Jo visits the family of NBA basketball player, Mike James and his wife, Angela, who need help with their four little girls: 8-year-old Jadon, 5-year-old Amaya, toddler Michal, and 9-month-old McKinley. Jo returns to the UK on a mission to save the Williams family from absolute mayhem. With four children under 10, life is hectic and stressful for mom Natalie and dad Martin.

Hayley and Merrill Porter have a problem their nine-year-old daughter, Maddison who throws fits like a two-year-old to get her way. These parents need Jo's help in establishing adult authority in their household.

Dr. Steve Brickley (40) and Dr. Ann Gormley (42) can't control their four children, fraternal twins Aiden and Ella (4 nearly 5) and identical twins Louis and Ciaran (2 1/2). The younger set of twins refuse to eat solid foods, the older set don't like to wear nappies and their mother take them out to walk for exercise. Can Jo help this family out?

Jo helps out Antoinette Lewis, whose husband Dwight sadly passed away of stage III gastric cancer and his dying wish was for Antoinette to carry on and be a happy mom to their 2-year-old daughter, Selah and 9-month-old son, Christian. Antoinette called for Supernanny's help the day before her husband died to learn how to raise two kids on her own. Can Jo help this grieving mother & wife with her kids?
