A Downs girl, a model and a husband to be are among the casualties; Roxy's surrogate baby is premature and delivered by Nikki; Tally steps up her vendetta of jealousy against Lara and Simon.

When Roxy's baby is diagnosed as mentally handicapped, the surrogate parents reject it; Lara tells Harry she and Simon are officially an item and unhappy Harry makes a public announcement about it to the staff.

Luke and Josh face a police enquiry when an addict dies of a gunshot wound; Tally's vendetta against Lara and Simon endangers a patient.

Tally's games come to a head when she is suspended. The surrogate parents want Roxy's baby, but will she let him go with them?

As the staff try to cope with the Tally's attempted suicide, casualty is filled with horrid men from the local prison following a riot.

A cleric with PMT assaults her husband then crashes her car into a construction site triggering a chain of events leading to the death of a child and Abs being assaulted. Harry is granted leave and persuades Tally to go on holiday with him.

Simon takes amphetamines, while Charlie and Jim fight over Jim's plans for the hospital.

Jim's changes enrage Charlie, and when a patient dies in reception, it only adds fuel to the fire and the staff threaten to strike.

Two nasty robbers take Lara and Nikki hostage; Harry returns to a barrage of complaints.

Jarry fights to save Nikki's life, while Lara manages to escape with the help of one of the robbers. Josh begs Charlie to change his mind about resigning.

Nikki's slow recovery from the fall is set back by devastating news. Luke reluctantly attends the inquest, and Kate insists Greg's death was his own fault.

Simon confesses to Harry about his drug use and hands in his notice; Finn and Comfort marry and Lara proposes to Simon.

New paramedic Nina makes a bad impression. Josh's date with Caroline turns out to be a disaster and Lara is forced to take desperate measures.

Nina annoys the rest of her team by playing the heroine. Simon is summoned to see Harry. Caroline pulls away from Josh. Bex is on cloud nine.

Simon feels the pressure as he an Lara set a date for their wedding. Nina and Comfort argue after the newcomer gets a ticking off for her hehaviour.

Harry continues to watch Simon's every move and Abs catches the groom-to-be with a packet of pills. Also, the puppy Jim has ordered for his daughter's birthday arrives early. UKTV.

Tess treats a woman who has been severely beaten, and attempts to find out how she came by her injuries, while Simon and Lara celebrate their stag and hen nights. UKTV.
