Ruth's psychosis and belief that she is Michelle almost ends in tragedy with the near death of a patient. Michelle discovers the truth about Ruth's relationship with her half brother Adam, and Melody is forced into having her sectioned under section 4 of the mental health act.

Ruth's condition gets worse as she is questioned by the doctors at the Beeches House Mental Heath Unit, and spends her first night there. Adam and Michelle try to come to terms with Ruth's deception, and Melody feels guilty over her decision to have Ruth committed.

Melody and the rest of the staff try and get their heads around the sectioning of Ruth, and wonder how they all missed the signs. Karen goes to a funeral.

Archie meets a hot girl at a climbing wall. Julia goes to visit Ruth, but chickens out at the last minute. Jimmi visits Michelle, who's ill at home, and discovers she's with Adam.

Michelle cries a lot when Adam decides to leave her. Their kissing isn't healthy for a brother and sister.

Lily and a boiler man are held hostage by a stressed out patient. A new practice nurse, Cherry Malone starts at the Mill.

Ruth's treatment at The Beeches continues slowly, where she is plagued by nightmares and hallucinations of herself, her dead twin sister Vicky, and Michelle. Melody tries, and fails to see her, so Julia finally goes and is shocked by how she finds Ruth.

Ruth tries to put her feelings down in the form of a letter. Daniel helps an old friend who is in a messy relationship.

Michelle receives a letter from Ruth which upsets her a lot.

Ruth starts her group therapy sessions at the Beeches, and talks about the still birth of her twin sister.

Melody has to deal with her mum, when she turns up to help with the gardening.

Ruth and Smithy keep getting closer. Karen's new health kick gets her in trouble. Cherry tries to get a teen and his dad back together.

Jimmi goes looking for women at an art gallery, but ends up getting picked up himself and involved in art theft. Ruth gets closer to Smithy, but her day is rocked when she gets a visit from Heston.

Melody has to diagnose Ben Flynn,a charming but arrogant lecturer who thinks he knows it all to face up to his situation. Ruth and Smithy develop their relationship though a run-in with Trudy threatens to derail it whilst Michelle and Archie continue to have a difference of opinion.

Melody and Archie deal with a fresher who claims to have been date raped. Ruth tries to contact Michelle, but speaks to Lily instead, who decides to visit her at the Beeches. Michelle continues to have a go a Archie over Ruth.

Julia gets into a strange situation with an old patient. It makes her think a lot.

Karen's new diet causes her to emit strange aromas. Julia visits Ruth and coaxes her to try and find her dad.

An actress friend of Hestons arrives at the surgery with a case of nits, and traces the cause to a wig used at the local repertory society. Michelle and Archie continue to argue over Ruth.

Archie visits Ruth, and tells her he is saying goodbye. He's going to Tanzania to work in a new clinic. Because of being horrible, Michelle is the last to know.

Michelle tries to come to terms with having driven Archie away. Karen uses her contacts with the police to track down Ruth's dad for Julia. He visits Ruth in hospital.

Smithy's parents visit him at the hospital, which causes Ruth to realize the extent of his problems. Ruth goes home, and her dad moves in to stay with her for a while, though all is not easy.

Daniel gets a shock when Cherry turns down his advances, and Ruth gets a shock when her dad says he'll be leaving her tomorrow.

Ruth struggles to fight the terror rising within when she is left on her own after her dad leaves her. Lily has to fix things when she puts a dent in Heston's ego.

Melody helps a student who she almost runs over, who has a family secret. Julia and Lily are worried when they can't get hold of Ruth, but are even more shocked when they go round and find her crying in the cupboard. Julia decides to let Ruth move in with her. Cherry tries to cheer Michelle up.

Heston has a stressful day helping a friend, and ends up in hospital.

Julia works to convince a stressed Ruth that she is welcome to stay with her, and tells her that her job is safe. A stressful day forces Jimmi to admit his OCD to Karen, and she promises to help him beat it.

Karen, Cherry and Julia go clubbing together, and bump into Jimmi and Michelle. Karen, Cherry and Jimmi get involved in saving a young Polish girl, Maria, from a bent copper. Michelle is left reeling when she hears that Julia has given Ruth a place to stay.

A recently bereaved man turns to Jimmi for advice when loneliness threatens to overwhelm him, while Karen and Julia try to make Jimmi confront his OCD issues by suggesting he goes to an aversion therapy course.

A naive student turns to Cherry for relationship advice after having spent the night with another girl after a party. Ruth tries to settle into life at Julia's, but it's not easy for her. Cherry's attempt to offer Michelle some light relief goes awry.

A new trainee doctor, Simon Bond starts at the Mill, and he and Heston face a race against time when they stumble upon victims of a car crash. Cherry attempts to reconcile Julia and Michelle, but is shocked when the true extent of Michelle's unhappiness is revealed.

Karen takes Jimmi to the Total Immersion Therapy day, where she pretends to be afraid of spiders, and Jimmi has to eat off a toilet seat. Lily treats an old man who is being drugged by his exhausted daughter.

A lawyer's strange behavior on his return from an overseas assignment leads his wife to suspect an affair, so she begs a reluctant Daniel to help her find the truth. A terrified Ruth makes her first trip to the shops alone, whilst Michelle threatens to leave if Ruth returns to work.

Michelle tries to help a young student out of a potentially fatal friendship, when she gets involved in dangerous slimming websites. Ruth helps with Julia's garden, whilst Julia and the partners decide that she needs to be assessed before she does. Melody gets the task, much to Michelle's annoyance.

Dr Simon Bond starts his first day with patients, under Heston's wing. Lily goes round to visit Ruth, and bond over a barbecue.

A grieving woman who's husband hasn't spoken to her since the death of their daughter, needs Heston's help to face reality. Melody struggles with her assessment of Ruth, and trying to keep everyone happy. Cherry tries to help Simon with his bedside manner.

Jimmi gets involved with old friends, one of whom is writing on a social website. Heston lets his temper get the better of him when he violently disagrees with Melody's assessment of Ruth, as do most others.

