Company President Alan Roy dispatches his secretary, Wanda, to Buffalo to buy a new not-yet-released drug. Richard Strong is yanked from the US network cop series and is saddled with a "mill show." At the same time, Richard and Veronica are determined to crank out 52 shows in four languages, despite having no budget and no concepts.
