"Why don't we have an uncle in America?" asks Tiki when trying to deal with the electrical bills. "We do!" says Hanna, so she is ordered to write a letter, the letter is sent and the family receives a package from America.

Evyatar is drafter is drafted to the Israeli army. This is very exciting and everybody dreams about becoming a pilot.

Liora receives a phone call at work from a man with "An amazing voice" according to Bruria. This is Zvika who suited Liora in the past and is trying to renew their relations. Tiki is amazed and Yoram is not.

Tiki's birthday is nearing and she knows nobody will remember or prepare a celebration. Ilan decides to prepare a surprise birthday party with Galia and Mooli's help, but he demands secrecy. Liora and Hanna hear about the celebration and they collaborate.

Tiki is away with a group of tourists and Yoram is in London on a business trip. Galia is spending time with a schoolmate. Some misunderstandings have happened.

TIki suggests to Yoram and Liora that they go to therapy. The therapist uses hypnosis to learn about Yoram's childhood - The results are surprising.

Liora mistakenly put Yoram under hypnosis: Yoram thinks he's 6 years old and acts accordingly. The therapist is at a conference abroad so he can't help, on top of that Rivka - Mooli's teacher, is due to visit the family home.

Yoram and Ilan are elected to Mooli and Galia's school's parents association. When Yoram withdraws many for an activity he realizes Ilan was messing with it. The family is divided by the reaction.

Uncle Hezi from America sends a home video recorder to Hanna, so she can record the family life. But when Yoram, Liora, Ilan and Tiki watch the results they are upset and demand recording a new movie.

Ilan is forced to close his insurance agency and Tiki is afraid it would affect his mental stability. Ilan's response is to cut expenses, especially telephone expenses.

There's a lot going on in Vitek 9: The family prepares to the play "Labour" in Galia and Mooli's school, on the other hand there are some expense cuts for the building maintenance.

Evyatar shows interest in Yoram's secretary, these meetings result in some misunderstandings in the family who's also dealing with a sad announcement - The street name is going to be changed.
