Piet and Cath have a cold, Erik tries to get into flattery with Edward, a big advertising coupon, and Fred tries to sell lottery tickets for the tombola of his retirement home.

Erik tries in vain to watch his videotape about the Beatles story while Cath worries about Arnoudje's behavioral problem and Connie has fallen in love with her therapist Onno.

Cath tries to roll up a crime syndicate house while Erik becomes sickly jealous of a police officer who has a crush on Cath.

Erik is struggling with chronic headaches, but does not know what causes it.

Cath and Erik get new neighbors whose father also lives with them.

Cath and Erik are going to have a family day with Mrs. De Vries and Fred complains about a friend of his in the retirement home who suffers from incontinence.

Erik hires a young female intern who is very interested in Fred.

Cath tries to join a poetry club while Piet falls in love with a friend of Hella's.

Erik surprises Cath by inviting her family to her birthday, much to Cath's dismay.

Cath and Piet argue who is going to Las Vegas with Erik and gradually comes a look back at the first time that Piet with his wife Annie visited Erik and Cath.
