Louise begins her first shift as a nurse. Cal and Dylan are baffled by a woman with a rare obsession. Iain has a complaint lodged against him.

Lily works alongside new junior doctor Alicia Munroe to treat a pregnant patient. Dylan and Lofty's friendship strengthens. Honey decides to leave Holby set up a business elsewhere.
