Whiny patient Casey MacAfee is revealed to be a spy from the corporation that bought the hospital -- and she quickly is promoted to hospital administrator. Meanwhile, Gina announces to her coworkers that she's pregnant, Hank proposes to her, and Jack begins lusting after Casey.

When it's discovered that the new gowns Casey ordered are flammable, Jack takes the fall. Meanwhile, Hank tries to re-propose to Gina, and Annie finds herself unable to confront Casey, who keeps politely brushing her off.

Casey installs a security camera in front of the nurse's station, Jack poses as a doctor and winds up in surgery, and Hank tries to prod Julie into revealing where Gina is staying.

Jack offers Casey a million dollars to sleep with him and Hank tries to find a way to get to San Pokeno to see Gina.

Even though Gina's father has threatened to kill him, Hank decides the best defense is a good offense and arranges to meet the family.

Wanting to fit in with her new co-workers, Casey invites the staff to a Halloween party in her home, where she shows off her snow-globe collection.

Annie becomes attracted to a patient; Jack tries to sabotage Casey's date with Harry Weston by throwing Hank's bachelor party in the same restaurant.

A group of TV doctors are on hand for a ribbon-cutting ceremony. Jack saves a choking woman, but she credits Chad Everett as the hero, further fueling Jack's hate for the actor.

Jack attempts to get a New York cheesecake and a liver for a transplant delivered to the heliport, while Hank and Gina bump into Carol Weston and Sophia Petrillo in Lamaze class.

Hank and Gina argue over their wedding when Gina goes into labor, so the hospital chaplain has to wed them.

Casey tells everyone that they got fabulous gifts for Christmas, so they go out of their way to get her something nice.

Casey accidentally maces Paco, and a disreputable attorney sees an opportunity to make a fortune by suing her and the hospital.

Jack's son visits and announces he is going to Guatemala with the Peace Corps - a decision that doesn't sit well with Jack.

An argument with their apartment manager gets the Kaplans evicted; Casey bribes Paco to spy on Jack.

Jack and Paco sneak off to Bassau on Jack's jet, only to be hijacked by a disgruntled employee; Casey loses a contact lens but is too vain to wear her glasses.

When Jack finally stops asking Casey out, she can't stand the rejection and reluctantly sets out to seduce him.

Casey gets auctioned off for at a charity auction, and gets a $40,000 date - with Jack.

Tired of being stuck in an orderly's position, Jack demands that he be transferred to another position.

Jack tries to pass Paco off as a business partner to impress a Cuban businessman, but the man's wife ruins everything when she makes a pass at Paco.

A student nurse decides she wants to emulate Casey; a hypochondriac can't accept turning 40; a man has a throat operation because he sounds like Jack Nicholson; Jack and Paco fight; Julie loses a patient.

Jack's offer to "take care of" a corporate hatchet man is misunderstood when the man turns up dead.

Casey quits to take a new job, only to realize that her new boss hired her only for her looks.