Heston takes a second opinion over whether Ruth is suitable for work or not. A fed up Michelle goes for a job interview at a state-of-the-art surgery. Heston and Lily have a major falling out over his attitude towards Ruth. A young man goes to Daniel wanting to know all about the 'facts of life'.

Karen gets involved with a young man just out of prison, after she nearly runs him over. Julia tries to calm an almost psychotic Michelle about Ruth's imminent return to work. Jimmi thinks his OCD is returning.

Melody dreams she's in 'Alice in Wonderland', but her day is just as farcical when she has to cover at the Campus surgery on her own, with a sick receptionist, and a female student who comes in to see her with the ailment of 'having two boyfriends'. Julia's also on the warpath. Jimmi gets locked in a cupboard.

Julia tries to help her failed romance writer friend in the art of love. Ruth reveals to Julia that she has decided not to return to the Mill, and has a nice new haircut. Simon has another bad day, but is offered advice from Melody on how to deal with Heston.

Ruth has her first day back at the Mill, and is very nervous, especially about bumping into Michelle. Michelle is at the Campus surgery and becomes involved with a student trying to overcome his loneliness. Cherry and Simon go out.

Cherry goes to visit an old friend who has married an older man. Melody has a job offer from a posh new clinic, and seeks Jimmi's advice. Michelle is really vile to her. The partners interview for a new GP, and tend to go for a woman with fancy red shoes, called 'Zara'.

Heston sees both mistress and wife of a music professor. Cherry tries to get Simon to make a move on her, especially after he shows her his big telescope.

Before her night shift, Melody finds herself getting involved with a pregnant woman who's worried about her baby, an involvement that leads to a baby farm, and trouble. Melody's exam results arrive, but she is too nervous to look at them. Daniel has a flirtation with an older woman. Melody meets and falls for French Dr Etienne.

Melody spends all night helping Kim give birth. She is almost killed by the bad guys, by being crushed in a car crushing machine, but escapes with one bound just in the nick of time. Kim calls her baby 'Melody', our Melody passes her exams, accepts her new job offer, and falls in love with sexy French Dr Etienne. And she gets stuck in the toilet! Everyone else is sad, as lovely Melody leaves the Mill for the last time. Even sexier Dr Zara arrives at the Mill, complete with early menopause.

Zara is given a troublesome, noisy family to deal with on her first day at the Mill. Zara and Daniel's flirtation gets interrupted when Daniel hears some bad news regarding a patient.

Jimmi helps a mum who's son thinks he's a chicken! Daniel's unexpected windfall lands him in trouble with the old lady's family. Zara and Michelle come head to head.

A patient discovers his room mate is not what he seems. He is helped in his escalating mental illness by Ruth. Daniel continues to try and impress Zara, but continues to come second best.

Julia helps a student get the girl of his dreams, after she buys a broach he's been saving for. Michelle bumps into an old friend of hers, who's now a weather girl on Letherbridge telly and discovers she has big secrets.

Heston helps a violent single father track down the man who's seeing his daughter. Zara allows Daniel to sleep with him, once.

Daniel deals with a lonely teenager who has a crush on him. He also has to deal with Malcolm Lambert who is trying to discredit him to get his mother's inheritance money back. Zara refuses to acknowledge the sleeping together thing, and he also tries to get Ruth the sack. She is haunted by a dream where she's really her dead twin sister, Vicky, and Ruth is still in hospital.

Karen helps an old colleague, who has fallen on hard times, who now sleeps in her car. 'Playboy Doc' Daniel makes the headlines of the local paper. Heston tries to convince Lily to let him move in.

The doctors at the Mill are on best behavior when word comes to them that the PCT are sending a 'Mystery Patient" to check up on them. Heston's invasion of Lily's personal space pushes her into making a decision.

Jimmi has a shock when he gets called to a patient's confirmation of death. Julia worries about Ruth, who seems to be struggling with work. Daniel discovers about Simon being gay, then the power goes off.

Lily is called to the home of a wealthy local businessman where a severed hand has just been found in the garden. Cherry's plans to cheer up Michelle by suggesting the gang meet for a drink are spoiled when Zara invites herself along.

Cherry covers for Michelle, who has a hangover and is not in work. Zara's patient reckons that her brother has replaced his wife with a shop mannequin.

Things get a bit frosty between Michelle and Ruth when they bump into each other in the Icon Bar. Heston discovers that a patient of his has a body in the trunk of his car.

An old "friend" of Simon's asks him for help when his mother returns from holiday with a Turkish toy-boy in tow. Michelle's frustrations boil over after a drunken night.

Cherry attends a funeral with her friend Louise, but discovers a family secret. Jimmi discovers Michelle at the police station.

Daniel helps a young pregnant woman is HIV positive. Michelle tries to best to work with Ruth.

Michelle gets involved with a law student who has made contact with her estranged mother. Michelle is concerned how this will affect the girl's depression. Jimmi has an interview at the local radio station.

Karen helps a computer game obsessed boy to win a battle against his school bully. Michelle suspects Ruth is getting obsessed with someone again, this time with Zara. Zara is concerned about her early menopause. Simon offers Jimmi some advice about his new radio career.

Jimmi's first day as a radio doctor involves him rushing off to save a teenage boy who has taken an overdose. Michelle continues to be wound up by Ruth, but doesn't help matters when she calls Ruth a dangerous idiot.

Heston has a posh soirée to go to, so takes dancing lessons to try and impress Lily. His dance partner proves to be pregnant though, with troubling consequences. Lily and Julia go dress shopping. Michelle gives Ruth an ultimatum, get another job...

Julia almost knocks down a tramp, bangs her head, and wakes up with their lives swapped. A pivotal moment in their past lives is revealed as it turns out they were once friends.

A young girl thinks there's a vampire living next door. Vera Pym is a writer, and Lily is a fan. Julia has to reprimand a more out of control Michelle, who gets very drunk and tries to chat up Daniel, who for once, doesn't want to know.

Lily and Karen's husband Rob deal with a case of domestic violence. while Michelle is late for work due to her drunken binge the night before, and feels like death.

Daniel discovers an old man, Charlie, wandering the street, holding a doll, and with blood on his shirt. Jimmi tries to impress his radio producer. Rob and Karen try to have a romantic day off.

