Bonnie makes a new friend, Ash runs into an old friend, and a terrifying premonition begins to unfold.

As the gang continue their travels with their new Pokémon friend, "Squishy", a Quilladin appears and falls head over heels for Eevee. Meanwhile, Team Rocket set their sights on capturing Squishy.

Ash and his friends run across Nurse Joy, who is stuck in a crevice. When they help her, they discover that Nurse Joy and her Audino do not always get along. Nurse Joy hopes the Mega Stone she found will help create a deeper bond between the two.

The gang come across a Litleo arguing with a Pyroar. When they learn it is time for Litleo to become independent, they decide to watch it from afar. However, Team Rocket has other plans.

As the heroes and Team Rocket go to sleep, a Darkrai appears and casts dream spells on them. This places Pikachu and Meowth in Squishy's dreams. The two begin to see the past and future of Squishy as well as the gang's Pokémon.

The gang meet up with their ninja friend Sanpei, who invites them to his village for a festival. However, they soon get interrupted when a Ninja Army attacks and kidnaps the village's chieftain. An unexpected turn of events happens to Ash's Frogadier.

As the gang fight off the evil ninjas, help soon starts to rise when Ash's Frogadier acquires a mysterious new power.

Serena gets ready for her next showcase performance, hoping to get her third and final key along with her Eevee.

Ash, Serena, Clemont and Bonnie arrive at Terminus Cave, unaware that Team Flare are out to capture Squishy and Z2.

Ash, Serena, Clemont and Bonnie look for Squishy who fled after Team Flare tried to catch it but an encounter with a group of Toxicroak leaves Bunnelby injured.

A gust of wind sends Noibat flying into a Breloom to attacks, leaving Noibat poisoned but a Floette cures Noibat but Breloom has a crush on Floette and sees a rival in Noibat.

Serena is invited to a dance party for Pokémon performers, and there are many surprises in store.

A battle between Sawyer and Ash sees Greninja changing its form which catches the attention of a passing Alain who decides to have a battle against Ash.

Team Rocket are tasked with catching Squishy by Giovanni when they encounter Z2 who is being chased by Team Flare and attempt to catch Z2 for themselves.

Travelling across a desolate land, Ash, Serena, Clemont and Bonnie come across a Robot planting seeds in an attempt to create trees along with its protector Chesnaught but the area is lacking the water required.

Serena competes for her final princess key with Braixen, Sylveon and Pancham but a fellow competitor is taking part with her Espeon and shiny Dragonair.

Ash, Serena, Bonnie and Clemont come across an injured paramedic who tasks them with delivering medicine to a nearby town only to encounter Zapdos who is on a rampage.

Ash and his friends arrive to check out a gem exhibit only for it to be canceled when a person picks the lock and leaves without stealing anything.

The Pokémon Showcase Master Class is under way, and Serena is competing with friends and rivals galore.

Bunnelby finds a Buneary and Bonnie tells a girl to marry her brother and she gets interested in Clemont. Bonnie then tries to woo the girl away from Clemont due to her nightmares. After, Team Rocket kidnap the 2 rabbit Pokémon.

Rock guitarist Jimmy and his Pikachu, Spike, are always looking for other strong Pikachu Trainers to battle. But Ash is in bed with a fever, and when Jimmy shows up, Serena decides to disguise herself as Ash, and Pikachu plays along.

Ash and co. find a Pokémon and try to get it back with its group. Meanwhile, Team Rocket, tries to separate the ghost Pokémon from its friends because of the macaroon incident earlier.

Diantha visits Ash and battles him, but only to be interrupted by Team Rocket.

Ash battles Sawyer and loses. They both travel to Snowbelle City to challenge the 8th gym leader.

Our heroes and Sawyer arrive in Snowbelle City, and Ash is fired up to win his final badge at the freezing Gym! First up is Wulfric's Abomasnow, whose Ability causes hail to fall on the already-icy battlefield! After Hawlucha fights through it to claim the first victory, Wulfric sends out Avalugg-who slowly recovers from damage when it's hailing. It's an icy combo that proves to be very effective, as Avalugg knocks out Hawlucha and Talonflame, and even defeats Greninja after it syncs up with Ash to become "Ash-Greninja" (as Bonnie calls it). Following Ash's defeat at the Snowbelle Gym, some not-so-quiet introspection turns into some real inspiration.

Ash re-challenges Wulfric. Abomasnow evolves into its mega form and Ash wins, setting his sights on the Pokémon league.

Our heroes are visiting the wetland where Ash's friend Goodra now lives when they run into a group of Carbink with a problem-one of their Carbink friends is playing a trick on them, hiding and refusing to come out! Everyone joins the search, but the Carbink are lured into a trap and used as part of a Team Rocket robot! Feeling bad about the trouble it's caused, the mischievous Carbink teams up with Goodra to free its friends and send the villains blasting off again. The Kalos League Final continues and it is getting tense. With Alain just having Bisharp and Charizard left, Ash has the upper hand with Goodra, Pikachu and Greninja still in reserve. With Pikachu already worn out after taking out Tyranitar and Metagross, it may not last long. Who will emerge triumphant in this battle and become the Kalos League Champion?

Alan beats Satoshi and wins the Kalos League. Meanwhile, Flare-Dan prepares to move ahead with their plan of controlling Zygarde.

Fuladari and the Flare-Dan's plan for a beautiful new world has finally begun. Everyone from Satoshi to Alan is caught in the crossfire and soon Satoshi gets captured by Fuladari. Meanwhile Puni-Chan prepares to fight Z-2 in order to snap him out of the Flare-Dan's control.

Team Flare continues on changing the world and ruining Luminous city. Ash and his friends are in trouble.

As Ash and the gang are separated each one is trying to help others in different ways.

The battle to save Kalos is on, with all the gym leaders assisting in the battle but just as it looks like they have won, Lysandre returns, determined to succeed.

The Lumiose Gym has been through a lot, but everyone is working together to get it up and running again. Clembot is back, too, although Clemont hasn't been able to restore its memories. When someone arrives to challenge the Gym, Clembot experiences its first Pokémon battle all over again-and it loves every minute! Lumiose City is nearly back to normal, and Serena has an idea for a celebration. With Professor Sycamore's help, she and Shauna put on a special performance for everyone! They're soon joined by their Master Class rival Jessilee, and the show is a huge success!Serena wants to keep pursuing her performance goals, but she's not sure about her next step. With the support of Ash and her mom, she finally decides to turn down Palermo's offer so she can keep improving on her own. But Palermo has a surprising response: she suggests that Serena travel to the Hoenn region to try...

After dropping Goodra back home, the group head back to Lumiose City so Ash can return home only to be attacks by roots and Xerosic captures Clemont.

Leaving the Kalos region, Satoshi says goodbye to his friends. Also leaving is Serena, who is going to Houen to enter their Pokemon contests. Saying goodbye to Eureka and Citron, they all depart, but they may meet again someday...
