Tom finds out Alfons can't sell the house. Since his wife died, half of the house is Jasmijn's property. Alfons explains to her he bought shares and since the stocks dropped considerably, they can't keep the house. Jasmijn finds it difficult to make a decision, but after a restless night, she has a solution. Akke and Carlo think they can avoid the move by doing everything backwards. Jasmijn made a decision. Robert can buy the house, when he also take it's tenants. When he thought about it, he finally agrees. Akke still believes by doing everything backwards, time will go backwards also. Tom and Birgit both want Zoe's room now she's gone. Steve thinks, since Akke and Carlo have to share a room, they should choose another room. Robert wants to do some renovations to the house. Robert wants to sent an inspector after the fire, to get everyone out of the house. They all work very hard the whole day to restore the house. Even Robert's daughter Kim helps them. Jasmijn doesn't want anyone to read the love-letter she got from her new lover. Birgit tricks Jasmijn and she runs down the basement where she hid it. Birgit follows her. Accidentally they get locked in. Axel reports from America. At first it all seems positive, but he's running out of money fast. Carlo wants to be discovered and performs as the one and only Elvis Presley in a karaoke-bar. He hasn't got much success. Tom secretly enters Steve. A producer who is also in the bar thinks he's rather good.

Tom tries to teach Carlo how to get a girl. Tom chooses a party where the girls might be easy and Carlo gets all excited. Tom tells him to lower his standards, so he won't get rejected. Carlo sees a girl and goes for it, but he doesn't notice it's a transvestite until it's too late. Akke gets a telegram from his uncle Eddy where he's always going on about. While the living-room-floor is being repaired, Kim's parents stay at her aunt Bertha. She stays with the gang. Suddenly that evening Robert stands there and says he also stays with them.

Robert moved in. He annoys everyone and they want him out, but who's going to tell him? Finally Kim talks to him, but he has a disturbing message for her. Birgit feels like no-one wants her anymore. Carlo tells her he wants her, but when she lets herself totally go, he doesn't even want to take her out anymore. Since Tom thinks he's immortal, he wants an outfit and a name for himself, so he can start his job as savior of the world.

Kim thinks it's her fault her parents are separating. Steve tells her it's not her fault. When he tells her, her father is not the easiest person to live with, she draws her conclusions.