Cherry and a friend go to a restaurant, but she ends up helping the chef, who has some secrets. Ruth finds herself being a confidante to Zara. Rob and Karen do some DIY.

A medium comes to see Simon, and discovers something new about her past. Ruth overhears Zara have a go at a menopausal patient. Rob and Karen's DIY plans take a turn for the worse.

Sexy Zara is totally incorrectly dressed for her visit to the MacGyvers in their muddy trailer park, spoils her posh shoes and gets sprayed with water by the horrible kids. Cerys asks Jimmi out on a date, and they kiss.

Ruth deals with a family who are self-medicating. Rob wants to join the Armed Response Unit, and Karen is not at all happy. Jimmi loves being teased by Cerys.

Michelle finds it difficult to stay sober on her return to work. Heston finds himself looking after the world's oldest escapeologist, after he puts on a dodgy final show.

It's Rob's and Karen's wedding anniversary, but work threatens to interrupt when Rob gets involved with a raid on an elderly couple. Cerys buys Jimmi a fancy shirt.

An old lady is discovered sitting on the roof of the Mill Health Centre, demanding an apology from Karen, only Karen has no idea why. Daniel helps a confused, grieving man.

Simon helps an old friend whose partner has left him for a woman. Julia offers Imogen some work experience at the Mill, despite her new piercing. Cherry thinks she sees Michelle drinking vodka at work.

Michelle is caught in the middle of a warring divorced couple, one who owns a smoothie van, one a burger van. Cherry gets more concerned at Michelle's behavior.

Julia is impressed by Immie's hard work. Zara has a lunchtime appointment and a new man vies with Heston for Lily's attention. Julia has a PCT meeting.

Elijah's beloved wife dies. Michelle wakes up in another man's bed. She almost misses Elijah's cries for help due to her drunken flashes to the night before. Heston makes a wild jealous assumption about Lily and Simon.

Zara thinks the past may have come back to haunt Mrs Langley, who thinks strange people have moved in at the top of the stairs. A distracted Michelle makes a terrible mistake at work. What will Cherry do when Michelle blames her?

Rob has to work with Gina, a "white witch" whose help he needs to solve a crime. Simon comforts Cherry, who tells Julia the truth about Michelle. Michelle has been lying her socks off though, and Cherry gets blamed for lying. A jealous Heston follow's Lily one night and discovers she's learning to dance. Michelle gets drunk.

Simon uncovers sinister goings-on after running over a dog. Simon is also worried about Cherry, who has been suspended. Michelle fails to turn up for work, sleeps and drinks all day, then phones Jimmi's radio helpline show.

Michelle wakes up in hospital after being knocked down by Jimmi. When released Jimmi gets Ruth and Michelle together under false pretenses and they have it out with each other.

An old friend of Karen's is very hyper, takes drugs, and believes her son is gay. She has a few shocks in store. A tearful Cherry returns to work and faces a guilt-ridden Michelle.

A young boy receives a book from a bleeding homeless woman called Jinx, who ends up at the police station where she refuses Jimmi's offer of medical help. She follows the boy home. Heston and Simon have a big chat about mental health issues, upsetting Ruth along the way.

Jinx is determined to see Gabriel, despite her deteriorating health. Una is convinced that Jinx wants to snatch Gabriel. Then the truth comes out. Jack's exam results arrive and ruin what could've been a good party. Michelle moves back home.

Zara deals with a woman who wants a termination, and tries to get to the bottom of why. Jack is still dejected over his exam results. Heston tries to convince Ruth she should go on a course on how to deal with people better.

A bride-to-be gets suspicious of her fiancé when he starts having lots of honeymoon vaccinations with Cherry. Jack's university interview ends up as a road trip nightmare, when his whole family go with him. Zara's having a bad day.

Lily is surprised when she discovers a stalker on campus. Ruth starts her assertiveness course, unfortunately accompanied by Heston who discovers he has a lot to learn. Daniel tests out a new cologne much to Zara and Simon's amusement.

Michelle's clown hiring activities go horribly wrong. Ruth finally finds it in her to be assertive, after telling the group all about her mental health issues, but upsets Heston in the process. Daniel continues his wasted flirting with Zara.

Heston loses faith in both himself and the medical profession when a patient of his dies. Immie's parents forget about her exam results, but Cherry comes to her rescue. Ruth puts her training to good use, and bonds with Heston in the process.

Harriet turns to Karen when she has to choose between her mother and going to Oxford University. Karen also tries to make up to Immie, so Rob suggests they go camping. Julia has a depressing day when she receives two bit of bad news.

Daniel fails to get on Julia's good side when she catches him behind her desk. Rob gets involved when a married woman falsely blames the window cleaner for stealing. Cherry tries to get Simon's love life started by setting him up with another man.

Simon gets his car stolen during a street hit and run, but tracks the thief down. Daniel takes a meeting with Belinda Hawkins, much to Julia's anger.

Two young sisters cause trouble for Cherry when they steal a friend's present, whilst Simon's plans with Todd are ruined when his parents turn up. Daniel tries to bond with Julia. Mrs Cropley turns up at the Mill, and promptly dies.

A brother comforts his sister when her husband dies. Lily thinks something's afoot. Simon's parents visit him at work, and his father drops a bombshell. Julia goes on a date with Daniel.

Julia's possible meal date with the attractive computer guy might get disrupted by Buster the drunk tramp. What should she do. She tosses a coin.

While helping a wheelchair bound old lady who has had her purse stolen, Michelle also has hers taken. Then the ATM eats her card, and one thing leads to another. Simon's mum invites Todd out for lunch with the family. Immie tells her parents that she wants to do art at university.

Zara and an elderly patient get taken hostage by a young thug with a knife. Simon struggles to look after his tearful, drunken mum, but is lucky that Cherry can lend a hand. Ruth forgets to take her medication.

Cherry's friend Melanie discovers that her recently deceased dad had been seeing a semi-retired prostitute, and that they had become quite close. Heston and Lily try to help a confused Ruth. Simon and his mother come to terms with the fact that he knew about his dad's plans to leave her.

