Theres nothing better than vegetables fresh from the farmers market to add some tasty zing to your dishes. Buddy cooks up some of his family favorites like cavatappi with roasted cauliflower and tomatoes, and a creamy whole wheat vegetable lasagna.

Food, family, love -- now thats Italian. Buddy and his sister Madeline cook their family favorites: a veal chop parmesan, a traditional ceaser salad, spinach and artichoke stuffed shells and for dessert, it's Madeline's favorite - ice cream tiramisu.

Buddy is whipping up some his favorite dishes for Cousin Anthony & Maurizio. On the menu are finger licking buffalo wings with a gorgonzola dip, sweet barbecue ribs, oven fries with homemade ketchup and a man-sized ice cream sundae with hazlenut crunch.

Buddy loves to step out of the box to try new things. Today it's Asian Buddy style with a fresh tuna tartare with crispy wontons, a delicious macadamia crusted mahi mahi, garlic-ginger spinach and for dessert, homemade coconut tapioca pudding.

Buddy makes some of his familys favorite comfort foods with his Auntie Anna and Uncle Cosmo like his bruschetta with olives, tomates and capers and his mamas chicken soup. Meanwhile Auntie Anna makes her famous frittata with onions and peppers.

Theres nothing more satisfying than a delicious soup and a great sandwich. Today, Buddy making a soup and sandwich fiesta with: minestrone and turkey-artichoke panini, french onion soup with croque monsierus and a New Jersey clam chowder with a BLT.

Today, Buddy is taking the boring out of poultry! Nothing gets his mouth watering like his tamari and garlic chicken with coconut rice or his sausage-stuffed turkey rollatini. And you won't want to miss how to make his chicken francaise.

It's Valentines Day! Buddy turns his kitchen into a French Bistro when he and Mauro make a feast for their special girls, Lisa and Madeline. On the menu: steak au poivre, frisee salad with pancetta and poached egg, a delicious potato gratin and eclairs

One of Buddy's favorite take out meals is Chinese food, and today he shows you how to make take out at home. Buddy makes salt and pepper shrimp, delicious pork potstickers with dipping sauce, beef with bok choy and, of course, fried rice Buddy-style!

Today, Buddy has his brother-in-law Joey for some extra muscle to help whip up a decadent menu that includes beef and mushroom risotto, a green salad with apples and parmesan crisps and a dessert rugelach just like they make it at the bakery.

Today Buddy cooks up his seaside favorites for his two favorite Frankies - his uncle and cousin. On the menu is blue fish with garlic, onion and tomatoes, linguini and clams, sea robin soup with orzo and a dreamy strawberry shortcake.

Today, Buddy and his two favorite Lisa's; his wife and his sister, go south of the border. This Mexian fiesta includes sizzling steak fajitas with roasted tomato salsa, double decker quesadillas and decadent churros with chili chocolate sauce. Ole!

When kids dont want to eat whats good for them, its time to get creative. With the help of his three kids, Buddy whips up some of his kids favorites like Baked Chicken Fingers with Curly Fries, Mama's Broccoli and Garlic, and Pastina with Cream Cheese
