This is an unsold pilot from Desilu. As part of Lucille Ball's renegotiated contract for L'extravagante Lucie (1962)'s 1963 season, several unsold pilots (including this one) were to be aired during the summer hiatus, under the umbrella moniker of Vacation Playhouse.

Barbara, a big city entertainer, falls in love and marries James Hadley. He teaches a small college and the challenge for the new bride is adjusting to a slower way of life.

The Youngs are a newlywed couple who live on a houseboat. The newly married twosome have their happiness threatened when father-in-law Boone off Sky a job. He must decide whether to continue his schooling.

Young Dr. David Latham faces a challenge as a rural medic: a couple expecting their first baby prefer the services of a midwife.

In this unsold TV pilot, a single parent owns a nightclub catering to sailors on an island in the South Pacific.