Elderly patient Amy has been burgled for the fourth time, but when Daniel gets involved he discovers that all is not quite right, oh and she fancies him! Zara visits Sue and gives her some no nonsense advice, much to Simon's horror. A dark, handsome patient with a penchant for dancing, visits Lily.

One of Michelle's patients, a student, tells her that she may have been raped. Her drink may have been spiked, so Michelle goes to the Students Union to find out more. Zara helps Sue to track down her husband to give him a piece of her mind, and find him on the golf course.

A man arrested for possessing indecent images of children is talked into hanging himself by one of the cops on duty. Karen tries on a rubber outfit to try and spice up her marriage, much to Zara's amusement. A devious Michelle gets Jimmi his radio job back, but doesn't tell him.

Lily gets excited when treating an archeology student who's about to go on a dig. The student changes her mind though, when her boyfriend tells her he's got cancer. Jimmi tries to drop out of singing at Julia's friends golden wedding anniversary, as he has a very bad cough.

Heston, Zara and Jack are kidnapped by some enthusiastic student activists. Zara and Jack find themselves locked up together, and one thing leads to several others. Lucky Jack. Michelle tries to convince Jimmi to take up the job offer she managed to get him from the radio station.

It's the final night in a dinner party competition with friends, and Julia is very excited at the prospect of winning. It's a shame things go awry then. Jack tries to coolly move on from the Zara thing. If it wasn't for the fact that Zara keeps kissing him.

Rob breaks down a house door to discover a young boy has stabbed a man inside. Lily gives a hand, but with terrible consequences. Zara has the chance of a free holiday to Africa with a hot married man. Karen finds a pair of woman's sexy red knickers in Jack's room.

Lily feels guilty after the shooting, and struggles to keep it together the next day. So does Rob, especially after Karen has a go at him. Ruth tidies up a young girl's hair, but gets told off for her troubles.

Harry, a promising student about to go to university, goes to Daniel for a day's work experience. Daniel takes him out driving in a posh car they've taken for a test drive. Harry's girlfriend announces she's pregnant, but the day ends even worse when Harry has an accident on his bike.

Michelle tries to help a girl cope with her anxiety of believing that the world will end at 3pm. Jimmi is amazed by the response he gets from listeners on his first show back at Letherbridge Radio, but he has a new producer. Heston leaves Lily clues to a trophy, so she ropes in Daniel and Ruth to help her solve them.

Rob meets up with a man who says he gets messages from car number plates. Karen goes to see Jack at university, much to Jack's horror. Karen struggles with her emotions after Jack's departure to university, while Daniel and Jimmi see a gorgeous girl, Chloe, at the Icon Bar, and end up competing for her affections.

A woman suffering from insomnia, and noisy neighbors, goes to see Jimmi. Daniel goes on a date with Chloe, but gets a surprise when she mentions his love handles and tries to get him to have plastic surgery. Heston tells Lily that he doesn't want children. Lily though, does.

Julia and Karen spot the infamous 'Letherbridge Black Widow' in reception. Heston sees her third husband, who's not looking too well. A suntanned Simon and Cherry return from their week's holiday with Simon's mother, only their car breaks down. Daniel gets a nasty rash from trying an anti-aging cream.

Lily deals with a flu bound teenager, whom she wants to take it easy due to his chemotherapy. But it's his birthday. Michelle disobeys Daniel when she tries to go out in heels. Simon and Cherry end up at a gay club, where Cherry meets a hot bloke!

Billy's recently discovered long-lost brother moves in, with terrible consequences. Heston organizes a French theme day at work. Cherry and her new man go out on a date. Heston has a shock when a woman from his past turns up.

Jimmi goes to a funeral, and bumps into a tramp who says he knows the deceased. Heston's ex-wife turns up at his house, much to his and Lily's surprise.

Rob gets called to a house, only to confront a disturbed teenager brandishing a bottle. Cherry has a date with Scott, so tries to learn up about wine. He takes her to the cemetery though. Lily and Heston try to deal with the fact that he has a son.

Ben ends up back in 'The Beeches'. Ruth goes there for a check up. The two collide. Heston learns that his ex-wife is ill.

Hot Zara returns from a sexual indiscretion with a married 'Afrikana Hunk', and is called out to a house call at a farm in the middle of nowhere. Trouble is afoot though.

A newborn baby puts a strain on two of Julia's friends. Ruth meets Scott, and Cherry spends the evening with him and Simon. Heston has a heart to heart with Lily, and tells her that Jerry is Steven's father, and his ex-wife is dying.

Daniel seeks the help of an ex con. Christine is rude to Ruth, and then dumps a big shock on Heston.

Daniel has a not-so-good revelation about Scott, and just after Scott and Cherry have slept together! Lily deals with a troubled, truant of a teenager. Heston and Lily try to come to terms with Christine's request.

Daniel suggests to Julia that they start a botox clinic, so they go to check one out. Simon has to deal with a young boy, who while recovering from glandular fever takes a fancy to the 'Manny' of the house. Heston spends some time with Steven. Scott asks Cherry to move in with him.

Cherry deals with an old romantic and a love triangle. Both she and Heston have big decisions to make.

Cherry surprises Scott when she moves in at 8am, not pm. Michelle deals with a traveling student and her runaway parents.

Daniel helps a vicar who finds his year old son with tears of blood. His wife thinks it's a holy sign.

Things start going missing in the surgery, and Karen discovers an old patient of Jimmi's might be the culprit. Heston and Lily spend the day with Steven.

Simon has concerns about Scott, but will he tell Cherry? Two of Jimmi's female patients form a bond. One is pregnant, the other's a lesbian who can't have children. Heston and Steven go to visit Christine in hospital.

Flo is obsessed with Simon, and wants to marry him. Only she lives on a farm and has a gun, so it's not going to end well. Especially when she sees him with Cherry.

Lily gets annoyed when Heston tells him about Steven coming to stay with them when his ex wife dies. A wheelchair bound old lady crime fighter gives Rob a big tip-off. Simon and Michelle tell Cherry that they think Scott is not all he seems.

Zara has a busy day. First she has to deal with Jack's charm offensive and his ingrowing toenail. Then she deals with a young girl who's water breaks in the toilet. Only she didn't know she was pregnant, and her mum's a pain. Then Jack gets all serious.

