When Carver overhears Lor talking about a crush, he mistakes the nature of the conversation, and is convinced that Lor is in love with him. Carver and Tino start avoiding Lor, in fear of interaction being awkward.

In an effort to counter an embarrassingly childish moment, Tino begins dressing and acting like his idea of an adult, much to the annoyance of his friends.

Carver, in his continuing quest to join the cool kids, buys cool shoes to get himself noticed. But, while the plan is a success, his newfound association with the cool kids leaves him unable to hang out with his real friends.

After Lor throws her two-on-two basketball game because of her lack of teamwork, she goes on a mission to be as nice as possible.

Tino has made a list of everything they should do this weekend for maximum fun. However, everyone's plans get changed.

After Tish starts art classes, she asks Carver to be a model for her clay sculpture. None of her friends, however, are too pleased with the results.

When Lor needs extra help studying for her history test, she talks Tino into helping her. Meanwhile, Tish and Carver try to hire temporary friends in their absence.

Tish gets cast in a small role in a local production of A Midsummer Night's Dream, but grows increasingly frustrated at the lack of respect she receives from the director and the rest of the cast.

The gang helps Carver babysit his wild baby brother with disastrous results.

When Chum Bucket, everyone's favorite band, comes to town, all four of the gang get tickets. Carver slips up by telling everyone that the band plans to dedicate the show to them.

When Lor gets asked by Thompson to hang out, Christy and Candy try to drastically make her over.

Reflecting on her own hard childhood, Tish's mom seeks to experience the carefree youth she never had by hanging out with Tish and her friends.

The gang is invited to a classmate's party, and everyone feels some anxiety around the pressure to socialize with members of their opposite gender.

All four friends get entered into a charity game using pudding and lacrosse sticks. Unfortunately, Tish and Tino end up competing against Carver and Lor.

When their class gets set up to compete in their field day, Tino is disappointed that chess is not an option this year. He actually has to play a sport.

After a pickup soccer game that Carver's team wins, everyone mistakes Carver for being a jerk when they think he knocked Laird down playing.
