The teams are split into two groups, with each cooking a buffet meal for public guests at the North Ryde RSL (New South Wales). The group with the most money win the People's Choice, the losing group progress to a sudden death cook-off.

As the black group lost the last challenge, their five teams must face off in a two part sudden death cook-off.

The challenge is for the teams to cook for 200 members of the Australian Olympic team, including coaches and trainers at Olympic Park in Sydney's west.

As Gianni and Zana and Luciano and Martino had the two worst dishes from the People's Choice 2: Athletes Challenge, they must now cook off against each other.

The challenge is for each team to cook a seafood dish for 100 fishers and their families at Cockatoo island's (Sydney) dock yards.

The weakest teams from the previous challenge will cook for their lives at Kitchen HQ. Each team will present their best three course menu to Pete, Manu and the guest judges.

MKR teams are challenged to cook the ultimate movie meal for 75 families of four attending a pop-up cinema event in Carraigeworks, Sydney. Moviegoers will taste the dishes and vote for their favourite meals.

A quintessential family favourite, the Australian Rodeo is the backdrop for today's challenge. Teams must focus on creating an unforgettable marinade that's full of flavour for their BBQ based dish.

The four teams with the lowest scores from the Rodeo Challenge have to fight it out... with the best of MKR alumni. Ten unforgettable teams from previous seasons return and they will be the toughest critics yet.

Teams will be given the chance to have their winning recipe featured in Coles Magazine. Contestants must develop a recipe and then cook in-store, delivering their best family home cooked meal for four, focusing on fresh and seasonal produce.

Teams will head to Colin Fassnidge's 4Fourteen where they will be challenged to come up with a dish worthy of a place on the menu. Their dishes will not only be tasted by all three MKR judges, but also six of Colin's chefs.