Simon tries to help a young boy understand his mum and her new boyfriend. Heston reassures Christine that he will be there for Steven, on the day of her operation. Daniel tries to convince the others that his Botox clinic is a good idea.

A young student takes on her brother's pizza delivery, only it all goes awry in a rather dodgy way. Michelle to the rescue. Daniel has to convince Lily about his Botex clinic. Christine wakes from her operation, but it's not all good.

Julia is shocked when a woman who has chlamydia, turns up at her friend's husbands funeral. Heston starts to have doubts that Christine may have been using him all along.

Cherry returns from her French break with Scott, and keeps going on about it. Ruth tries to help a pregnant student who is victim to a domineering boyfriend. Lucky Jack has a secret liaison with Zara.

Cherry, Michelle and Simon dress up and go to a Halloween party at 'Bubble Gum'. Scott, who is there, has a strop though. For a bet, Jack tries to convince his prat of a friend that he's 'bagged' a doctor. Only Zara wants nothing to do with it.

Jack tells his parents about him losing his term's money on a bet. Simon ruins a racist's day - a party member of the British Pride Party. Jimmi gets a 'Golden Microphone' nomination for his radio show. Scott saves Cherry from a mugging, or did he plan it all?

Rob helps a guy who he finds beaten up. Simon goes round to visit Cherry. Daniel gets involved with a couple of brothers.

Jimmi's patient is stuck in the past, and thinks it's the time of the Suez Canal Crisis. An elderly art teacher gets her revenge on an obnoxious art critic, with Michelle's help.

Lily returns back from holiday early, but has a strop when Julia puts some appointments in for her. Zara gets involved with a man, his baby and his apathetic wife, who might be post natal. Then another woman turns up, about to give birth.

A doppelganger of Simon is wandering around Letherbridge, pretending to be Simon. Cherry meets Scott's dodgy business colleagues. Julia has it in for Zara, but all Zara wants in some testosterone. She then breaks down on Ruth.

A coughing, old crook with a name for himself, coaxes Lily to allow him to visit an old lover, on a day out. Jimmi gets a fan letter. Ruth tells Julia that she wants to move out, which makes Julia sad.

Jimmi's patients boyfriend is an angry ex-con who doesn't believe she's gone to the doctors, and Jimmi gets involved in the violence. Daniel has to put his Botox clinic presentation to Julia and Lily. Cherry thinks she's pushing too hard with Scott, and he's acting strange.

Immie pretends to live in the past to try and please her dad, by being the perfect daughter. She cooks and everything. Michelle helps an asthmatic teenage girl, whose attention seeking behavior is rather annoying. Jimmi gets a tie in the post.

An investigation at work is troubling Rob, and it seems to involve Cherry's fiancé Scott. Two old neighbors are at war in their gardens, and Daniel gets involved.

Cherry has a shock when she wakes up, tries to be all cuddly with Scott, only to find him dead. She calls the police, but is really upset. Pulled crying from the body, she is arrested, interrogated, and locked up. She cries a lot. Karen tries to help. So does Jimmi.

After nightmares about a dead Scott, and waking up in a police cell, Cherry's day goes from bad to worse. It seems Scott had been dealing heroin. Simon helps a musically gifted boy who is being bullied in school. Zara acts all happy, and is secretly kissing Jack.

Heston's elderly patient asks him to try and get her grandson to go to his mum's funeral. Julia is shocked when she discovers the PCT meeting is being chaired by an old boyfriend.

Cherry drags Simon back to Scott's flat, she needs to find out some things. Ruth gets roped into babysitting for a neighbor, only the baby's aunt isn't too happy. Neither is Ruth. Jack almost gets found out when he tries to see Zara, but he gets his later, then thinks he sees Zara shooting up!

Julia unveils a new consulting room at the Campus surgery, but no-ones impressed. Well it is a bit small. Zara deals with a young girl who's living in a fantasy world. Her mum's in a vegetable state, and there's a dark secret lurking. Cherry gets a visit from nasty DI Lucas while she's around at Scott's flat, and is given a proposition.

It's the day of the police operation, and Cherry has to help them catch Paul, the evil drug dealer. She dolls herself up, but is very nervous. Rob to the rescue when it all goes wrong, and then he has a fit. Jack hopes that saying sorry constantly will get him back into Zara's bed.

Karen and Immie go and keep Cherry company at home. Michelle goes to her friend's mums memorial, only finds her dad snogging another woman. Cherry gets a shock when she has a call from Scott's mother.

Cherry goes to Scott's funeral, though he keeps phoning her, and turning up wanting to chat! Or is it all in her mind?

It's all go at the local radio awards. Jimmi is up against a guy who broke Lily's heart when she was young. Ruth looks for a place to rent, while Julia is upset when Ocean and Marlin turn up, but without Liam.

A woman spots the murderer of her husband and child, a man who has been released from jail early. Heston helps her out. Julia tries to follow Ocean's instructions regarding Marlin, but she chooses to ignore them.

Ruth gets bombarded with flowers, as two students want to out with her. Ruth though, thinks it's some nasty initiation. Flowers also get left at the Mill, but nobody know who for. Julia tries to make amends with Ocean. Jack tells his dad about him and Zara.

Julia, Ocean and the baby go for a picnic. Karen finds out that Jack has been sleeping with someone from work, and goes on the warpath to find out who. Zara deals with a mother and her 12-year old autistic daughter, and then has Karen punch her on the nose.

Zara turns up for work, only to be suspended by Heston. A livid Karen goes round to Zara's for a second go at her. Ocean invites Julia away to Somerset. The little girl from next door keeps on coming around to see Billy, a small time criminal, but when she turns up with a porn DVD he seeks help from Lily.

A man who is a constant sperm donor goes to Daniel for help in keeping the money coming in, and keeping his girlfriend happy. Jimmi receives another gift from his mysterious 'number one fan'. Zara goes back to work, and goes to Ruth for a chat.

Cherry gets mistaken for another blonde, when she has her phone pinched, as she has the same pink bag. With Michell's help, she gets to the bottom of it. Jimmi receives yet another gift.

