A dizzy domestic dilemma ensues when an old flame of George's breezes into town.

George gets a lucrative business offer to go into the peanut industry. Despite his caution the situation appears to have been misrepresented.

George is looking forward to some time off to go duck hunting with his pals. But when he tells wife Liz of his plans George doesn't anticipate her objections to his excursion.

George believes his mother-in-law interest in his and Liz's life is too intrusive. He thinks if she was otherwise occupied it would improve matters so George fixes her up on a date.

Liz is intent on being a responsible married woman and lets George know she's making a will. She finds dividing up her possessions more difficult than anticipated.

Liz's cousin arrives for a visit and the Coopers are welcoming at first. But the relative turns out not to be the most gracious guest and Liz is faced with telling her she's worn out her welcome.

Liz doesn't approve of the way George dresses as a banking official. She is intent on giving her husband a makeover, spending to make sure he's the best groomed executive.

When yet another of George's bachelor friends get married George becomes up. Liz wonders why as she thought her husband was happily wed.

George is off to a convention and Liz admonishes him to behave himself. It's Liz that needs the warning after she has a wild time while her husband is busy.

Liz and George head to their college reunion looking forward to having a good time. But Liz, for reasons of her own, decides to make George jealous.

The Coopers feel stuck in a routine and decide an outdoor weekend is required. Liz and George convince their friends the Cobbs to join them, resulting in a series of misadventures.

George is tired of wife Liz's interference with his wardrobe choices. George goes to a clothing store and proceeds to purchase the loudest clothes he can find as payback.
