Tiki, a tour guide, announces to the family that she will be gone from home because she is accompanying a US senator visiting the country. In order for him to get familiar with the country he is invited to Vitek 9 where he is introduced to Hanna, Yoram, Liora and Ilan.

Yoram realizes he is paying to much income tax, Hanna volunteers to fix it by meeting the income tax clerk - but her visit to his office brings a visit to Yoram's home. Yoram gives advice but like always Yoram deals with it in a surprising way.

Ilan and Tiki's home is burglarized, the solution is special locks and bars. The man who installs them suggests all 3 families buy them so they can get a better deal.

Galya and Muli are given homework: To question their parents about their origins and customs. Obviously the answer is not clear-cut because the 4 parents have different attitudes towards the question: Some have a leaning and some ignore the issue.

The home-owners association president is quitting because how the rest of the tenants are treating him. Ilan suggests that Yoram runs for in the election, at first Yoram is against it but he succumbs to the pressure.

While Mooli and Efrat are fighting Doron, Hanna's tenant arrives and tells Yoram he is getting love letters. Liora is the immediate suspect so Hanna plans an ambush.

After a long sitting in the bath, Yoram comes out with cries of joy, explaining that he found a way to improve a procedure in the plant. But his colleagues see it as trouble and try to stop him.

Hanna works for the neighborhood newspaper and writes an article about Yoram and Liora's family.

Hanna decides to follow her horoscope to get out of her financial problems. At first, she is mocked for it but gradually everyone follows.

Mr. Girshtein comes to Tiki and Ilan's kitchen asking questions about Hanna. Ilan thinks he's a tax clerk and sends him to Yoram who realizes he is in fact Doron's father.

Yoram can't part from some of his old belongings, unlike Liora who thinks he should throw them away. Yoram brings his old junk to Tiki hoping she'll keep them, but Ilan suggest they sell them in a bazaar.

Yoram and Liora's home is at turmoil because there are to many housekeeping tasks. It has been decided that with Tiki and Hanna they would take a housekeeper. The women interview candidates and choose an unexpected one.

A policeman comes to Yoram and Liora's home leaving asking Ilan for an investigation at the station. The family is concerned and suspicious, Tiki tries to help her husband.

Liora is feeling down, the family thinks how to improve her mood. Hanna has a suggestion and everyone helps.