Harry comes out of hospital after his bike accident. It's his 18th birthday but as he's a tetraplegic all he can think about is assisted suicide. Julia and Zara go away for he weekend and pretend to be rich foreigners on the hunt for men.

Daniel tries to help as Harry's family crumbles around him. Zara and Julia's wild weekend comes to a surprise end, partly due to a bag of nuts.

Zara tries to help a woman who has a secret fear of vomiting, only her partner wants a baby. Heston and Michelle start a competition to see who can put up the best Christmas tree at the two surgeries.

An old friend of Cherry's, a deputy head mistress, is being bribed at work by the cleaner. Lily puts Heston and herself down for a fostering place.

Heston and Ruth get involved with a foster teen who tells nothing but lies, which puts Heston off the idea of fostering. Lily though is determined. Daniel asks Simon to go for a drink, but he wants his help with the clinic.

Immie's college art exhibition goes awry and annoys her parents when she meets a former burlesque artist and ends up taking most of her clothes off. The Christmas tree competition gets serious, though Michelle is rubbish at it.

An old friend of Heston's health is deteriorating as his new, young, hot wife pushes him too hard, in both the gym and the bed. It's the first day of Daniel's Botox clinic, and Lily is worried. Michelle commissions Immie to do something special with her tree in the big Christmas tree competition.

The Phantom Grinch is smashing up the Christmas trees of Letherbridge. Lily to the rescue. Karen's plans for a Christmas party gather afoot, though Zara's not invited. Jimmi's untidy mess of a garden gets mysteriously tidied, and the Christmas tree competition reaches it's climax.

Sonia, the surgery's regular big-breasted, nymphomaniac patient targets Simon. Waste of time, seeing as he's gay. It still ends in trouble though. Zara is up to no good, and it involves sleeping with Daniel. It's the night of Karen's party, though she didn't bargain on it ending with everyone vomiting, especially those who ate the warmed up sushi!

While most of the staff try to recover from Karen's party, it is left to Zara to deal with the cleaner who reckons she is being chased by flesh eating zombies. It's to do with a voodoo curse, or something. Heston and Lily meet up with the social worker about their adoption. Jimmi goes to the middle of nowhere for his last call out, only it's not what it seems.

It's the day of the Christmas tree judging. Who will win? At the Icon Bar party, Lily has something she wants to get off her chest. Rob is involved with a Christmas thief who only eats mine pies and doesn't actually steal anything. Jimmi seems to have got himself chained to a radiator.

Ruth helps one of her favorite authors, Edie Markell, whose relationship with her daughter is not a good one. Jimmi finds himself chained up and held hostage by a couple of mad 'fans'. They keep him drugged up and listen to tapes of his radio show! Truly Mad. Julia is slightly concerned when he doesn't turn up for work.

Charlie, a new lo-cum, starts at the surgery. Only his old-fashioned 'special' way with the ladies causes a bit of a problem. Two older men compete for the affections of a particularly lucky older lady. Only they start to get interested in Julia. Lucky Julia. Lucky Daniel, as Zara is really hot, and gets him into bed. Still no Jimmi.

Lily's patient is trying to avoid his friend's wedding, on the basis that he love's the bride more. Daniel calls on an old colleague to help him with a patient case, but all he wants to do is go to Cheltenham race course to have a bet.

Michelle's mum has had a pain, and the hospital has seen a 'shadow'. So she goes to see Michelle. Julia, still worried about Jimmi's lack of appearance, goes to Rob for help. Jimmi meanwhile, is still chained to a bed post, being force-fed bacon sandwiches and drugs. Sissy introduces him to Veronica and Victoria.

Sissy and Ivor try to think of what to do after Jimmi's aborted phone call to Julia. Charlie tries to convince a gorgeous lesbian to try and get pregnant by sleeping with a man, rather than artificial insemination.

Daniel and Zara are in bed, when Lisa turns up with Isobel. Daniel tries to hide Zara, but she has other ideas. Cherry meets a weird stranger in a coffee shop. Sissy puts on loads of makeup, and tells Jimmi she wants a boyfriend, much to Jimmi's horror.

Daniel helps a student and his autistic brother, both of whom are heavily into maths. Sissy tells Jimmi that she wants to have a baby and start a family, with him! Heston keeps pussyfooting around Lily, and Charlie meets Michelle, and is slightly obsessed with certain parts of her!

Heston gets mixed up with an elderly wigmaker and a bloke dressed as a nun. Sissy has dressed up and cooked Jimmi a romantic meal. She plans to make her move, but it gets a bit messy as Jimmi doesn't want to be fed. Ruth gets an unexpected visit from a repo-man, and has to prove that she is indeed Ruth Pearce.

Sissy decides to take Jimmi for a trip around the house, only he tries to escape. He ends up locked in the downstairs cupboard. Rob is concerned as to his inspector's aggressive behavior, so he ropes in Lily to help. Zara helps Daniel to get access to Isobel. Charlie tries to deal with a crying woman in the toilet.

Rob gets called in when Kelly forces her dad to report a break-in, much against his better judgment. Jimmi tries to escape again, and Charlie gets Heston to go on a blind date.

Jimmi is still tied up. Sissy, dressed like 'Baby Jane', kisses him all the time, but Jimmi scares her off by shouting 'sex' at her. Julia keeps trying to convince the others that something is not quite right. Sexy Gloria keeps teasing her boyfriend, and has an appointment with Dr Daniel. She wants the pill.

On their way back from a conference, both Lily and Heston stumble on a crashed prison van in the woods. They both end up being held prisoner, and Lily gets terrorized by one of the prisoners. The prison guard is not much nicer.

Sissy shows Jimmi where they will hide the baby, and then go for a 'romantic walk'. Sissy though would rather watch Dirty Dancing. Rob spends his day trying to find Jimmi, which includes talking to the other doctors.

Jimmi's cunning plan to butter up Sissy is working, and the police are getting closer and closer. Simon gets called up to a patient's house, only to find a man handcuffed to her bed, and it's not her husband.

Jimmi finds himself in a hospital bed, safe and sound from the crazy Juggins', who get sectioned. Julia has to fend off a pushy journalist. Charlie tries to help a woman who can't cry.

