Jo visits the Drake family who has three kids: 4-year-old Josie and 3-year-old twins, Justin and Jared. The parents are so overprotective, they can't even take their kids out for a walk. Can Jo get these parents to lighten up?

Jo visits the Chapman family and for the first time, the oldest kids, 16-year-old Brittany and 14-year-old Moriah are calling for Supernanny's help. With parents Sara and Glenn working full time and the girls homeschooling themselves, Moriah and Brittany are also responsible for looking after their little brothers: 4-year-old twins Ethan and Cole, and 3-year-old Quinn. Because of that, the girls are falling behind in school and are physically & emotionally worn out which leads to Brittany fainting from exhaustion. The parents refuse to change their ways. Jo travels to Las Vegas to help out Teri and Brian Schumacher with their 3 kids: 14-year-old Jessica, 11-year-old Alexi, and 7-year-old Dylan. The parents work split shifts and take turns looking after the kids. Teenager Jessica treats her parents like her own personal servants, complains that their house is a dump, and has no drive to do anything. Alexi is online, chatting with older boys, and Dylan is physically & verbally aggressive with his parents & sisters. Can Jo help this family out?

Jo helps the Addis family who are grieving over the death of their live-in grandfather and need help with their 4 children: 6-year-old twins Jonah and Jonathan, 4-year-old Eden, and 2-year-old Elijah. Dad Tony is trying to fill in the role of his father-in-law while mom Leslie is juggling full-time jobs as a mom, homemaker, and home school teacher to her kids, who are disrespectful towards her. Jo helps Debbie and Joe Citrella with their four children: 7-year-old Rebecca, 6-year-old Sarah, 3-year-old Hannah, and 1-year-old Joshua who run "a three-ring-circus" around their parents.
