Jo visits the Minyon family where the house is dominated by their 3-year-old daughter, Skyler. Skyler rules the house with her tantrums and demands to get her own way. The mornings are rough because Skyler and her 7-year-old big brother, Frank have a hard time getting up in the morning. Mother Danielle fights Skyler and physically dresses Frank. While dad Frank refuses to discipline Skyler, he's tough on Frank, who feels left out because of Skyler's tantrums. Can Supernanny help this family?

Jo visits the family of Cathy and Arthur Webb. With Arthur's job as a management consultant causing him to travel from Sunday to Friday night, Cathy is left alone to take care of her 3 children: 6-year-old Josef, 5-year-old Paige, and 2-year-old Madison. With no structured schedule in the house, the kids are constantly bored. Josef plays video & computer games, and sometimes fights with his sister, Paige. Paige, who has Down's Syndrome has problems communicating verbally. Little Madison constantly clings to her mother. Bedtime is rough because the kids come in and out...

Jo meets the McMillion family. With dad Jonathan in Afghanistan, mom Cheryl is left alone to raise her three sons: 9-year-old Ryan, 7-year-old Hunter, and 3-year-old Garrett who are constantly fighting and yelling. Cheryl is at her wit's end and begs for Supernanny's help. Can Jo help this family?

Jo visits the Larmer family. Ed and Judy are having trouble with their 4 children: 4-year-old John, 2-year-old twins Jessica & Justin, and 11-month-old Joey. The kids are destructive, breaking practically everything in their house. Their grandma doesn't want the kids in their house because she fears they'll break something. Jo discovers that the main problem with the family is the parents' bickering and fighting. Can Jo help the parents solve their differences and help control their out-of-control kids?

Jo returns to the UK to help the Cooke family with their three daughters: 9-year-old Meghann, 6-year-old Gabriella, and 4-year-old Erin. Meghann rules the house with her aggressive, bossy, and disrespectful behavior. Her relationship with her mom, Denise is quite strained due to her behavior. When Jo develops the "reflection room" technique for discipline, Meghann reacts negatively to it and Jo takes the brunt of Meghann's bad behavior. Can Jo help Mom and Dad control Meghann's behavior?

Jo helps Michael and Lorraine Amaral, whose three sons: 9-year-old Ryan, 4-year-old Logan, and 2-year-old Kade are running wild in the family restaurant and even the employees are expected to watch the kids. Can Jo help the family balance work and family?

Jo helps the Facente family where parents Trae and Deirdre are having a hard time with their 3-year-old son, Tristin, who was diagnosed with autism. Tristin is in his own world: spinning, jumping, and swinging on the swing. He has also has a difficult time with communication. Deirdre and Trae's 4-year-old twin daughters, Kayla and Marlana demand their parents' attention and tend to follow Deirdre around the house all day. Former Navy SEAL Shaun and his wife, Tami are having a hard time with their twin 4-year-old daughters, Maile and Malia, who are causing them trouble and also have a hard time getting dressed. 6-year-old big sister Haeley and 1-year-old baby brother, Leighton are lost in the shuffle. Tami devotes her time cleaning and Shaun is having trouble controlling his twin daughters. Can Jo help the Keilens gain control over their household?

Jo comes back to the UK to help Laura Bradbury and Stuart Lambert with their three kids: 5-year-old Matthew, 2-year-old Tegan-Olivia, and 5-month-old baby Diesel. Matthew is physically aggressive towards his mother, often leaving her bruised and even punched her in the mouth. Stepdad Stuart tries to discipline Matthew, but Laura refuses it and the family is split with Stuart being responsible for Tegan-Olivia, and Laura trying to control Matthew's outbursts.
