After ten years in the Canary Islands, site manager Mårten receives a worrying email from head office. At the same time, Steffen picks up forgotten tourists at the airport, while Louise finds new friends among the guests.

Louise takes on the task of guiding a group adventurers when the regular guide Alejandro suddenly dies. Steffen meets a younger woman and gets old fun, and Melody gets tired of Mårten always giving her the chores no one else wants to do.

It's too cold in the pool, which causes conflict. And Mårten gets into trouble with a stag-party at the hotel. While Louise persuade the caretaker to raise the temperature in the pool and gets tips from Lelle on how.

Shine Travels needs to change its training activities, at least according to Steffen. And Marten reluctantly agrees to see a doctor and receives bad news, while Louise struggles to cope with another round of pub crawls.

The hotel guests are disturbed by a party-group from Karlstad and Mårten orders Steffen to solve the problem. Which turns out to be more difficult than expected. And Melody are tired of the lack of routine.

It is time for Shine Travels to take a course in values, which Mårten only looks forward to. And he is extra comfortable when the course-leader turns out to be an old friend. And Melody is more positive about the new guests.

Mårten has reluctantly agreed to let Steffen organize a hole week at the hotel. And he realizes that it helps him allot to express his feelings for Louise. And Melody's participation in Steffen's singles event has consequences.

Steffen has met a girl, again, but this time are his colleagues making him doubt whether he can date her. And Mårten and Louise are organizing a children's party at the same time as Melody suspects a risk of infection in one of the guests.

Melody is torn between satisfying either a family with children or an Instagram celebrity, while Mårten is clear about who is most important to Shine Travels. Steffen and Louise suspect that Lelle has a past in the Russian film industry.

A company at a conference forces Mårten to confess to Louise while Melody deals with a problem with the reservation of sunbeds. At the same time, the exhausted Steffen wants to surprise Mårten on his birthday.
