Chopped is always a gamble, but the Casino Royale tournament allows competitors to replace basket ingredients with a roll of the dice.

The second battle of the tournament forces the chefs to gamble with their basket ingredients in hopes of receiving something that is easier to work with and their least favorite ingredients cause some serious drama among them.

The chefs must gamble to replace their basket ingredients, some of which are arguably disgusting, and they must rely on their luck and their skills to make it through to the final round, which prompt them to bake amazing desserts.

The chefs opt to save their luck with replacing basket ingredients until the last possible moment, but the judges must question whether or not that those were wise decisions as they receive the dishes that the chefs place before them.

Four winners return to face-off in the grand finale of the tournament with the hopes of winning the jackpot, as well as a championship title, but their excitement turns to frenzy as they open their baskets and see what's inside.

Chocolate is the star of the show, but the other basket ingredients have the chefs questioning what they can get away with as sweet and savory flavors collide.

Alligator is the surprise ingredient in the first basket of the race and the chefs must compete to see who can make it most tender and flavorful, before they tackle the challenges that test their skill, creativity, and time management.

The fanciest ingredients are provided to the chefs in golden baskets, who face the daunting challenge of rising to the occasion to make the judges some of the best upscale meals, which must include caviar potato chips and veggies.

Repurposing takeout foods, such as pizza and Chinese food, is the challenge the chefs are up against as they open their ingredient baskets.

Four chefs prepare dishes using tougher or stranger than usual basket ingredients chosen by the viewers.

The chefs are challenged to make a bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwich inspired meal while using the ingredients that have been prepared for them in their baskets which include creamy comfort foods and items that vaguely taste like lettuce.