Jack's university friend Lewis is a troubled boy. His essays at univ are always violent, he keeps having flashbacks to a young schoolgirl he knew, and he is obsessed with video games, especially one called Trigger King. His lecturer is worried about him, and tells Simon, but he moves into the Hollins house for a while. Immie gets scared though when he knows all the victims on her 'victims of gun crime' montage. Some of the doctors are preparing for the university Founders Ball.

Lewis is staying at the Hollins house, and he's getting weirder. Ellie can't get his mum's ring off her finger, and it's getting red, so Lewis threatens to cut her finger off, and Jack has a go at her too. Ellie tells Sia, so she confronts Lewis. Sia also gives him rotten marks for his course work, and says his book is violent rubbish. Both Ellie and Sia go to Simon, who is starting to get concerned. Rob sees his inspector about a possible promotion, and is told he's no chance.

Sia recovers from the fire at the university. She is convinced Lewis set it off. Simon believes her, but no-one else does. Lewis and Jack organize a boycott of all her lessons. Sia confronts Lewis, who admits to her that he did it, and she deserved it. He shows her his gun video, and makes her really scared. Still the police wont act though.

Lewis freaks Immie out, but still no one will believe her. He finally flips though when he gets Jack, Sia, Ellie and Ned to the university under false pretenses. Karen goes to find Jack after finally being convinced by Immie, and finds herself in the middle of it all, when Lewis storms in brandishing a big gun. A shot rings out.

Lewis holds the hostages at gunpoint. Simon and the police storm in after the shooting, and it all gets rather heated. Simon tries to keep Sia alive, and the Ball gets ruined, but will Lewis shoot anyone else? Immie burns her art project.

Julia gets an unexpected visit from Mac's relatives, on the scrounge from Spain. Its Jimmi's first day back at work after the hostage taking, and Karen's first day back after the shooting. Immie meets Elise, who helps her open up, and Rob is suspended. Cherry and Ruth decide to teach Charlie a lesson, after continuous sexual innuendo.

Immie keeps on going on about her new friend Elise, winding Jack up in the process, who blames himself for the shooting and his dad's suspension. Karen convinces him to do some charity work. Cherry, Ruth, Karen and Michelle meet up to discuss Charlie, and his smarmy comments. Immie realizes that Elise is a lesbian, and she might have feelings for her.

Michelle, Cherry and Ruth go on an outdoor activity day, get dropped in the local wood, and have to find their way back to base. A stuck-up female doctor locks horns with Ruth, but Cherry ends up with more on her mind than map directions.

A wheelchair-bound patient of Hestons has taken up singing as a therapy. Unfortunately he thinks he is really good, and goes on Letherbridge FM to sing Over the Rainbow, and is terrible. Elise teaches Immie the art of 'Interpretation of Sculpture through Touch', though it goes a bit further when they start kissing. Julia discovers what the female staff think of Charlie's sexual innuendo.

Harvey can't drink from the water tap, is scared of the phone, and is seeing little gray men. Lily thinks his medication is being messed with. Cherry, Ruth and Michelle decide to give Charlie what they think he wants, namely them. He gets scared. Immie starts dressing completely differently, to get down with her culture...now that she's a lesbian. Jimmi's OCD seems to have gone away, since the kidnapping.

Michelle has her bag broken into during a bus trip from Manchester. It's something to do with a little person. It's the day of Rob's hearing, following the university shooting, but Karen is more bothered with Immie's lesbianism, which as it happens, is taking off big time. Julia has a go at Charlie, following complaints, and his being handcuffed to a chair.

Ruth has to deal with two inept brothers who are supposedly fixing her radiator, and a sexy, but mad Spanish girl who turns up having met one of them on the Internet. Unfortunately she throws herself on the wrong brother, and Ruth has to deal with the ensuing tears. Karen thinks Simon would be the perfect person to talk to Immie about her recent conversion, only it just riles her up.

Daniel has realized he really likes Zara, and is very jealous after seeing her kiss a guy she met on holiday. He needs her though, to keep contact with his daughter, and she tells him that she wants something in return. A patient with extreme PMS causes problems for Karen and Simon, and Immie goes one step further with Elise, and spends the night with her.

Immie leaves Elise's and wanders around Letherbridge, thinking. Perhaps she isn't a lesbian after all. She dumps Elise by text, making her very upset. Matthew turns up at the surgery looking for Zara, much to her surprise.

Zara has an uncomfortable first meeting with Matthew's mum, Judith, who is over from Hong Kong. She has the oddest feeling that they have met before. She makes an appointment with Daniel at the surgery, and gives Zara a warning. Charlie directs his charming manner to a woman who finds out her son has been taking her HRT tablets because he wants to become a transsexual.

A dying potter and her young student find a box from 21 years ago, unfortunately the artist smashes what's inside it. Her student deliberately cuts herself with the shards while trying to find out why she stopped making things. Then Rob turns up. Zara calls in her favor from Daniel when she asks him to seduce Matthew's mom Judith. Charlie takes Heston to a Viking themed lap dancing club.

It's five years ago, Zara's story of why she is called Alex Grey, her dad's sleazy work partner, a fire at their work which results in the death of a young man, and his part in her dad's fake rap for manslaughter resulting in a long jail term.

It is the weekend, and some of the gang dress up for a performance of ABBA tribute band 'Bjorn Free' at Bromsgrove Town Hall. Daniel buckles under the constant threats from Zara, so finally takes Judith out for a meal after Zara has coached him all about her.

A golfer thinks he sees a yeti pinching his golf ball. It's down to Jimmi to prove that it wasn't actually a yeti. Daniel lies to Julia to get off work, saying he had a fever. He was actually at a museum with Judith. Lily has some news about her foster application.

Michelle is putting flowers on Nick's grave, as it would've been his birthday, and sees a tearful, troubled girl at his graveside. The girl runs off, so Michelle decides to investigate. Lily goes to meet a possible foster kid, Sapphire, who's very mouthy and likes burning things. Judith goes to Julia to talk about Daniel.

A apartment bound lady has fantasies about the various people she can see from her place. She thinks she sees a man hitting a young girl and gets Cherry to go round and investigate. It all ends badly. Zara is on very good form with Izzie and Lisa, Daniel owes her again. Lily gets a surprising call from the adoption agency.

