chatham in an effort to find fish.

Its another attempt buy all the crews to make it to the top spot on the leader board.

While some crews are making headway, Dave and his crew are still battling the odds, with problem after problem, but with perseverance, the boat crew finally brings in a massive tuna.

Frustrations are at their height on the Wicked Pissah, leading to much speculation amongst the other crews. With half the season already over and only one fish on board the Wicked Pissah, conditions are right for a major blowout.

It is a challenging season and the two man team on the Pinwheel are pushed to their limits fighting a monster Bluefin

While some of the Captains are having their best season to date, for others their fate is in the hands of the Tuna Gods, regardless of their efforts and drive to succeed.

The father figures on Hard Merchandise and Moonshine use their years of knowledge to pass Time Flies and Dot Com.

Hot Tuna takes a risk in order to help their family business while TJ struggles with his hardest season yet.

After missing several trips on the boat with his boys due to illness, Dave returns the the Hard Merch to reclaim his position as Captain.

Finally getting back in the game, Captain Paul makes an unsuccessful solo trip, and calls in a former mate in the hopes of salvaging is season.

A storm is coming and every crew races to make good use of the time before it arrives and some may take more risks than others to achieve a catch.

Four Captains are in the running for the top spot, while some of the others are fighting just to make a paycheck.

It is getting down to the wire and there is no time to waste for any of the crews.

It is the season finale and while all the Captains fight for a final paycheck, only four boats have a chance of claiming the top position.
