Maxim returns to school to study political science, a subject that totally fascinates her. Laurence pays a visit to her parents in Quebec and Nikki continues to recover from her accident.

Maxim is unsure about her relationship with Sébastien and decides it's time to concentrate on herself and what's really important to her, rather than wasting time in a relationship with the wrong person.

Laurence is delighted by the way her career is progressing but has reached a stalemate in her affair with Ludovic. Patrick tries to re-establish a climate of trust in his relationship with Nikki.

Nikki meets Éloi, the charming owner of an art gallery who believes in her. The three girls try to drown their sorrows during a university party in a bar.

Élizabeth meets her new neighbour who opens her eyes to a very different view of life as a couple. Despite Laurence's reluctance, Maxim tries to find out more about William's intentions.

Wanting to meet new people likely to widen her experiences, Maxim tries Tinder for the first time. Nikki is shattered when she discovers that her parents want to evict her from her own home.

It's the long-awaited evening for Nikki as she presents her first exhibition. Her two friends are invited to the launch, during which Laurence does her best to manage her double life and Maxim is increasingly anxious about the deafening silence from her latest lover.

Elizabeth tries everything to spice up her life. Maxim plunges into the political adventure and gets involved in the party founded by Clément, his professor at the university. Laurence loses control of her double life.

Maxim tries to concentrate on her studies and her new responsibilities, but she is disturbed by the arrival of her sister and Laurence, who both come to find refuge with her.

Elizabeth takes it easy with her sister, leaving a destitute Jean-Simon. But they have to pull themselves together, the time to take care of the Lapierre parents who arrive in Montreal, in full separation.
