H.D. Snow calls on his family to renovate a couple of storage houses; Donna and Toni take one house while Gary's Girls take the other as the friendly family competition begins; both teams make plans to reuse some of the homes' existing contents.

After moving a house in two parts, the Hayhurst Brothers decide to renovate the larger portion themselves, while Casey and Catrina tackle the smaller section as a guesthouse; problems arise when a storm blows Casey and Catrina's house down.

Gary's Girls get some help from Randy Martin after finding a small building on the land where they've moved a recent auction win.

Paige and Raf score big at a rainy day auction and convince the Hayhurst brothers to bring one of their smaller houses to create a guesthouse on the back side of their property.

After winning a modest home at auction, Paige and Raf team up with Casey and Catrina who recently acquired a lake house; the two teams come up with a combination and style that any home buyer would love.

Casey and Catrina buy a two-story home but have to remove the second story, so they partner with the Snow sisters to supply and renovate a smaller house to complete their parcel of land.

Paige and Raf win a home that was once a local government office and plan to turn it into a large family home. The Snows win a good-sized home, but they find out that all of the add-ons are going to be a big problem.

Gary and Jerry win a large house at auction but must split the house in half in order to take it on the road. As they renovate the larger house, they enlist Gary's Girls to help renovate the smaller piece as a mother-in-law suite.

The Snow Sisters win a large brick home and Toni convinces Donna the finished product will be worth the high bid at auction. They accent the house with rustic ranch vibes and create a floor plan that will suit a large family.

The Hayhurst brothers win a house at auction, but after the move, unseen rot under the house leaves them with only half of it. Randy also wanted the house, so the brothers decide to make a deal with him and partner up.
