Brokers Modin and trainee Ka buy an apartment with unreasonably messy neighbors. To finally cash in, Kaj hires Vilma as CEO. But overnight she manages to run Hagamäklarna's finances to the bottom.

Kaj tries to save Hagamäklarna from bankruptcy and at the same time find somewhere to live. Vilma reports to her boyfriend Jerry who has disappeared with the company's money.

Kaj tries to train Kevin to be a star broker. Vilma finds the fraudster Jerry and arranges a meeting to squeeze him for the money. After an unsuccessful attempt to get his ex-wife Maggan back, Kaj begins to suspect that he has a son.

Trainee Kevin modernizes Hagamäklarna and hires his lazy friend Anton. Vilma has a house tour at the same time as she is forced to babysit the seller's eight children. Kaj becomes homeless when Vilma gets tired of him.

Kaj moves in with Roger and tries to get the house bequeathed to himself. Vilma gets a different assignment to say the least and happens to start a love relationship with the seller.

Maggan realizes that Kaj was unfaithful to her 20 years ago. Kaj moves in with Kevin's mother, and Hagamäklarna goes on a team building course where the staff is divided into fruits.
