Cody leaves the ship and joins the Brotherhood of the Hooded Brothers.

Cody and Bailey argue over who should keep Buck, their pet rat.

Bailey and Cody lie and both claim they have a date to the upcoming dance.

Zack asks Maya on a date, she refuses him because she thinks he's a player.

While Maya helps Zack and Woody transfer London's shoes to her shoe submarine, Zack accidentally causes the sub to submerge, trapping them with only 30 minutes of oxygen. In fear that they'll never get out, Maya finally admits that she likes Zack back. Meanwhile, Marcus helps Cody prepare for a big chess match against the junior chess champion of Russia, who happens to be a distractingly beautiful girl named Mischa Matryoshka (Cody Kennedy).

Marcus leaves the ship to do a musical of his song "Retainer Baby". And when Mr. Moseby discovers his new Aqua Lounge flooded, he vows to find the culprit, threatening not only to expel the one responsible, but also throw them off the ship.

Arwin comes aboard the ship to convert the Tipton into a 'smart ship.'

Singer Sean Kingston comes aboard the boat and falls for London.

Zack is surprising everyone by being a good boyfriend.

Zack and Cody visit Carey on set of a Japanese soda commercial.

When the ship docks in New Orleans, the spirit of a sunken steamship captain makes contact with Zack, who tries to solve the mystery of the captain and his ship.

Zack, London and Woody head to a posh beach club for senior ditch day.

Woody asks Cody to show his sister, Willa, around the ship.

Cody decides to visit a remote scientific research station in Antartica.

London refuses to help out with a charity event, she is visited by ghosts.

Ms. Tutweiller assigns the class to do a play made by Cody, but when Cody assigns Bailey a female role and she learns that the play is based on her breakup with Cody, she wants off the play and Cody must find a replacement.

London offers to take Bailey home for her grandma's 90th birthday party.

Bailey's ex-boyfriend, Moose, shows up and tries to win her back.

Moseby, Zack, and Woody hear about the tornado that hit Kettlecorn.

Zack, Maya, and Cody, Bailey go on a double date and both Maya and Cody find something out about their partners. London thinks there is a dead body in the basement of the ship, and sends Woody down with her cell phone to take a picture. Woody goes down and looses London's phone, then realizes there are snakes in a big crate on board. The snakes get loose.

Mr. Moseby cancels Prom Night because of a student prank.

Graduation gets moved earlier when Mr. Tipton sells the S.S. Tipton.
