Real estate agent Kaj Modin is dismissed by his employer after doing deals on the side. His old mentor promises to help him on the condition that Kaj helps his daughter Vilma to become a real estate agent too.

Vilma's first public viewing of an apartment is a catastrophe.

Kaj and Vilma must arrange funerals for Kaj's mother and Vilma's father.

Vilma has a date with a guy who install smoke alarms.

Vilma has a boyfriend, Hasse. Kaj start exercising at a gym to meet his wife Maggan.

Both Kaj and Vilma go to a psychotherapist to deal with their problems.

Kaj and Vilma leave their problems behind for a weekend at a spa.

Kaj is preparing a large deal that may give the company a large profit.

Vilma has decided to start a new life, now that Hasse has given her back her keys to her apartment. A fortune teller makes her think that Kaj is the love of her life. Meanwhile, Kaj is dating a hair dresser.

Kaj Modin is selling the apartment of a gay couple, Vilma a large house owned by an elderly German gentleman.

A journalist from the Metro tabloid follows Vilma for a day at her job. With the help of Turk she makes makes a mess of it. Kaj is concerned for his health and visits the local health clinic for a checkup, including a prostate exam.

Kaj and Vilma consider a different career than the real estate business.
