In Make Believe, Bob Dog borrows Handyman Negri's ladder to fetch a ball atop X and Henrietta's tree. As soon as he successfully retrieves the ball, he loses his balance falls, sustaining a minor injury. Handy and Mr. McFeely help Bob Dog to Dr. Bill's office, while King Friday, after having heard of Dog's accident on account of play, makes a new rule: no play allowed in Make Believe.

In Make Believe, Lady Elaine dislikes King Friday's no play rule so she magically transports herself and her Museum Go Round away from the neighborhood and arriving in a play park not too far away.

In Make Believe, King Friday is finally persuaded to change his rule, which pleases the whole neighborhood. Now all they've got to do is convince Lady Elaine to leave the park and come home.

Rogers walks on stilts outside on his porch. Bob Dog and Purple Panda volunteer to talk Lady Elaine to bring the Museum-Go-Round and herself back.
