William decides Joan may still have feelings for her former fiancé, Brock, when she fails to introduce him as her current boyfriend.

During a house-showing, Toni's client, her wealthy handsome ex, seals the deal with a kiss. Toni's estranged husband, Todd hits pause on their divorce, after learning she's moved on.

Joan and William's long-awaited night of passion starts off with a series of awkward events and ends with a bittersweet realization. Toni, Lynn and Maya swap secrets over a Valentine's Day dinner.

Maya's ex-husband, Darnell, shows up at her book signing, and she thinks it's a sign he wants her back. Despite an amicable break-up, Joan and William can't find their way back to friendship.

As J-Spot's grand-opening nears, everything goes wrong; A famous Queen of Comedy does not find Maya, Toni or Lynn's antics amusing; William's new pretty, quirky friend reminds Joan of "someone".

Lynn unintentionally steals the spotlight and her brother's dream of joining a band.

Darnell and his fiancée Lena's happiness makes Jabari unhappy and rebellious. William says he's over Joan, but Toni and Lynn don't buy it.

Lynn questions what to do about her feelings, after falling for her womanizing bandmate, Finn.

Toni learns her Mom's visit is less about her, and more about an old flame. William and Joan panic and brainstorm when J-Spot fails to attract customers.

An inebriated Darnell tells Maya he still loves her; meanwhile, Lynn agrees to an open relationship with Finn, as Joan and William restore their friendship.

After Darnell gets drunk and tells Maya that he loves her, she tries to break up his wedding. Toni goes into labor. Lynn tells Finn how she feels about him and quits the band.