Daniel spends a long lunch and walk in the park with Judith, only Julia catches him with him, and she's not happy. Karen dresses up in thigh length boots as Rob is back, only he's grumpy because they've been spending too much.

Simon gets caught between two of his best mates, soon to be married. Only he's having an affair with her Maid of Honor, who also happens to be his adopted sister. Daniel has a lunchtime kissing session with Judith, and Zara's in the bushes taking photos. Matthew then proposes to her.

Jack goes for a round of job interviews, lies on his application form, but manages to get a job. There's a sexy girl there whom he starts fancying. It's all a bit too much for him though. Lily goes and has a chat with Sapphire, and wonders if Immie will help her get down with the kids, or 'female youth culture'.

An old mate from med school reappears in Charlie's life, tells him that he's terminally ill, and wants to go away for one last trip. Only he wants Charlie to help him die. Matthew announces his engagement to Zara, much to her and everyone else's surprise. It might be the shortest engagement ever though!

Ruth bumps into an old school mate, one who gave her a hard time. She asks Ruth to talk to her husband about his drug smoking, but has a better idea later. She wants Ruth to pretend to smoke, and have an 'episode', to try and scare him into stopping. Clever Ruth, though, teaches them both a lesson. Zara tries to make amends with Matthew, and Immie tries to teach Lily about Emo and other youthful topics.

Jimmi's dying patient wants to see his son one more time. When Jimmi finds him though, he meets a lapsed vicar who's turned to a life of crime, and shacked up with a sexy Bulgarian cocktail waitress. He also doesn't do the 'death thing' anymore. Heston's patient believes that the world is going to end at 5 o'clock, so just wants to drink champagne, much against his doctors orders.

Daniel's patient tells him that his girlfriend is missing - she went to the shops and never came back. He has panic attacks. All is not what it seems though, as she is nearer than everyone thinks. Cherry wants to drag Simon to a gay roller camp, only he doesn't want to go. They argue. Lily meets up with Sapphire, hoping to impress her with her new found Emo knowledge.

Michelle deals with a depressed amputee soldier. She makes him climb the local mountain to cheer him up. At lunch, Matthew finally introduces Zara to his dad, Ian, much to Ian's horror. Simon really likes Will's ambulance, so he asks him out on a date.

A pirate radio station is a front for drug smuggling. The new DJ there though, seems totally unaware of the fact, until Rob and the local cops raid the place. Zara's not having a good day, she's all hot and bothered. Simon is nervous about his date with Will, and Lily is nervous about having Sapphire over for dinner.

Cherry helps a friend when she receives a letter from her estranged dad's solicitor. Cherry is very suspicious as to what he wants after all this time. Michelle has had enough of Charlie's sexual innuendo, and gives him what for. Zara has planned a launch party for Matthew's setting up of the UK division of his dad's business, only Ian has other ideas.

Charlie has an idea for a charity car wash. He's trying to make amends, but tries to get as many of the women as possible to take part. The son of a family friend of Julia's thinks he's dead, after he gets knocked down by a car in the woods. He's confused though, when his mum can see him. Ian visits Zara at work, and bribes her to leave them alone.

Zara puts on her finest stockings, and reddest lipstick to knock 'em dead at the business launch. Her plan to ruin Ian's life is nearing completion, but how far will she go? It's the day of Charlie's charity car wash, but people start getting dubious when it seems he only wants the girls to take part, and asks them to wear tight t-shirts.

Daniel goes round to see Zara, who has called in sick following the events of last week. She shows him the recording she made of Ian's confession. Jimmi helps an aging pop star, who has a bad throat and a pregnant wife. He wants to kick-start his career again. Sapphire finally moves in with Lily. Heston doesn't want to know. Zara dumps Matthew, tears all round.

The agency nurse turns up late, so Ruth helps her and her estranged sister. Lily called Rob when Sapphire stayed out all night. He finds her with nasty types, having had a few drinks. Zara goes and visits her dad in prison, but has a bit of a breakdown. Simon has a second date with the ambulance driver.

A famous and beautiful woman, who is the head of a natural skincare company goes to the Granger Clinic to have some work done. Unfortunately a nosy journalist tries to get all the medical info out of Ruth. Charlie gets called out to visit a sexy blonde, though when he arrives he finds her on her back, dressed in fishnet stockings and a Basque.

A mother brings her child into see Michelle. Michelle is concerned though, when the mother refuses to refer to her child as either 'he' or 'she', and dresses it in girl's clothes even though it's a boy. The boy's father-in-law is also very worried. Lily and Sapphire bond over some fossils.

One of Daniel's sexy student patients is working as an escort to earn some extra money. Daniel tries to put a stop to it though when he discovers that her latest client is her long lost father. A friend of Charlies wife asks him to stop her dead ex-husband's funeral. It seems he wanted a Viking funeral, though his new 'silicon-implanted' wife wants him to have a Biking funeral, complete with Hells Angels. Immie comes around to try and talk and spend some time with Sapphire. Ruth finds herself getting swept off her feet by Smithy.

Lily gets called in to help Rob deal with two young scumbags. They admit to having raped a missing young girl. And there may be more than one. Sapphire spends the day with Immie and Jack, only Karen isn't too happy, especially when Sapphire chats up Jack. Ruth gets a shock when Smithy mentions children.

An old friend of Heston and Lily's, who was also an old flame of hers, turns up, a bit poorly and in a right old lot of trouble. They violently disagree over how to treat him. Lily takes Sapphire into work for the day, but she doesn't have the best of days, especially as she ends up unconscious on the toilet floor. Smithy's behavior is starting to worry Ruth.

Charlie has a severe case of gout, so has to drop out of the tap auditions. It all looks like a disaster when Lily steps in to take the lead. Luckily she is a brilliant dancer. Sapphire is impressed by this and decides she would like to stay with her, so Lily announces she wants to take some time off, so leaves to take care of Sapphire. She has Chromes disease. Diana thinks her nanny is having an affair with her husband and wants to take her baby. Zara gets involved, it could be a case of post-natal psychosis.
