Four chefs arrive in Flavortown ready to prove that traditionally unhealthy dishes can be made healthier and even more delicious. To start the New Year off right, Guy Fieri asks them to make a burger and fries without using any of the traditional burger ingredients. Then the chefs are challenged to make healthy lasagna with a weight limit on their ingredients, and they get a strict budget for making a fried chicken dinner. One chef will stick with their resolutions, take down the rest of the competition and win a shopping spree worth up to $20,000.

Guy Fieri's worlds collide as 18 chefs from Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives and Guy's Grocery Games who have won GGG on their own combine forces to create nine Super Teams. Guy spins wheels that represent his two worlds in every round, so a spin of the DDD Wheel determines which classic diner dish the competitors have to make while a spin of the GGG Wheel determines which game they have to play while making it. The team left standing after two challenges wins $10,000 and a spot in the finale, where they get a shot at $30,000 plus the dual team trophies.

Guy Fieri's two worlds continue to collide as six more chefs from Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives and Guy's Grocery Games chefs pair up to create talented Super Teams. Guy brings back his DDD Dish Wheel and GGG Game Wheel, plus a never-before-seen "Wheel-y" Small Wheel to give these duos a real run for their money. The team left standing wins $10,000 and a return trip to Flavortown for the chance to win another $30,000 as the Super Team Champs.

In the final inning, Guy has the two remaining teams step up for a little batting practice to pick out key ingredients for their gourmet ballpark food. Ultimately, one team will knock it out of Flavortown Park and earn a whopping $20,000 for charity.

In the end, one chef will make the right choice and take home up to $20,000.

First, the teams divide and shop their respective side of the store to make a sweet and savory best seller. Then, a massive cake pyramid determines the parameters the teams must meet to make their perfect pairing. In the end, one team will create both a sweet and savory dish worthy of a $20,000 shopping spree.

Guy Fieri invites his favorite burger chefs from Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives to compete in Flavortown and grill, baby, grill. First, Guy has the chefs shop for ingredients in their signature burger and loaded fries combo using only tongs and a grill lid. Then, he makes it a party with a Flavortown version of musical chairs that determines the featured ingredients in their out-of-the-box burger and over-the-top sides. Guy Fieri honors America's men and women in uniform by inviting four military vets with a culinary second-calling to play his GGG games. They join forces with the Messlords, a group of DDD chefs who travel the world cooking for the troops. First, Guy has the Messlord-veteran teams run through a Flavortown obstacle course while shopping for their American comfort classic. Then, the Messlord must carry their team's rucksack while shopping double-time for a victory dinner. The dessert dynamo who concocts the best confections will cake-walk their way through the aisles for a $20,000 shopping spree.

In Flavortown, competing chefs usually have free reign of the entire market, but Guy Fieri's changing the rules and allowing the competitors to shop each aisle only once. To make it even tougher, he's throwing them an additional game in every round. When the time runs out, one chef will be standing above the rest and get to shop Flavortown Market for up to $20,000.

Then, they must deliver personal pizzas without any of the conventional ingredients -- not even pizza dough.
