Lynn is hesitant regarding Jennifer's marriage plans; however, due to Jennifer's fragile state of mind, agrees anyway. Meanwhile, Toni and Todd continue to struggle with their marriage.

Although initially reluctant, Todd is forced to take drastic action when Toni shows she's not ready to be a mother.

Joan persuaded Toni to start breastfeeding Morgan to prevent Todd from winning full custody; meanwhile Darnell and Maya work on their marriage.
