Richie and Gloria try to defeat a villain known as King Bee who causes havoc to Richville and commits robberies.

Richie and Gloria watch a movie produced by Reggie that he claims is "educational". Reggie ends up getting kidnapped.

Richie and Gloria encounter aliens from another planet who are using a device to shrink buildings and people, including Washington, D.C. and the Rich mansion.
