Dan meets with four puppet clients and finds that each of them has deeply rooted psychological problems.

Buttons the Bear starts to have a torrid affair with the City Counsellor's wife, and quickly finds himself in way over his head with an obsessed woman.

Dan sends Cuddles to jail for swearing to teach him a lesson.

Buttons sues his former employer, while Rocko starts an unorthodox mail order business.

Dan has decided it's best if Bill gets a lobotomy - He is simply too dangerous for society. It turns out the lobotomy doctor and Bill have much more of a past than could have ever been expected - the doctor is the son of a man Bill once killed.

Popular kids TV show host Skipalong Pete is going to take one of the puppets away to his island getaway spot for a weekend of fun and relaxation.

Bill finds a suitcase of money. Rocko uses strong-arm tactics to get full control of the money, then mobsters step in wanting their money back. Dan hunts for an air conditioner part but gets intercepted by a femme fatale.
