Gary's Girls win a brick-clad home at auction and decide to salvage some of the brick to reuse in their rebuild. But when the potential buyer backs out unexpectedly, the girls decide to sell the house at auction.

Donna and Toni win a large home but discover it may make more sense to demolish it and start over, reusing what they can from the original structure.

Catrina gets a bargain on a couple of houses from a house mover and plans to make one a main house and the other a guest house. She invites Gary's Girls to work with her and Casey to create a cohesive rustic design for both.

Paige and Raf win a two-bedroom, two-bathroom home at auction. After a promising walk-through goes south, they decide to demolish the entire house and build a brand new structure in a Colonial style.

The Snow Sisters win a three-bed, one-bath home they plan to give traditional design. At another auction, Randy wins a small garage-like structure, but has to give up his plan to turn it into a guesthouse after he injures his leg.

The Hayhurst Brothers get creative to make renovating their auction win that requires a long and expensive move more cost effective.

Gary's Girls team up with Donna and Toni to create a functional family property out of a cut-in-half farmhouse won at auction.

Donna and Toni win a two-bedroom, one-bathroom home at auction they plan to turn into a craftsman-inspired bungalow.

Casey and Catrina reconfigure the three-bed, two-bath home into a functional cottage. Paige and Raf then come on board to help bring a back-lot shed back to life.

Donna and Toni are contacted by a member of a vocal group called the Texas Tenors to see if his home is worth renovating. The group members pitch in to add a large addition to the master suite with grand architecture.
