Part 1 of 5. The "Time Warp Tournament" begins with challenges inspired by the 1950s. Included: an All-American breakfast; TV dinner; and a milkshake and fries with a Marilyn Monroe twist.

Part 2 of 5. The "Time Warp Tournament" continues with the chefs heading back to the 1960s. Challenges include a mustard submarine; chicken Kiev made on protest signs; and preparing banana pudding in space suits.

Part 3 of 5. The "Time Warp Tournament" heads into the 1970s. The first challenge is to make hamburger mac and cheese, while riding a banana-seat bicycle. Later, the chefs feel no love for disco, when it comes to making quiche and crepes Suzette.

Part 4 of 5. The 1980s are celebrated during challenges. To begin, the chefs have to rent VHS tapes to get the ingredients for their Chinese chicken salad. Later, a blackened fish dish must be cooked in a bouncing cigarette boat; and a giant, live-action video game is played, while making a toaster pastry.

Conclusion. The Time Warp Tournament ends with the finalists having to survive challenges inspired by the 1990s. Included: the combo of boy bands and BBQ chicken pizza; riding on a ship's bow and fried calamari; cookie dough ice cream and a physically demanding obstacle course.

A superhero theme runs through the challenges, beginning with the competing chefs having to dress up as caped crusaders, while making hero sandwiches. Later, flying gyros and a superfood dessert prepared on a flying hand.

A fried food competition forces the chefs to make fish and chips; fried chicken; and a churro ice cream sandwich.
