Zack and Cody help recover a microchip for a spy.

London falls for the magician on the ship and becomes his assistant.

As punishment for an odorous prank, Zack becomes the school Hall Monitor, but when he goes crazy with power, all of his friends begin to alienate him.

When their cooking teacher accidentally gets injured, Cody fills in and becomes the rock star chef that all the girls fawn over. When Bailey tries to get Codys attention, he ignores her to hide his true feelings for her. Meanwhile, London tries to pass off Zacks artwork as her own

Zack pulls a prank on Woody but instead of Woody falling for it, it was Becky the captain of the wrestling team. In order for Zack not to get beaten up he tells Becky that he likes her and wants to go out with her. Meanwhile, Cody and Bailey try to help London study for the finals.

London visits her grandmother in Thailand, and is terrified to find that instead of being upper class, she works as a rice farmer.

Zack turns in one of Cody's old term papers as his own, without realizing Cody applied to a bizarre passage about a fictional banana phobia, so Mrs. Tutweiller sends him to see a counselor, ending with Zack taking his anger out on his brother. Meanwhile, London goes through withdrawal when her cell phone is taken away after she is caught texting during class, prompting Bailey to find a new thing that she can do to keep her hands busy.

Zack, Cody, and friends get trapped on a lifeboat that breaks loose from the S.S. Tipton.

Zack decides to show Marcus what he missed growing up as a celebrity.

Zack, Cody, and Marcus write a song for Jordin Sparks to sing for a concert on the S.S. Tipton.

On the twins' 16th birthday, the S.S. Tipton enters the Bermuda Triangle and an alternate universe where Zack and Cody were separated at birth.

As a way to meet girls, Zack and Woody plan to create a beauty pageant.

Zack and Cody take a trip to Sweden to get in touch with their roots.

Esteban comes on board to get married. While the boys have a bachelor party for Esteban, London and Bailey help Esteban's mother try to find something she enjoys besides taking care of him, so he can marry without his mother's guilt.

For the first time in his life Cody has not done his homework.

Cody feels disenfranchised because of his lack of sports knowledge.

Cody tries to solve a mystery while visiting a Sherlock Holmes museum.

Zack uncovers the crown of an ancient princess, at Cody's expense. Matters are complicated when the spirit of the princess possesses Bailey.

London's father gives her one million dollars to find an invention.

The kids go to the Black Forest and envision themselves in fairytales.

The kids are assigned project where they have to act like a couple.

Moseby leaves for the weekend as models are coming aboard the SS Tipton.

Zack tries to teach Cody the art of haggling at a bazaar.

Cody and Bailey lock themselves in the ship's engine room.

Miss Tutweiller's class forms a news show, but the students all have problems: Zack and Bailey clashing as co-anchors, London struggling with the green screen, and Cody making a shocking discovery as an investigative reporter.

Starship Tipton's resident prankster, Zerk, plays a joke on feuding aliens.

Bailey bets London one million dollars.

Cody and Bailey are celebrating their one year anniversary meanwhile Zach, Woody, and Marcus are chased by art thieves.
